I began my career in care at the age of 17, progressing from a care assistant to a Registered Manager. Along the way, I have earned numerous qualifications, including NVQs, End-of-Life Care training, and Train the Trainer certifications.

My experience spans working with individuals living with dementia, mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries, and behaviours that challenge. I am committed to delivering the highest standards of care, ensuring that the needs of those we support are met with compassion and excellence. In a previous role, I successfully managed a care service that achieved a ‘Good’ rating in all areas.

I then worked at Pizza Express at a management level. My responsibilities included recruiting, hiring, and overseeing staff training, as well as preparing budgets for the new financial year. I was also involved in internal and external audits. Additionally, I worked in HR, where I was responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and induction to exit.

I am thrilled to join Caremark and excited to contribute to providing outstanding care to our customers in the comfort of their own homes. I have always wanted to work in the care industry, so this is like a dream come true. I have personal experience caring for my grandmother when there was no one else around her, so I understand how your loved ones feel when you care for them.

We can all make a difference in the lives of others in need because it is the simplest of gestures that make the most significant differences.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading books and cooking.
