It's that feeling of guilt that slowly comes over you when you finally allow yourself to recognise that you cannot continue to spin a million different plates in your own life and for the life of your loved one. That point where trying to survive through burnout, remain compassionate and patient, try
to keep filling your own cup too, is no longer sustainable. When you've tried so many avenues, agencies, and family rotas to keep things afloat, having had yours and your loved ones trust broken by people who promised to care. It's the needing to have eyes in the back of head whilst you're at work, or on maybe even on that holiday you've been dreading taking. Well introducing Caremark, the cliche heroes that you dream of. The sigh of relief when a problem is seen, done, sorted before you've even had time to listen to the voicemail. The personal, yet boundaried and respectful approach they take to their work at all levels. Their consistency that finally allows you to breathe.

I have been using Caremark over a number of months for support to my elderly mom. Staff at the office are very approachable and respond promptly to emails. They have been extremely helpful in arranging additional visits outside of the regular arrangements when required during periods that I am unavailable
and arrive on time.
Regular visits are made by the same staff who my mom has now built a relationship with, but when additional visits have been required new staff have been equally helpful and supportive.
A few years ago similar support for another relative was provided by another agency and our experience with Caremark has been very significantly better.

All staff that I have had contact with have been excellent. They were caring, sympathetic and understanding of my needs. During their visits, they were cheerful, friendly, and always had time for a chat, which meant a lot. They put my mind at rest answering all questions asked and reassuring me. It
was like having an extended family. I would without hesitation recommend the services of Caremark. If I ever need carers again, Caremark will be top of my list.

Carers do a wonderful job. They are caring and interact with my mum. It's important that she has consistency and whenever possible this happens. Contact with office is always productive. Carers keep me informed of any changes in mums health and welfare. Would be a five but timing of visits not always
ideal but appreciate this is down to circumstances beyond your control.

I have absolutely no complaints. My carers are first class, friendly, polite, respectful and will do anything & ask them. I feel they are totally trustworthy. I am perfectly happy with them and look forward to their visits 4 times daily.

My mother passed away 19th June . She had been looked after by Caremark since January 2023. I can't thank them enough!they had to deal with my constant nagging about my particularities as my mum was my world ! They were amazing ! Supported me constantly! Amazing amazing carers ! They were so good with
mum ! I can't individually say anyone as they were all just so good ! I loved the way the company monitored to make sure carers were doing everything right ! One call and they listened and actioned ! I can honestly say , I recommend them fully ! Thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart for all the carers and the care coordinator should be mentioned for being so patient with me !

This is the third company i have had dealings with, for my son, and they are by far the best! They are always helpful, the staff go above and beyond to provide the care needed.......the carers are always there to provide whatever care my son needs. I am more than happy with the company.

We have only needed this service recently, but grateful that it is available. One or two teething problems, but the response to any requests has been positive. Personal care is excellent. Time keeping has been difficult due to bad weather and road problems, snow, ice, traffic, trust it will be better
when spring arrives. So good to know that my husband is being well looked after if I need to be out. Carers are friendly and respond well to us both.

My mum required an initial small level of care as she was struggling with some of the day-to-day things she used to be able to do for herself. Caremark stepped in and provided twice daily visits to provide that care. As time passed Mum became more in need of help and Caremark immediately increased the
care level without any issues. The senior care manager visited Mum on a number of occasions to check in and ensure the care package being delivered was appropriate.
The actual care provided by the carers was superb, not only did they perform their tasks well based on a detailed care plan, but they also showed empathy and kindness to my mum. It was more than just the job.
Unfortunately Mum became ill and recently passed away. Throughout this time Caremark took time to send their best wishes to my mum which I know brought happiness that she was not forgotten.

I write this review with the utmost honesty and sincerity and strongly advise you do not employ this care provider. Our experience with this company proved the management is false, unprofessional and really does not care. They may fool you while attaining your custom but in time their true colours will
show. They caused my elderly parents extreme stress which impacted their mental health with their lies and lack of professionalism. Sadly the only thing they really care about is money. They are extremely false, you will sense the falseness when you meet them but do not make the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt as with time you will question the care of your loved ones. Some but not all of the carers were wonderful but due to the poor management, there is no way I could not write this review to warn others.

Caremark has been fantastic. I have been using their service for a year now and they have helped enable me so I can enjoy being at home with my family and build my strength and independence. I had fractures a month before my son was born and was bed-bound in my lounge. The carers have always been extremely

I have been with Caremark for four years, we did go through a not-so-good patch for a while last year due to staff leaving who had been with Caremark for some time but I am pleased to say the last twelve months have been a good improvement and having a member of staff, in particular, in the office doing
the coordinating has made things more consistent again. All the carers are very pleasant and helpful and the times of visits are on time again. Well done everyone and a special thanks to the carers who do my morning calls when the hard work is done.

I have been a Caremark client for just over six years. All the carers are very kind and meet my care requirements perfectly. They visit at a time which is appropriate and perform all the tasks in an efficient manner. For example, setting up my tea maker and making me a sandwich for the following day.
I have built up a good rapport with all the Caremark staff and look forward to many more years working with them.

I am so thankful to the staff at Caremark for looking after my mum so well. I have the best carers who pay attention to detail and converse in her home language. Everything is well-maintained and left tidy. My mum is happy with her care and looks forward to seeing her carers. The management team are
brilliant, always willing to help and keep in touch with any updates. A very professional yet personal service.
