Overall Experience

My dad received end of life care from Caremark, he and our family were very happy with the the care he was given. All of the staff were lovely, they treated him with dignity and respect and we always felt that he was in safe hands. Management did their very best to arrange the visits around suitable

times to meet his needs and they were quick to adapt the care as his health deteriorated.

There are too many of the wonderful carers to mention by name, but we would like to recognise his main carer, Ishmael, as Dad felt very lucky to have his support. It gives our family a lot of comfort that in his final few months he was able to remain at home due to the amazing support given by the Caremark staff and other healthcare professionals.

Overall Experience

Barnsley Homecare carers and management have always provided excellent and caring support for my father in his home.
Our family are most impressed with the friendliness, respect, care, politeness and personalied relationships demonstrated by all the carers.
My siblings and I are also grateful that

they look out for for our mother who also cares for our father. They inform their managers if they are worried this is passed on to us. Thankyou for this care, it means such alot to all of us!

Overall Experience

Caremark have provided an excellent service for my sister who has dementia. It has allowed her to retain some independence and continue to live at home. I have received regular communications and updates from the staff.
They have been providing support since June 25 and continue to do so without any

issues

Overall Experience

The service my sister received was exceptional. The carers were always cheerful, friendly and helpful. If ever we had any concerns with my sister who has early onset dementia, I could always message or call the team for advice and support. Sophie the Care Manager was a great support. I would use this

service again if needed and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Overall Experience

Telephoned Caremark Bassetlaw regarding my friend that had just come out of the hospital. My friend needed help and assistance how home care worked and how funding could be allocated. Caremark explained things properly and no pressure on the care package. They made my friend breakfast and cleaned

the kitchen because of mobility issues. Would recommend Caremark Bassetlaw to anyone who requires care in the Bassetlaw area.

Since the passing of my father, my grandma has been living on her own other than the carers, myself and family visiting and the Caremark carers have been absolutely amazing, take extremely good care of my grandma and have helped me an abundance over the past few weeks. Overall Experience

I have had Caremark Doncaster care for my husband since October 2024. This is the 2nd company we have had, the first I couldn't get rid of quick enough. Unlike the first company, Caremark are punctual which allows me to plan our day. The carers are very considerate of my husbands needs, being very patient

and understanding. The management are also very helpful and consider me as well as my husband.
My husband is very happy with the care from this company.

From the first moment of being introduced to Caremark, I have found them professional, caring and always available for support, more specifically for the service user and for her granddaughter (my daughter) I cannot tell you how relieved I am that my daughter has the management and staff to lean on

in her time of need when it comes to her Grandma and her care. We would be lost without them.

I'm very glad I found Caremark The carers, management and standard of care provided, all excellent. i can't think of anything I'm not happy with. Obviously, care fees aren't cheap but I think they are pretty competitive, from what I've seen.

Many thanks to the Caremark team for all the help and care provided to Mum for the past two years. I very much appreciate Mum being treated with understanding, patience and dignity at all times and she certainly regarded the carers who visited regularly as friends. Not living locally, it was reassuring

to know that the Caremark team were there to ensure Mum's care and wellbeing. I'm also very grateful for Caremark's help in chaperoning Mum to GP and hospital appointments and the team have always been very responsive and helpful whenever additional help and support has been requested. I would have no hesitation in recommending Caremark.
