I came across the Caremark Doncaster team, and they are absolutely amazing. Every member of staff goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care and support. The team and their manager are exceptional-I can't speak highly enough of them. They are compassionate, professional, and genuinely care about the people they support. The staff are great. They always listen to what I have to say and always reassure me that I can talk to them about anything and not feel judged. They always make sure I feel safe and comfortable with everything. They make me laugh and smile. They are more like my friends than my carers. Would absolutely recommend using Caremark to anyone. All the staff are lovely and easy to talk to and get along with.

Caremark have been amazing supporting Mum through the loss of my Father, quickly adapting care needs to meet her new needs now that circumstances have changed. Regular, friendly staff have quickly become friends for Mum.

During the Easter school holidays noah was taken out a couple of times by his Pa's and he was taken to parks, for food and a lovely walk. Both times he came home and tired. He had a lovely time and loves his pa's!

Where do i start, our son Cam who has low functioning ASD was a reculse for 14 months refusing to go to school or leave the house & with many hours of rehabilitation from Care Mark they got Cam going out in the community again & helped Cam get back to school which was amazing work, in the last year with hard work from the carers he is a very confident & independent young man who can't wait for his carers who we call friends to spend time with him. Cam has a rotation of different friends & each one has a unquie way with Cam too many names to mention but they are all amazing & know any parent with a child with additional needs will be very anxious about leaving your child with a stranger at first but i can reasure the Care Mark staff are all well trained for our children's needs & Cam is always so excited to see his friends which is beautiful to watch, the office staff are really good to and always their to help which is much appreciated.

Caremark have always put my daughter first and helped where they can the carers of this company are top of the range nothing ever to small or too big for them. Theyve bent over backwards to help my daughter and my family.

Our son receives weekly care from Femi at Caremark and we are so impressed with Femi's skills. He is professional and shows understanding and concern for our son's disabilities and also is funny and light with him. It helps our son to thrive and to come back refreshed and happy. We can't say thank you enough to Femi for going above and beyond with our son. Last week, Femi took David to the park and played with him for many hours: pretending to be animals and going down slides and playing with other kids. Femi gets involved and doesn't stand back to let David play alone.

Outstanding! we moved to caremark after 2 failed attempts with other companies within the first week we was overly impressed with the quality of care they provided but mostly how they lifted the service users spirit and confidence especially in personal moments we are so glad we made this leap! There are too many of the wonderful carers to mention by name, but we would like to recognise his main carer, Ishmael, as Dad felt very lucky to have his support. It gives our family a lot of comfort that in his final few months he was able to remain at home due to the amazing support given by the Caremark staff and other healthcare professionals.

My siblings and I are also grateful that they look out for for our mother who also cares for our father. They inform their managers if they are worried this is passed on to us. Thankyou for this care, it means such alot to all of us!

The service my sister received was exceptional. The carers were always cheerful, friendly and helpful. If ever we had any concerns with my sister who has early onset dementia, I could always message or call the team for advice and support. Sophie the Care Manager was a great support. I would use this service again if needed and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Care mark are absolutely amazing, really understand my son's needs and he absolutely loves spending time with his careers and going to places he wouldn't be able to access without them. All the staff are caring and really supportive of my son.

Caremark provides me with excellent care. The carers are thoughtful and friendly. They are efficient and professional but also take a personal interest in my well-being which is very important when you're on your own most of the time.
