My siblings and I are also grateful that they look out for for our mother who also cares for our father. They inform their managers if they are worried this is passed on to us. Thankyou for this care, it means such alot to all of us!

The service my sister received was exceptional. The carers were always cheerful, friendly and helpful. If ever we had any concerns with my sister who has early onset dementia, I could always message or call the team for advice and support. Sophie the Care Manager was a great support. I would use this service again if needed and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Caremark provides me with excellent care. The carers are thoughtful and friendly. They are efficient and professional but also take a personal interest in my well-being which is very important when you're on your own most of the time.

This company has the most amazing staff and understanding people compassion and caring for the elderly we have had the most amazing experience of this company and would recommend to anyone looking for someone to look their loved one huge thank you to everyone x

Many thanks to the Caremark team for all the help and care provided to Mum for the past two years. I very much appreciate Mum being treated with understanding, patience and dignity at all times and she certainly regarded the carers who visited regularly as friends. Not living locally, it was reassuring to know that the Caremark team were there to ensure Mum's care and wellbeing. I'm also very grateful for Caremark's help in chaperoning Mum to GP and hospital appointments and the team have always been very responsive and helpful whenever additional help and support has been requested. I would have no hesitation in recommending Caremark.

Caremark have been caring for my mum, for a few months now and I couldn't be more happy with the care she is receiving. They always make sure she is clean, clothed, fed and in a safe and clean environment. The whole team are so helpful and will always get in contact with me if any issues arise. The peace of mind that I have knowing she is in safe hands, is paramount to my own mental wellbeing.

The carers that come to look after my mother are really polite and understanding of the needs need to be met, they are a godsend to make the day a little brighter when days seem to be at their darkest, and for that they all deserve praise and acknowledgement. I'd hope they read this and understand that you are all amazing in my and my family's eyes thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you have done and continue to do.

Mum has a carer that has so much patience, time and compassion for mum. She goes above and beyond for her, nothing is too much for her even when mum is going through a difficult time. Her devotion and and thoughtfulness is amazing. Don't know where we would be without her. So I'd like special mention for her.

Very caring service always there when needed, punctual and friendly makes me feel comfortable at all times. They are very knowledgeable on many subjects and always have good coverage for holidays and sicknesses.

Each of the carers visiting is has been very kind and respectful. They have advised and shown great flexibility. I can't fault them.

Staff consistently well mannered and courteous. We prefer the same carers then we don't have too many strangers coming in. Also, they get to know the patient and are soon aware of changes in condition. Try to keep accurate time, this is important regarding medication/food regime.

My regular carers are really good and always leave me feeling better than when they came. The only complaint I have is if you ring the office, messages don't seem to get passed along.

The carers I have had have been very good and attentive and are let down by erratic scheduling and time allowed between visits to clients.

Not great for service users with learning difficulties, to come to terms with changes and when someone new turns up.

All carers are extremely good - caring and so helpful.

The services provided are really very good.
