Barnsley Homecare carers and management have always provided excellent and caring support for my father in his home.
Our family are most impressed with the friendliness, respect, care, politeness and personalied relationships demonstrated by all the carers.
My siblings and I are also grateful that
they look out for for our mother who also cares for our father. They inform their managers if they are worried this is passed on to us. Thankyou for this care, it means such alot to all of us!

Caremark have provided an excellent service for my sister who has dementia. It has allowed her to retain some independence and continue to live at home. I have received regular communications and updates from the staff.
They have been providing support since June 25 and continue to do so without
any issues

The service my sister received was exceptional. The carers were always cheerful, friendly and helpful. If ever we had any concerns with my sister who has early onset dementia, I could always message or call the team for advice and support. Sophie the Care Manager was a great support. I would use
this service again if needed and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Caremark provides me with excellent care. The carers are thoughtful and friendly. They are efficient and professional but also take a personal interest in my well-being which is very important when you're on your own most of the time.

This company has the most amazing staff and understanding people compassion and caring for the elderly we have had the most amazing experience of this company and would recommend to anyone looking for someone to look their loved one huge thank you to everyone x

Many thanks to the Caremark team for all the help and care provided to Mum for the past two years. I very much appreciate Mum being treated with understanding, patience and dignity at all times and she certainly regarded the carers who visited regularly as friends. Not living locally, it was
reassuring to know that the Caremark team were there to ensure Mum's care and wellbeing. I'm also very grateful for Caremark's help in chaperoning Mum to GP and hospital appointments and the team have always been very responsive and helpful whenever additional help and support has been requested. I would have no hesitation in recommending Caremark.

Caremark have been caring for my mum, for a few months now and I couldn't be more happy with the care she is receiving. They always make sure she is clean, clothed, fed and in a safe and clean environment. The whole team are so helpful and will always get in contact with me if any issues arise. The
peace of mind that I have knowing she is in safe hands, is paramount to my own mental wellbeing.

The carers that come to look after my mother are really polite and understanding of the needs need to be met, they are a godsend to make the day a little brighter when days seem to be at their darkest, and for that they all deserve praise and acknowledgement. I'd hope they read this and understand
that you are all amazing in my and my family's eyes thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you have done and continue to do.

I'd like to thank the wonderful staff at Caremark for looking after my Dad before his recent passing. You treated my Dad with dignity and compassion and I will be forever grateful to you all.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the best care for their relative.

Mum has a carer that has so much patience, time and compassion for mum. She goes above and beyond for her, nothing is too much for her even when mum is going through a difficult time. Her devotion and and thoughtfulness is amazing. Don't know where we would be without her. So I'd like special
mention for her.

Very caring service always there when needed, punctual and friendly makes me feel comfortable at all times. They are very knowledgeable on many subjects and always have good coverage for holidays and sicknesses.

Each of the carers visiting is has been very kind and respectful. They have advised and shown great flexibility. I can't fault them.

Staff consistently well mannered and courteous. We prefer the same carers then we don't have too many strangers coming in. Also, they get to know the patient and are soon aware of changes in condition. Try to keep accurate time, this is important regarding medication/food regime.

My regular carers are really good and always leave me feeling better than when they came. The only complaint I have is if you ring the office, messages don't seem to get passed along.

The carers I have had have been very good and attentive and are let down by erratic scheduling and time allowed between visits to clients.

Overall care is adequate - some carers are better than others.
Caremark's internal and external communication is poor, emails never replied to and clients not contacted when last minute carers are changed.
Not great for service users with learning difficulties, to come to terms with changes and
when someone new turns up.

We have been very satisfied with the help we receive from the carers, though they get 'messed' around by the management.
The services provided are really very good.

My husband was sadly diagnosed with cancer in November 2016, after surgery he came home and had wonderful support from Caremark.
As his condition deteriorated further and he came towards the last stages of life, Caremark's staff became even more necessary.
The care my husband and I received from
Caremark was truly outstanding.
The carers were outstanding - they were exemplary in every way.
They were kind, caring, well-trained and very, very decent people.
They would talk to my husband (who was in a very deep sleep) and tell him gently what they were doing. I thought that was very important - they treated him with dignity and compassion.
They also made time for me, they spoke to me and reassured me. Nothing was too much trouble.
Caremark are wonderful.
