I think the carers are fantastic Ther very good with my dad the alway asking if I need anything doing and my dad loves them he likes them that much he always then sweats LOL

Mums carers give mum what she needs, care given is a life saver for mum. They really do care about mum. When mums needs change from time to time it's easy to communicate this, they listen to mums needs; and are so friendly. They have become mums friends and she looks forward to them coming. The jobs mum needs doing when we can't be here are done and anything not done, all we need do it contact the carers and we sort it out between us.

All the girls are very friendly and nice. I love having their company when they come. They do all the cleaning and everything they need me to do. I always have a good laugh with them and a good chat.

Balby Care and Home Services has been looking after my mum (now 94) for approximately three and a half years now and they are brilliant! It has meant that my mum has been able to continue to live in her own home, which means the world to her. They are such friendly and approachable people that it is like having members of your family providing the care - yet they are extremely professional and go above and beyond what should be expected of them - I can't thank them enough.

The only suggestion I can make is to avoid a mistake, which was probably my fault when a carer arrived when I hadn't intentionally booked one and for a while I was worried one would not turn up when I'd expected: perhaps make the dates, times and names of carers booked on some sort of a joint diary between the company and client? Otherwise, thanks very much for a job done with care and compassion.

I had Balby carers help me to look after my father. From day one they were kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. My father was grateful for their help and the carers cheered him up when he was feeling down. They helped me so much to care for my father through to end of his life.

It's such a reassurance to know my husband will have a friendly and reliable visitor when I'm away from the house. He often asks when he'll be having one of his visitors. Thank you to all.

Mum and Dad are extremely happy with the service provided and the carer who supports them 4 hours per week. They feel so much happier knowing they have the same lady coming in and she knows them well and how to support them in their home.

I have had several interactions with the Balby care team both managers and caregivers. These have always been positive and cooperative and staff have always been supportive in working with my mum. Things have not always been easy but between us, we are usually able to work something out. In emergencies, the caregivers have always been keen to help and have worked professionally. I thank them all for their effort.

I would recommend Balby Care and Home Services to anyone looking for care services for a family member or friend. For several years they helped care for my mum, we were never let down by them not showing up, if there were any problems or issues they would let you know straight away. The carers were friendly and professional and looked after mum well.

We have found the care service satisfactory in all regards, the carers are competent and kind. Communication between the care service and the family is good. The family feel confident that mum's needs are being met when we are unable to be there. Mum has a very good relationship with her regular carer and looks forward to her visits, and has been happy with any of the team who have visited in her absence.

This month all visits have happened and been on time. The service providers have given me extra help due to my change of circumstances which has been extremely helpful to me. They carry out my requests with care. They are friendly and usually cheerful.

Due to recently having a fall my needs have changed. Carers have adapted to my needs well. I'm very grateful for them. They pick me up when I feel down and make me smile, they're great and I wouldn't be without Balby Care and Home Services thanks.
