Paige, Sophie and Tia. I wanted to take a moment to personally thank the following members of staff for the outstanding care and kindness they have shown to my wife. The dedication, professisionalism and compassion which have made such a positive impact on her life, and I truly cannot express enough how much it means to the both of us. The way they all go above and beyond to ensure Marions comfort and well-being does not go unnoticed. The kindness and genuine concern for Marion are evident in every interaction, and it has brought us both so much peace of mind. I feel incredibly fortunate that my wife is in there capable hands. Please thank Paige, Sophie, and Tia for the hard work and for the difference they are making in her life. We are both deeply grateful for everything you do. Sincere Appreciation. Mick

Mums carers give mum what she needs, care given is a life saver for mum. They really do care about mum. When mums needs change from time to time it's easy to communicate this, they listen to mums needs; and are so friendly. They have become mums friends and she looks forward to them coming. The jobs mum needs doing when we can't be here are done and anything not done, all we need do it contact the carers and we sort it out between us.

All the girls are very friendly and nice. I love having their company when they come. They do all the cleaning and everything they need me to do. I always have a good laugh with them and a good chat.

Balby Care and Home Services has been looking after my mum (now 94) for approximately three and a half years now and they are brilliant! It has meant that my mum has been able to continue to live in her own home, which means the world to her. They are such friendly and approachable people that it is like having members of your family providing the care - yet they are extremely professional and go above and beyond what should be expected of them - I can't thank them enough.

It's always a little daunting when carers start to come to your home. I can honestly say from the very start Balby Care Services have been 5-star. The manager was informative, professional and caring regarding my mum's initial feelings. My mum was unsure at first about the carers coming into her home but straight away they connected with my mum. Communicating, caring, compassionate and very kind are just some of the words to describe all of them. Her care needs are met with dignity and respect. Thank you to their wonderful team.

I've been having Balby Care and Home Services carers to help look after my husband for about eight months now and they've all been kind and professional. I was initially nervous about someone I'd not met letting themselves into our house to help my husband and give him a "well-being check" and it must be hard for them. So I stayed a couple of times to meet the carer. That used up some of the 30 minutes but it helped and I've got to know one in particular quite well. She encourages his interests and hobbies as well as checking his well-being and he looks forward to seeing her. The only suggestion I can make is to avoid a mistake, which was probably my fault when a carer arrived when I hadn't intentionally booked one and for a while I was worried one would not turn up when I'd expected: perhaps make the dates, times and names of carers booked on some sort of a joint diary between the company and client? Otherwise, thanks very much for a job done with care and compassion.

I had Balby carers help me to look after my father. From day one they were kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. My father was grateful for their help and the carers cheered him up when he was feeling down. They helped me so much to care for my father through to end of his life.

The staff at Balby Care are friendly, courteous, understanding and professional. It's such a reassurance to know my husband will have a friendly and reliable visitor when I'm away from the house. He often asks when he'll be having one of his visitors. Thank you to all.

Mum and Dad are extremely happy with the service provided and the carer who supports them 4 hours per week. They feel so much happier knowing they have the same lady coming in and she knows them well and how to support them in their home.

Extremely reliable service which is delivered in a kind and caring way. Had a slight issue with times and duties with one individual carer however, this was rectified quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the manager and your team.

Staff always tended to Dad's care needs and treated him with respect and dignity. The staff also gave consideration and support to my mum and other family members of the patient. Very professional and caring staff and well trained in lifting and moving the patient to attend to personal hygiene needs.

The care provided for my dad by the manager and her team was second to none. This put my mind at rest knowing he was receiving professional help and care. My dad really enjoyed the visits by the carers as they really brightened up his day.

I have had several interactions with the Balby care team both managers and caregivers. These have always been positive and cooperative and staff have always been supportive in working with my mum. Things have not always been easy but between us, we are usually able to work something out. In emergencies, the caregivers have always been keen to help and have worked professionally. I thank them all for their effort.

I would recommend Balby Care and Home Services to anyone looking for care services for a family member or friend. For several years they helped care for my mum, we were never let down by them not showing up, if there were any problems or issues they would let you know straight away. The carers were friendly and professional and looked after mum well.

We have found the care service satisfactory in all regards, the carers are competent and kind. Communication between the care service and the family is good. The family feel confident that mum's needs are being met when we are unable to be there. Mum has a very good relationship with her regular carer and looks forward to her visits, and has been happy with any of the team who have visited in her absence.

This month all visits have happened and been on time. The service providers have given me extra help due to my change of circumstances which has been extremely helpful to me. They carry out my requests with care. They are friendly and usually cheerful.

Due to recently having a fall my needs have changed. Carers have adapted to my needs well. I'm very grateful for them. They pick me up when I feel down and make me smile, they're great and I wouldn't be without Balby Care and Home Services thanks.

We have always found the care team to be polite, courteous and well-trained. They listen to our needs and do their utmost to comply. They always have a smile, even though we are their last call of the day.

Balby Care services provided outstanding home care for my father who sadly passed away over Easter (April 22). It is fair to say that without this service my father would not have had the good days he had during the last 13 months. The carers became friends with my father and this was a huge tonic to him. I found the staff, care (including dignity) and management to be first class. I will always be able to recommend Balby Care services to anyone looking for a care provider without hesitation.
