After losing my Mother in 2019, we have been using Balby Care for the past two years for my father's personal care and we have been very happy with the care he has received. As his immediate family live in Cheshire and Staffordshire, this has been a valuable support for him in providing a friendly face each day for company as well as for caring support. I am billed via email promptly every two weeks with all the details needed to pay online.

Have been delighted by the care provided. My mother likes her carers and speaks very highly about them. I have also been very pleased with the care they have provided. Without them, my mother could not have continued to live at home.

The family were in a predicament when my uncle's dear brother passed away in January 2020. They had been living together for 85 years and suddenly my surviving uncle was all alone. The timing of the Covid-19 crisis presented a huge challenge for the family which Balby Care took on in very testing circumstances for them. I can not praise the whole team enough for what they did for my uncle, treating him with dignity and respect and really acting as if he was one of their own family. Sadly, my uncle passed away in October 2020 but the whole family feel that his last months were made all the more comfortable and safe through the care and love the Balby Care team gave my uncle. When challenges came up, they were committed to finding a solution, always with my uncle's care their priority. They responded professionally at all times of day and night. If you are considering care for a loved one who wishes to stay in their own home as my uncle did, you need to look no further than Balby Care.

Carers are good and helpful at any time. I like to help where and when possible to keep things in order. Will ring Balby Care if things are not right.

Balby Care has provided a very good service for my Mum. The carers are keen and have a desire to make their client happy and safe. If we need anything to change, it is easy to just ask the carer or leave a note. My Mum's favorite carers are the ones who just get on with things. Overall a very good service.

The care my father received in the last few months of his life was excellent. The carers who visited him were kind, considerate and he always felt at ease with them. I had complete confidence in the care he received and this gave me peace of mind. On his death, they still found time to contact me to ensure I was alright.

We moved my mum to Balby Care and really glad we did. Their carers are very good with my mum and nothing is too much trouble for them if she needs anything. They help her with her showers, make sure she has her meals and drinks and prompt medication morning and night. They always keep us informed about anything we need to know. They also make sure she is in bed at night too. It's a real comfort to know she is being looked after by a professional company.
