Our family cannot thank Caremark Wakefield enough for the exceptional care they have given our mum. Every member of the team treated her with kindness, compassion, dignity and respect, while also supporting our family through such a difficult time. Thanks to their outstanding care, Mum was able to remain in the comfort of her own home, which meant everything to us. Every carer made a genuine difference, and we will always be grateful for their dedication and professionalism. We would wholeheartedly recommend Caremark Wakefield to anyone looking for outstanding home care. Thank you for everything you have done for Mum and our family.

I cannot recommend Caremark highly enough. The care and compassion showed to my daughter was wonderful. She was cared for from leaving the hospice in October until her death in March. They were always punctual and efficient which was important as my daughter liked to know when she could go out with family or friends. Alice developed a good relationship with her carers and the manger who could always be contacted. She felt safe and cared for. I had peace of mind knowing my daughter was looked after by a professional team. Thank you.

My mother-in-law has the best team of carers supporting her every need on a daily basis. Caremark ensure she has continuity and has the same familiar faces who now know her so well. Nothing is too much trouble a this really puts us, as a family, at ease when we cannot be with her. The rapport they all have with her is lovely to see and I personally couldn't ask for anything more in her end of life care. Communication with myself from the team is excellent and I have no issues with contacting Caremark about anything at all - even if I need to talk I feel they will always be there for me too, which I appreciate hugely. They sing with her, they dance, they provide the best reassurance when she is extremely confused and always manage to settle her. Video calls to us as a family when her carers are there are just more precious to us then we can say - being able to interact with my mum-in-law when we are not there is just lovely. Would highly recommend in a heartbeat x

What can I say as a child and family SW who has never had to deal with Adult care services. I was so lucky that Caremark were recommended, they have been nothing but reassuring, caring, passionate and sincere with such a difficult transition for me as an only child of a woman who has changed beyond belief. They have communicated, advised and accommodated our situation beyond belief . I am so grateful for their support would recommend them 100% Ive been a social worker for children's and family for years and thought I could deal with this; how wrong I was . They have been tremendous , caring supportive and provided me with such relief . I cannot state how pleased both my mother and I have experienced this team as I'm sure not everyone's experience has been like this, I hope others receive this support I'm definitely an advocate for them. we are very pleased with the service provided by caremark. The carers are pleasant and treat Barbara with the upmost respect. the only issue we have is their punctuality, they sometimes turn up early which can leave a gap until the next care visit.

I'm very pleased with the level of care my mother receives, her specific carer is very thorough and keeps us up to date as much as possible. My mother's carer is always very polite, patient and kind to both my mother and myself.

Great help with my mum for when I'm at work . Carers are good with mum , arrive on time and will let me know if they are running late . They complete everything that needs to be done from showering mum to putting in the washing and giving mum dinner when I can't

Caremark Angels. I can't thank Caremark enough. They're the reason my mum and dad are happy and together at home. All I have to do is pick up the phone, and they sort things out for us right away. Cannot recommend & thank Caremark enough. They check in regularly and are on the ball with updates and keeping in touch with any concerns. I genuinely don't know what us as a family would do without them.

I cannot thank Caremark for saving my life I'm a 43 year old man originally from the Irish traveler community but I was raised in Huddersfield by my mother and stepfather for many years I had a very serious alcohol addiction and this led me to very serious neglect of myself in everyday life I went to the stage where I ballooned to 48stone weight and spent seven months in hospital fighting for life the deep respect I hold for Caremark I havent got the words Caremark came in sometime towards the second part of 2024 I was gravely ill and to be honest I was dying full of grief over the death of my brother Mike Caremark supported me as I began to face up to my issues and overcome my psychological demons I was admitted to hospital Caremark were there as I fought for my life after suffering an anaphylaxis and supported me with phone calls and kind words of support during my darkest times I lost 20 stone weight I'm ten months sober I'm still with Caremark they saved my life they are the best
