If I could give this company more stars I would. We as a family couldn't be more grateful for the team who visit Dad. They go above & beyond, the carers are reliable, kind, chatty and so helpful. It all works like clockwork. The service provided is absolutely marvellous and my dad and us couldn't be
happier. Not forgetting the office team behind the scenes that make it all happen, they are also more than happy to help, their communication is second to none. I highly recommend to anybody needing help at home in & around the area. Thank you all.

This is the second care company we have used for our 92 year old mum who is practically bedbound and has vascular dementia. We have been using Caremark Wakefield now for a good few months. I cannot rate them high enough. They treat mum with respect and the dignity she deserves, nothing is too much
trouble for them.
I have met all the carers that look after mum and not one of them has given me any concerns at all. If I have ever had to add an extra visit at short notice they have always sorted it out. Mum tells me they make her laugh with their little jokes they have with her. Its reassuring to know that mum is also happy with them. Mum has so many health issues on top of her dementia so been able to take a break from mum and know she is in good hands is priceless. The carers know I am always there for them if any concerns with mum and I know they are always there for me. These are not just carers they CARE. Amazing, outstanding.

Caremark have always been extremely responsive when changes are needed. All the carers that come and look after mum are kind and caring, but I would single out one lady as an extremely good carer. She will always attempt to get mum to eat something and keep trying different things to encourage her to
eat.

My mother has been a client of Caremark for years now, she has used these services before from other companies, however in terms of reliability, friendliness and dedication Caremark has been the best in our opinion. I could not have coped without them as my mother needs a high degree of care. I would
not hesitate to recommend this company, by the way my mother is close to 100 years old and she has had all sorts of health ailments so you can see the level of trust I place in this company.

Don't have much to say about the careers poor service don't do nothing but make drink and sitting around then leave don't do any cleaning shopping washing or tidying up or changing beds it's not valuable for money.

I have been very happy with my carers. They have universally been cheerful,even if I am grumpy on those occasions when I've had a bad night. They cajole me into doing exercises to get me fit. I love them all.

Caremark employees provide excellent care taking care of my everyday needs. I have had Parkinson's for 15yrs. I can't praise the owner and her team for what they have done and continue to do for me, my health and well being is so important . Nothing is ever too much trouble for office manager and care

I recommend using Caremark Kirklees to provide care for your elderly relative. It was a difficult and emotional decision to ask carers to work with my elderly aunt, but she has benefitted enormously from their kindness and physical/emotional support.

All the carers who looked after my elderly
aunt were very kind and patient. Her mental health was declining and she struggled with accepting carers in her home. Their patience and professional approach enabled her to continue to dress and feed herself wherever possible, but also benefit from their support as & when required.
I found all the Caremark staff - carers, supervisors and office based colleagues - very friendly and easy to deal with . They quickly added any additional care requests, such as supervising medication, into their routine and ensured they were met exactly as required.
I liked using the app to see the carer's notes from each visit which provided peace of mind about the loving care my aunt was receiving.

I have just joined Caremark one week now I must say the carers are very polite and kind and they have been helpful through my hardtimes. The team are very helpful always willing to go extra miles to ensure I am very well taken care of. They also keep me company cat with me, and take good care of me,
they treat me with dignity and respect especially during my personal care, always leave the environment tidy. I will recommend Caremark to anyone.

I feel the that the carer is an exceptional carer. Her approach is so kind, respectful and loving. My mother was and has been struggling with accepting care and she has made such a difference to my mother where now she looks forward to the care she receives. Her mental health has improved significantly
and is calmer. I have never met a carer who will go the extra mile with their support and treats people like they are their own family. Whenever she is working with my mother I know I don't need to worry as she is so loving and kind towards her. I wish more carers had this genuine approach.
