The support, care, and understanding shown towards my Nana's ever-developing care needs has been absolutely fantastic. Living away from the area, it gives me complete peace of mind knowing she is in such capable and compassionate hands.

Communication is always professional, reassuring, and prompt. Any concern or issue is dealt with swiftly and efficiently, which means so much when you cannot always be there in person yourself.

Our care coordinator, Aisha, is a tremendous support - always helpful, diligent, compassionate, and professional. She genuinely cares and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled properly and with kindness.

Caremark Angels. I can't thank Caremark enough. They're the reason my mum and dad are happy and together at home. All I have to do is pick up the phone, and they sort things out for us right away. Cannot recommend & thank Caremark enough. They check in regularly and are on the ball with updates and keeping in touch with any concerns. I genuinely don't know what us as a family would do without them.

I cannot thank Caremark for saving my life I'm a 43 year old man originally from the Irish traveler community but I was raised in Huddersfield by my mother and stepfather for many years I had a very serious alcohol addiction and this led me to very serious neglect of myself in everyday life I went to the stage where I ballooned to 48stone weight and spent seven months in hospital fighting for life the deep respect I hold for Caremark I havent got the words Caremark came in sometime towards the second part of 2024 I was gravely ill and to be honest I was dying full of grief over the death of my brother Mike Caremark supported me as I began to face up to my issues and overcome my psychological demons I was admitted to hospital Caremark were there as I fought for my life after suffering an anaphylaxis and supported me with phone calls and kind words of support during my darkest times I lost 20 stone weight I'm ten months sober I'm still with Caremark they saved my life they are the best

Carers have been kind, patient and professional during their visits. But unfortunately, there is only so much they can do when my dad refuses to cooperate and is stubborn about it.

The carer haven help me day in and out tasks every day and take me out.

If I could give this company more stars I would. We as a family couldn't be more grateful for the team who visit Dad. They go above & beyond, the carers are reliable, kind, chatty and so helpful. It all works like clockwork. The service provided is absolutely marvellous and my dad and us couldn't be happier. Not forgetting the office team behind the scenes that make it all happen, they are also more than happy to help, their communication is second to none. I highly recommend to anybody needing help at home in & around the area. Thank you all.

I liked using the app to see the carer's notes from each visit which provided peace of mind about the loving care my aunt was receiving.

I feel the that the carer is an exceptional carer. Her approach is so kind, respectful and loving. My mother was and has been struggling with accepting care and she has made such a difference to my mother where now she looks forward to the care she receives. Her mental health has improved significantly and is calmer. I have never met a carer who will go the extra mile with their support and treats people like they are their own family. Whenever she is working with my mother I know I don't need to worry as she is so loving and kind towards her. I wish more carers had this genuine approach.

Awesome staff. Always friendly, polite and caring.

All carers are very polite and do everything I need doing, everything is done to an excellent standard. Some carers are really chatty which I like.
