The caring team are brilliant. They do everything for my dad.
Thank you very much for your fantastic review - we are delighted that you are happy with our service.
I have regular a regular carer. She is very good, but when she is on holiday things go down hill. I don't like male carers.
I am satisfied with my carers - I get worried if one is late as I am a diabetic and need food at certain times.
I have found the staff to be friendly and caring. They care for me in a professional manner. They are punctual and I've never had any problems contacting the office. The carers are a pleasant team of dedicated people.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a nice review, we appreciate it
I have always found my carers helpful and willing to do anything I have asked them.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review Derek, we are pleased you are happy with the service we are providing.
Very happy with the service.
Thank you - we are very glad you are happy with our service.
Very helpful and friendly staff who help to make my father's life much more enjoyable and help me to look after him very successfully while I am still working. Good job guys and gals.
Thank you for such an amazing review, Nigel, we appreciate it.
I've been with the company for 2 years.
Staff are very good with Mum, they make sure she drinks plenty, which she won't do for others. They make sure she is clean and dressed properly. Most of the carers come on time and they always check she has eaten her meals. I go to work knowing she is well looked after.
The care provided is good, but some carers could do better with their timekeeping. Most carers are very accommodating and very respectful of my dad in law and his specific requirements. They provide a good level of care and very rarely miss appointments. Those who work in the main office could be more proactive when taking calls, they don't even take specific details so I do worry messages don't get past to the relevant people sometimes. There is a good mixture of carers and they are always happy and positive.
I receive daily help from Caremark 6 days out of 7. I have the same Carer. I particularly like the continuity. Everyone is friendly and reliable.
Caremark are very good to deal with...caring staff, helpful and a joy to be around.
Thank you for your great comments.
Excellent service. No problems whatsoever.
Always pleasant, friendly and helpful.
The carers I have coming in to help look after me are very good. They explain everything they are going to do, and they are very gentle with me and talk to me all the time.
The team treat me with great dignity and respect.
The carers are considerate and friendly. They treat my mother with dignity. She is happy with the standard of care provided and with the particular carers assigned to her. The carers seem to enjoy their job, which makes all the difference. They are genuinely interested in my mother and her family.
Caremark took over from another provider and "my goodness" what a difference. Care and support given with a personal touch. Thank you Caremark!

Meet the Team (2)
Inspired by the memory of my Grandfather, Murray Affleck, who was a well-known and respected Doctor (Consultant Physician) at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, I have opened Caremark Kirklees with the vision to become the best provider of home care in the region. The focus is on delivering the highest quality of care possible in order to improve the quality of life for the people supported by Caremark.
Born in the Holme Valley and raised in Huddersfield, I have a wide ranging business background, with both international and UK sales experience. My mission is to provide a local service where I can make a difference to those who have chosen to remain in their own home and receive personal care to enable them to be independent, secure and retain their dignity.
Fiona started at Caremark (Kirklees) in August 2020 as our new Recruitment and Training Manager. A qualified teacher, she has joined her husband Duncan in the family business and has been tasked with attracting and training new carers as part of the expansion plans for Caremark (Kirklees)
