Its tough choosing who you want to help your mum on a daily basis, on this occasion I'm more than happy that we got it right. Thank you to all the team for keeping mum comfy in her old age.

Staff always on time and mostly same 2 carers so good continuity of care. Staff are friendly and make my husband feel comfortable when showering. Happy to help me if I need it. Office always let me know if carers are delayed by traffic

Caremark are the most fabulous care firm in maidstone area the staff are polite and friendly and my carer Rita is the sweetest and loveliest carer ever I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone.

Caremark have been taking care of my mum for a few months now and we can truly say everybody who visits her are absolutely amazing. We have been using Caremark since July this year for my father . He had been in hospital and as a family we were struggling with looking after him in his own home along with our own jobs etc. The carers from Caremark have been so good with him and more importantly he likes them all . The staff I have met or spoken to have been friendly and helpful and its taken a load of my mind knowing that he is being checked on regularly throughout the day and having his meals and medication when he should have . They are such a good team and the staff in the office are always helpful when you call them. I cant recommend this team enough .

staff are polite and caring, our daughter enjoys going out in the community with them and going to different places everyday she always comes back extremely happy and we feelthe staff have a lot of respect when they come into our home 10/10 caremark!

More recently, my mum had some falls and Caremark has been amazing, as soon as I called the office, they pulled out all the stops to put the right care in place immediately and they currently provide daily support to mum & dad. The carers are kind, patient and understanding and have made a very difficult situation much less stressful for all of us. I am very grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caremark.

The review was very good. The girls were excellent. Everyone gets on will with everyone. My parents are in there 90's and old but enjoy the banter (jokes). They all do a good job. (deserve a payrise).

I have been a nurse for over 25 years and can say with certainty that my experience with Caremark ,both office staff and in home care has been excellent.

My father has had care provided for the previous 2 years (approx). He has 1 main carer with 2 stand in carers. All 3 have provided an extremely high level of care over this period of time. They treat him with kindness and dignity and he has been very happy with the service.

Caremark has provided my wife and myself with a daily early morning visit service to wash and dress us from mid-February to the end of May. Their staff have been unfailingly cheerful, competent and helpful and I never felt under pressure when they needed to exceed the agreed time allotted and being paid for. This has happened on several occasions, often because my wife suffers from vascular dementia and can be difficult and once when I needed emergency ambulance attendance due to a severe bleed from a pre-existing head wound. Caremark's services were terminated when we had to move to 24 hour care provided by others with no reflection on Caremark at all. I would happily recommend them.
