We have been using Caremark Dover since mid- December 2025. I certainly could not have coped with my husband's day to day care on my own.
We are both so impressed with all of the carers. Their timekeeping is spot on. They are all so pleasant, friendly and polite and display a very high level of efficiency,
patience and understanding with my husband's various medical needs.
Without exception, my husband likes them all and really appreciates their visits. It is wonderful to have this level of care in your own home.
We highly recommend Caremark Dover.

Been getting Caremark careers twice a day for several months now and am and evening visit to support my mum and dad who are both 87, the care has been a real help in supporting my parents needs,and peace of mind to me allowing me to be able to continue in part time working.
mum needs slightly more
assistance than dad, initially my parents did not really want anyone in the house to help but due to their health issues we agreed initially on 3 visits per day now we are managing with the 2.
When we met the supervisor at their home we were explained their needs and what we thought they would need help with individually which we have been able change as needed by a call to the supervisor or the office.
One of the main requests was for consistency in careers attending as it build a good relationship and we generally get the same girls regularly who have all been efficient, friendly and shown compassion to my parents

Caremark have been taking care of my mum for a few months now and we can truly say everybody who visits her are absolutely amazing. The care she receives is wonderful and my dad loves them arriving as they always have a chat with my dad. They all feel part of the family now we can't thank them enough

We have been using Caremark since July this year for my father . He had been in hospital and as a family we were struggling with looking after him in his own home along with our own jobs etc. The carers from Caremark have been so good with him and more importantly he likes them all . The staff I have
met or spoken to have been friendly and helpful and its taken a load of my mind knowing that he is being checked on regularly throughout the day and having his meals and medication when he should have . They are such a good team and the staff in the office are always helpful when you call them. I cant recommend this team enough .

We have received care single handed twice per day for a number of months. Caremark take into account the times that suit and are respectful in their care. Following an accident, Caremark Supervisor was there to help get care increased to double hand four times a day and liaise with the local hospital.
I can recommend Caremark for their help and support.
We have had dealings with other care agencies in the past. These are the best!

Caremark initially provided a companionship service for my dad who has vascular dementia, the carers who took dad out were always lovely with him and he really enjoyed his tea & cake with them!
More recently, my mum had some falls and Caremark has been amazing, as soon as I called the office, they
pulled out all the stops to put the right care in place immediately and they currently provide daily support to mum & dad. The carers are kind, patient and understanding and have made a very difficult situation much less stressful for all of us. I am very grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caremark.

Over the last 4 years we have received care for both my mother and father through Caremark Dover. They initially provided care and support throughout my mother's terminal illness always showing compassion to her changing needs as well as to our family.
My father has been receiving support from Caremark
Dover for the last four years. The carer's have always encouraged my father to remain as independent as possible which enabled him to remain in his own home much longer than expected. Recently following a deterioration in his health, the level of care needed for him increased significantly. The carer's are always friendly, treating him with dignity and supporting him to understand his changing needs.
The office staff have always been incredibly supportive and always willing to help. They recently managed to put in place a package of care at short notice to enable my father's discharge from hospital.
We are very grateful for all of the support received - thank you!

Caremark has provided my wife and myself with a daily early morning visit service to wash and dress us from mid-February to the end of May. Their staff have been unfailingly cheerful, competent and helpful and I never felt under pressure when they needed to exceed the agreed time allotted and being
paid for. This has happened on several occasions, often because my wife suffers from vascular dementia and can be difficult and once when I needed emergency ambulance attendance due to a severe bleed from a pre-existing head wound. Caremark's services were terminated when we had to move to 24 hour care provided by others with no reflection on Caremark at all. I would happily recommend them.

the company are the absolute best care firm i have ever seen i have been with 7 previous companies and caremark are truly the best their is nothing they will not put themselves out for your company i was recently incapacitated by stoimach and bladder issues and caremark have looked after me superbly
even taking me back to hospital after a local taxi firm dumped me in the town centre vomiting and having had a diarohea attack. the staff are so friendly and professional they deserve any reward coming their way i would never consider any other care company especially in maidstone where 9/10 of the companies are total rubbish especially another provider who should be forced out of business with their appaling service care mark are3 completley opposite and the only maidstone firm i trust.
