Caremark is efficient, helpful, reliable, and have never let me down. My regular carer always comes with a smile on her face, and is keen to help in anyway. Overall my experience with caremark maidstone has been very satisfactory.

The manager of the company was very thorough and professional. All aspects of care were covered and my views considered.

The service provided by Caremark is excellent. The support from the carers is also excellent. Im treated with dignity and compassion and my requests are always carried out in a professional manner. From the very first phone call I made to Caremark (Maidstone), it has been a fantastic experience. Management fantastic, caring, always ready to listen & change in accordance with the help I need. Extremely professional. Carers professional, helpful, understanding helpfulness 100%. I feel very much looked after and enjoy my time out with the carers as well as staying home with them.

My mother in law suffers from dementia and mobility issues. She receives fantastic care, is clean, happy and loves her carers.

My care is always good to excellent, often reminding me of something I've forgotten, or making sure have everything I need. I understand the difficulties management sometimes have; no-one's life is static and changes have to be made as necessary. The staff put up wtih my odd little likes and dislikes and make every effort to please me.

Its tough choosing who you want to help your mum on a daily basis, on this occasion I'm more than happy that we got it right. Thank you to all the team for keeping mum comfy in her old age.

Staff always on time and mostly same 2 carers so good continuity of care. Staff are friendly and make my husband feel comfortable when showering. Happy to help me if I need it. Office always let me know if carers are delayed by traffic

Caremark have been taking care of my mum for a few months now and we can truly say everybody who visits her are absolutely amazing. The care she receives is wonderful and my dad loves them arriving as they always have a chat with my dad. We have been using Caremark since July this year for my father . He had been in hospital and as a family we were struggling with looking after him in his own home along with our own jobs etc. The carers from Caremark have been so good with him and more importantly he likes them all . The staff I have met or spoken to have been friendly and helpful and its taken a load of my mind knowing that he is being checked on regularly throughout the day and having his meals and medication when he should have . They are such a good team and the staff in the office are always helpful when you call them. I cant recommend this team enough .

Very happy with the service my father in law and family received from all the lovely staff at home care. All staff worked with care and compassion and took the time needed to ensure his needs were met. I would happily recommend the team, their coordinated approach and want to thank them all.

staff are polite and caring, our daughter enjoys going out in the community with them and going to different places everyday she always comes back extremely happy and we feelthe staff have a lot of respect when they come into our home 10/10 caremark!
