My father has had care provided for the previous 2 years (approx). He has 1 main carer with 2 stand in carers. All 3 have provided an extremely high level of care over this period of time. They treat him with kindness and dignity and he has been very happy with the service.

I don't have any complaints with the care I have received. Everyone that has attended my care visits have been kind, patient and considerate with me when supporting me with my needs. I can really tell the difference between having Caremark and the provider I had before. I would recommend Caremark.

At Caremark staff are always very pleasant and friendly, they are always punctual and on time to attending care calls. Staff are always clean and presentable when attending to mums care calls and carer's always treat mum with dignity and respect. Caremark has been the best company we have used so far
and they have been amazing and I would be more than happy to recommend Caremark to anyone that needs support with a loved one.

I know mum is very pleased with the care provided. There are a few carers who are particular favourites and it is good to know that mum enjoys their company as well as their helpfulness and kindness. Thank you from mum.

The staff who come in to care for my mum always go above and beyond in everything they do. They treat my mum with dignity and respect and often have a laugh/sing with her. She enjoys them coming in and leaves me with peace of mind. The office staff are always accommodating and will really try to help
with any issues/requests that I have. Great company!

Caremark provides my father's care and support to an exceptionally high standard. Over the years he has required this service we have used other companies but this team are the standout care provider. I have engaged with the care and office staff and all are a credit to the values of this business.
The care staff are all very personable and it is clear they truly ‘care’ for the people they visit in their homes. The office team and managers are very responsive and keep me updated well with any matters involving my Father, which has been an issue with other providers. I would strongly recommend anyone considering care for a loved one take the time to review Caremark and meet the team.

From day one of our involvement with Caremark I was so very impressed. The initial assessment of my mum and her health and social needs was so very thorough. The supervisor was also very interested in Mum's life, work, my dad who had passed away years before, his employment and Mum's interests and what
she liked, including her holidays.
Carers were all personally introduced to Mum by the supervisor and were an unbelievable team of ladies. The ladies are a very dedicated team who are well-trained and experienced. Both Mum and myself felt confident that Mum was receiving an excellent level of care and compassion. The ladies had a great sense of humour and would make Mum smile, laugh and enable her to talk about her life and experiences. They made Mum very happy in her final weeks of life and treated her with such dignity.
Also, would like to thank the administrative team, always available to speak to and offer support.
Thank you Caremark team, we appreciated the support.

All of the carers have performed their duties to our satisfaction. They make it clear that they will perform their duties as requested. I have no complaints, the supervisor is helpful and will try to organise the times to suit.

Dad had had carers before but it didn't work out for him. After coming out of the hospice, which he went into for pain management, he agreed to try again. What a different approach the ladies at Caremark had, towards both Dad and myself. He was a very proud man and still felt that he could manage everything
for himself at 91 years, even with cancer.
They came in with their focus on him, using the photos around the house to build a link with him and his life story. He was quizzed about everything from how he liked his tea and which cup to use to how they could help him feel fresh using his normal routine.
If he was still here he would say that he enjoyed a joke as they supported him in his daily care, they always said hello to us.
They never left without making sure that I was feeling supported and took time to explain the signs to watch out for as his situation started to change.
This was a very personal and difficult situation that I was not facing alone once they were on board.

Caremark helped me at a time when no one else could to begin with. They provided an evening service to a lady with dementia who wasn’t always easy. They persevered with her and built up her trust and confidence. They were fantastic! Then after having being left down by another care company at the last
minute for her morning and afternoon calls, they took over within 24 hours. They supported this lovely lady and gave her as much care and attention as she would allow them to. She enjoyed their company and began trusting them to heat her meal and make her cups of tea. Sadly she worsened and we were left with the tough decision of putting her into a home. I couldn’t thank or phrase Caremark enough for their care and dedication to my lovely friend. I would highly recommend them with no hesitation.

I cannot put into words how wonderful Caremark have been with my mum. She is house and bed bound and all her carers have treated her with respect and professionalism. I am updated whenever Mum has any problems and they are always suggesting new ways of making Mum more comfortable. They really do “care”
and have Mum's best interests in mind. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they truly are amazing.

Mum has had to have carers for the last eighteen months, we have had four different providers. I can say without reservation that this has been the most positive and best provider. Mum has anxiety and finds change difficult but with the kindness she received, adjusted within a few days and has been
treated in a very caring and professional way, the carers see Mum as a person and not as a job and communication has been excellent.
Although we have only been with this company a short while I would have no reservations in recommending that if you are looking for support, give them a call.
