Caremark have been looking after my mum for some time now, she has always spoken highly of the service received and how friendly and cheerful all of the staff are. Mum was due a review to make sure she was happy with the way everything was running. The day the lady turned up with her paperwork ready for a chat, she found my mum quite ill and in rather a mess. She rolled her sleeves up and got stuck in. She could have quite easily made her excuses and left. This was the icing on the cake for me showing that the whole company are invested in the care and comfort of those they look after.

Its tough choosing who you want to help your mum on a daily basis, on this occasion I'm more than happy that we got it right. Thank you to all the team for keeping mum comfy in her old age.

Caremark are the most fabulous care firm in maidstone area the staff are polite and friendly and my carer Rita is the sweetest and loveliest carer ever I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone.

staff are polite and caring, our daughter enjoys going out in the community with them and going to different places everyday she always comes back extremely happy and we feelthe staff have a lot of respect when they come into our home 10/10 caremark!

Overall Experience
Caremark initially provided a companionship service for my dad who has vascular dementia, the carers who took dad out were always lovely with him and he really enjoyed his tea & cake with them!

More recently, my mum had some falls and Caremark has been amazing, as soon as I called the office, they pulled out all the stops to put the right care in place immediately and they currently provide daily support to mum & dad. The carers are kind, patient and understanding and have made a very difficult situation much less stressful for all of us. I am very grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caremark.

I have been very impressed with the care that has been provided for my mother. Every staff member has safety as a top priority, providing all duties with dignity and respect ,but what stands out most is the kindness ,compassion and patience that is shown.

I have been a nurse for over 25 years and can say with certainty that my experience with Caremark ,both office staff and in home care has been excellent.

Overall Experience

Caremark has provided my wife and myself with a daily early morning visit service to wash and dress us from mid-February to the end of May. Their staff have been unfailingly cheerful, competent and helpful and I never felt under pressure when they needed to exceed the agreed time allotted and being paid for. This has happened on several occasions, often because my wife suffers from vascular dementia and can be difficult and once when I needed emergency ambulance attendance due to a severe bleed from a pre-existing head wound. Caremark's services were terminated when we had to move to 24 hour care provided by others with no reflection on Caremark at all. I would happily recommend them.

the company are the absolute best care firm i have ever seen i have been with 7 previous companies and caremark are truly the best their is nothing they will not put themselves out for your company i was recently incapacitated by stoimach and bladder issues and caremark have looked after me superbly even taking me back to hospital after a local taxi firm dumped me in the town centre vomiting and having had a diarohea attack. the staff are so friendly and professional they deserve any reward coming their way i would never consider any other care company especially in maidstone where 9/10 of the companies are total rubbish especially another provider who should be forced out of business with their appaling service care mark are3 completley opposite and the only maidstone firm i trust.

I cannot speak highly enough of Caremark's exceptional care for both my mother and now my father. Their team has been a lifeline, providing consistent and compassionate support that has made a world of difference.

Very impressed with the care my brother receives from Caremark. They are always willing to assist my brother with GP/ hospital appointments and they keep a close check on him maintaining his daily medicine. He gets on well with the carers and our family are appreciative of all they do enabling him to remain in his own home.

Overall Experience
I was pleased to have 2 regular carers looking after my dad so there was consistency in his care. They were reliable and established a routine culminating in him being washed, dressed, and given breakfast and all medication.
Everything was left tidy, and my dad was in his armchair with a cup of tea when they left.

I would recommend Caremark.

Caremark is currently caring for my loved one.
We had previously used a couple of agencies, which sadly didn’t work out.
Since having Caremark we feel as a family more relaxed and now don’t feel we need to be at the home, checking in all the time and checking things are done.
The office team are as caring as the carers, and seem to work as a unit, which is something we didn’t find with other agencies. The office communication is amazing and we have full trust in them as an agency, which is a relief for us as a family.
On the assessment, we were told that Caremark works like a family, and we have to say you are true to your word, you do work as a family.
We just want to say thank you to everyone for everything you are doing.

We would recommend Caremark to anyone.

I have nothing but praise for every Caremark carer who has walked into my home. They are so kind and considerate, nothing is too much for them to do for me, in my personal care, they keep my home immaculate, they are so gentle with me and they take time to talk to me at the end of their shift. I wouldn’t go to any other care company other than Caremark, they are great value for money. They treat me with dignity and treat my home with respect. Well done Caremark, you in my opinion are first class.

Overall Experience
We had Caremark carers from the day my late husband came home from hospital on 11th October 2022. My husband was completely bed bound and had to have two carers at a time to help him with changing, cleaning and administering his medication, three times a day. All the carers were very caring, kind, compassionate and treated him with dignity and respect. The carers were there to care for him until the day he passed away. For this, I am very grateful.
The office staff were also very helpful and attentive if I had to call them for any issues we had and it was rectified immediately.
My daughter and I are very happy with Caremark and would highly recommend them.

Caremark visits my nan on a daily basis, and I can not fault them.
All staff members are happy and polite and set her up for the day; they encourage her to do things I didn't think she would do again, little and often, but they really do spend their time wisely with her, and even when washing up, they keep the conversation going. Nan really loves her visits.

The office staff go above and beyond to make sure my nan has her regular team and helps me with any questions I may have. We've had a few agencies over the years, and Caremark is by far the best I have dealt with. Thank you all.

Staff very friendly, always try to put my mother at ease when going into hers by singing the old songs she knows from the past.
The office staff are always friendly and willing to change or sort any problems.

Having used six other care agencies who were only interested in completing their tasks as quick as possible, I can honestly say that Caremark Maidstone are a breath of fresh air. The management's priority is my husband, they have matched the right members of staff to him, they are so caring and professional they know how to bring the best out in him, they are always singing to him and making him laugh, it's like having an extended family.

The management are very approachable, if ever I have any concerns or worries they are always there to help and support me. I cannot recommend them enough they are brilliant.

When I had the assessment for a care package for my mother I was worried as you hear so many bad reviews in the press. The staff member who came out to see Mum and I was extremely professional and immediately put my mind at rest. She went through all the care plan and read out and explained what would happen. She informed me, who Mums two main carers would be.
When the two young girls came in for the first time, they were professional, courteous and showed my Mum respect and explained everything they were going to do before they carried out each task. They have made the transition from caring for my Mum easy as I was unable to continue to do this. They take time to speak with her and make her feel at ease, and now she looks forward to them coming in.

They are such wonderful young girls and they are an asset to your company.

Care staff always smartly dressed, arrive on time and stay for allocated time to provide an all-round service. Everything requested takes place, most importantly they cheerfully greet my disabled partner, smile, ask him how he is and listen with interest to everything he says. Carers ask him what he'd like to eat and drink. Management staff deal promptly and with my concerns. Thank you.

There are no words to explain how wonderful everyone at Caremark Maidstone is.
From the management team who consistently go that extra mile to ensure that everything doesn’t just run smoothly, but that everything possible is done to brighten up my dad's day.
We have the same 2 carers who are both just the loveliest people you could ever wish to meet – and they have such a close bond with my dad, which means the world to us all.
What Caremark do is an amazingly difficult job, and I am incredibly grateful that I have them to support me and my family.

Bottom line, the cost of care is reasonable; the peace of mind is priceless.

Natasha Job Title: Managing Director Joined: 2019
Natasha

Natasha started her career in the City working at some of the world’s largest Law firms before moving into the recruitment market. Although these industries helped her build on her financial background and provided a rich experience in people management, client relations and business operations, Natasha always felt that something was missing.

Based on her strong will and passion to help others, Natasha decided to leave the City and set up Caremark Maidstone. She is a strong believer in providing the very best standard of care to all those who need it.

Natasha has set up a number of initiatives in the Maidstone region including organising weekly COG clubs run by Age UK; a monthly "Chattering Chums" coffee morning in association with the West Kent Befriending Charity; and doing regular talks in community centres, parishes and libraries to name just a few. She is also proud to be a Dementia Champion.

In her spare time, Natasha enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping fit and doing local charity work.

Krystal Job Title: Registered Care Manager Joined: 2019
Krystal

Krystal has worked in Health and Social Care in the Maidstone region for nearly 8 years. Having worked with a range of health care providers, she has experience in-home care, complex care and specialist care packages.

Krystal brings a wealth of knowledge to her role and is responsible for the day to day operations at Caremark Maidstone. She strongly believes in providing a first-class experience for all those who need care, and her passion, warm nature and reliability shines through in everything she does.

Charlie joined Caremark Maidstone in August 2020. She worked briefly in the Care field before moving into administration and operational based roles. After years of working in transport, Charlie wanted a change - she wanted to make a difference. Charlie chose to step back into the Care industry as she's always been dedicated to caring for things, big and small.

Charlie has excellent experience in scheduling, managing rotas, and being responsible for the organisational aspects of a busy workplace. She is responsible for Care Coordination at Caremark, as well as dealing with enquiries and recruitment.

In her spare time, Charlie enjoys being with her Chickens & going camping in her self-built Campervan with her Partner & stepsons along with their pack of Siberian Huskies!

Jane Job Title: Recruitment Manager Joined: 2021
Jane
Jane joined the Caremark Maidstone team in April 2021. Jane is involved in a number of processes at Caremark, which include recruitment, staff onboarding and training coordination.

Prior to joining Caremark, Jane worked in transport for 9 years, and before that she tutored young adults with learning disabilities.

Jane has been married 31 years (!), enjoys spending time with her family, and loves adventurous days out. She is extremely passionate about helping people with dementia as she had first-hand experience caring for her Father.

Lizzie Job Title: Field Care Supervisor Joined: 2021
Lizzie

Lizzie joined Caremark Maidstone in April 2021 as a Field Care Supervisor. Prior to working at Caremark, Lizzie worked as a Health Care assistant in the community and within care homes. She provided a high level of care and support to a range of clients, some with learning difficulties and dementia.

In 2019, Lizzie completed an access course in nursing and health care, and this has broadened her knowledge and skillset. Along with being highly motivated, having a positive attitude, and being a caring and friendly individual, Lizzie is very well suited to the supervisor role. "Making a difference in people's lives makes it all worth while" says Lizzie.

In her free time, Lizzie spends time with her partner, children, family and friends, and enjoys going to the seaside for fish and chips.

Ellie Job Title: Field Care Supervisor Joined: 2022
Ellie

Ellie joined Caremark Maidstone as a Care Assistant in April 2020. She then left the company before rejoining in December 2021. With a passion for care and empathy, Ellie was quickly promoted to a Field Care Supervisor position, and therefore a great example of how Caremark promote talent internally.

Ellie continues to demonstrate and build on her knowledge of the care industry whilst carrying out her duties with a positive attitude. Ellie is aiming to continue with her Health and Social Care NVQ to further develop her career.

In her free time, Ellie likes to spend time with her friends and family.

Tharandeep Job Title: Other Joined: 2019
Tharandeep

Tharandeep is passionate about the domiciliary care sector and feels that everybody should have access to the highest standards of in-home care whenever they may need it. Because of this and his wife's passion for helping others, the idea to create Caremark Maidstone was formed in late 2018.

Whilst Tharandeep doesn't have an active role in the running of Caremark Maidstone, he assists with many behind the scenes activities, including company finances, social media and facilities management.

In his free time, Tharandeep enjoys spending time with his family and friends and partaking in sports events.
