I used this company back in 2020! I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Caremark. From the very first visit, they have been kind, professional and reliable. They treat me with the utmost dignity and respect. The office team is also fantastic at keeping me informed, and my relatives, giving me complete peace of mind.
The staff are always available to help if I had a problem. All the carers are very mindful of my needs. I have been a client of Caremark for around 6 years and have been very happy with standard of care given.

Any concerns they may have are brought to my attention straight away.
I receive a rota every week, by email, which is very useful so appointments can be arranged without calling the office etc
All in all this is a far better company than we were using before and would recommend them

Essentially, the care provided to me is very good. I have problems with my back and balance issues as well as depression. I can only comfortably do things sitting down if I can be bothered to do things at all. The Carerers help me with practical help and emotional problems. Their input will allows me to complete small tasks while they are with me.

One issue has been few carers volunteer to help in the home, whilst their patients uses the toilet, they stand/sit using their mobile. One carer was exceptional in voluntarily emptying bins, washing breakfast dishes, or sweeping the kitchen. Most disappointing was one carer refused to operate a wheelchair.

Great service, friendly, keeps you to date and definitely goes the extra mile to help. Will always telephone if there's a problem which is great. The two carers are really helpful and will always make sure my dad is kept safe and well.

Absolutely no complaints. The admin staff are always helpful and adapt to our needs. The carers are always gentle and patient with my mum even when she gets difficult!
My brother and I don't live near Mum so knowing someone is popping in every day to check she's taken her tablets and help with personal care and a bit of housework allows us to relax a bit. We've been happy with the standard of care Mum receives and will be looking to increase it as Mum's health deteriorates. Thank you, Caremark!

The staff go above and beyond to care for my dad. My dad is always smiling when they are around and laughs with them and it’s so touching to see that he’s so happy. I feel very lucky that I can have access to the online app, to make sure Dad is ok on the visits.
