Any concerns they may have are brought to my attention straight away.
I receive a rota every week, by email, which is very useful so appointments can be arranged without calling the office etc
All in all this is a far better company than we were using before and would recommend them
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're really pleased to hear you had an excellent experience with our care team. Your kind words mean a great deal to us and will be shared with the staff. We truly appreciate your support.
Essentially, the care provided to me is very good. I have problems with my back and balance issues as well as depression. I can only comfortably do things sitting down if I can be bothered to do things at all. The Carerers help me with practical help and emotional problems. Their input will allows me to complete small tasks while they are with me.
Thank you so much for leaving the time to give us a review, I know the whole team will really appreciate it.
Caremark carers are very patient, professional and have taken time with mum. The transition from independent living to supportive care can be difficult for the older person. Caremarks holistic approach has promoted a seamless transition.
They provide a timely rota to ensure family are aware of carers times visiting, whilst also naming each carer.
As mums aging needs are changing, Caremark have been with us on mums journey and are adapting as needs require.
We appreciate the efficient and open communication which is essential for both carers and mum.
The carers have become part of the fabric of everyday life for mum and us.
We thank them and Social care staff who have made all the aforementioned possible for our dear mum.

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and kind review, our staff really appreciate it.
One issue has been few carers volunteer to help in the home, whilst their patients uses the toilet, they stand/sit using their mobile. One carer was exceptional in voluntarily emptying bins, washing breakfast dishes, or sweeping the kitchen. Most disappointing was one carer refused to operate a wheelchair.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, your thoughts will help us improve our service.
Great service, friendly, keeps you to date and definitely goes the extra mile to help. Will always telephone if there's a problem which is great. The two carers are really helpful and will always make sure my dad is kept safe and well.
Thank you so much for making the time to leave a review.
The carers are always friendly towards my grandmother, and she really enjoys the companionship Caremark provides.
The office have also been accommodating if we ever need to put in extra visits or cancel visits, and have always been friendly if we have any questions and queries.
My grandmother enjoys the company and feels comfortable with her carers.
Would definitely recommend Caremark Poole
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, it is very much appreciated.
