Overall, we have been satisfied with Caremark. We recently had a customer review with one of the local managers. We have been clients for over a year, and we gave positive feedback.
One issue has been few carers volunteer to help in the home, whilst their patients uses the toilet, they stand/sit using
their mobile. One carer was exceptional in voluntarily emptying bins, washing breakfast dishes, or sweeping the kitchen. Most disappointing was one carer refused to operate a wheelchair.

Great service, friendly, keeps you to date and definitely goes the extra mile to help. Will always telephone if there's a problem which is great. The two carers are really helpful and will always make sure my dad is kept safe and well.

Caremark have been assisting my grandmother for about a year and they have been brilliant.
The carers are always friendly towards my grandmother, and she really enjoys the companionship Caremark provides.
The office have also been accommodating if we ever need to put in extra visits or cancel visits,
and have always been friendly if we have any questions and queries.
My grandmother enjoys the company and feels comfortable with her carers.
Would definitely recommend Caremark Poole
