Generally a very positive experience, although we only have carers twice a week for 45 minutes. Pleasant, efficient and reliable service. Courteous towards both myself and Brian. Time keeping is very reliable.

Caremark have provided my daughter exceptional care for the past 5years for which I am very grateful.
Any concerns raised are promptly dealt with by management.
Having had the same carer for this whole period I can only say she gives 100% of herself at all times and has developed a lasting and family

When this carer takes leave Caremark have provide a rotation of very competent domiciliary carers to fill these gaps

The care my mother receives from all the care workers is exceptional. My mother looks out for the cares and building a good relationship with her carers.
They go out of their way to understand and learn key words to help and be able to communicate with her. Due to her dementia she has reverted back

We used Caremark for morning care for our 93 year old mother from Oct24-Sep25 who lives on her own. Throughout the year mum and ourselves experienced very professional service from all members of the Caremark team. All the carers who visited our mum provided her with care whilst she got herself ready
every morning, always showing mum kindness and the added bonus of daily companionship. We noticed how mum looked better and well as a result of the care given by Caremark. Many thanks

We have found the service and carers to be very good. My husbands needs are their first priority. The timekeeping has been very good, we are notified of any changes which have to be made. The carers who come are consistent, any new staff introduced by those we know.

Overall I have found the service to be very good. I like having consistent carers, I have the same carer 6 days a week and she knows me well and is very patient and caring. My father was discharged from hospital in a very frail condition and provided with a council funded care pack. Two carers visited the family home four times a day for 5 weeks. They were professional and friendly. Highly commendable.

Caremark Slough and South Bucks have now been involved in the care of both my elderly parents for a year. Introducing a carer to any home situation is potentially daunting but Caremark made the process as smooth and simple as could be. The team have been friendly, professional and flexible, adjusting
the care provided according to my parent's needs, and responding in a timely and sensitive manner to crises as and when these have arisen. The staff really seem to care about their clients, taking time to get to know them and ensure that they receive the best support possible.
Mum and Dad have had a live-in carer for some time now and this has been very successful. The carer is kind, patient and affectionate and it has given me great peace of mind to know that my parents are well-cared for physically and mentally, and their safety is suitably supervised.
I am very happy to recommend Caremark Slough and South Bucks to anyone seeking care support in this area.
Mum and Dad have had a live-in carer for some time now and this has been very successful. The carer is kind, patient and affectionate and it has given me great peace of mind to know that my parents are well-cared for physically and mentally, and their safety is suitably supervised.

A very reliable and friendly and competent service. It is such a relief that Caremark come and check that Mum is ok and looking after herself. Their dependability brings us great relief that Mum is looked after when we aren't around. Although resistant to the idea that she needs help, Caremark have
helped Mum settle comfortably into the idea of the security that extra support and care is there if and when she needs it.

This is first time my elderly father of 95 has had to use carers and felt very daunting for him and us as a family but Caremark have taken all the stress away and been amazing with all the hurdles we have come across. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they arrive on time and they are all lovely
and caring and can't do enough to help. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

Caremark Slough and South Bucks have provided companionship care to us for about 8 months. The manager put a great deal of time and thought into matching our care needs with the carer she provided. As a result, we have an excellent carer. We look forward to her coming and I can take a much needed break
knowing my husband is in safe hands. In the past, the manager has given up several hours of her own time to give me sensible advice on care needs in general, and I always feel she is available for support should I need it.
After a rather bruising experience with a different organisation providing care, I can appreciate the quality of the service that Caremark provides.

Caremark looked after my mother during her final 2 years. The live-in carer was amazing, she managed mum's complex mental health and mobility issues, despite a language barrier, kept her comfortable and safe in her home and constantly monitored her 24/7 and kept her mentally engaged. There were also
carers covering breaks, and this service was completely reliable. Her life improved hugely with this care package. Family was kept in touch with mum at all times. One staff member in particular and the rest of the team were very supportive, for example, going the extra mile for to get medication and buy emergency supplies. The carers and staff in the office were a great source of support to me during mum's final days and it has not been forgotten. I can thoroughly recommend Caremark. Many thanks.
