I am the son of someone who receives care at home, and I can honestly say the staff have been fantastic. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and nothing ever feels too much trouble for them. They treat my parent with genuine kindness, patience, and respect, and it gives me huge peace of mind knowing
they're in such capable hands.


Communication is always clear, they're reliable, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure my parent is comfortable and well looked after. It's reassuring to see a team who not only do their job well, but truly care about the people they support.


I'm incredibly grateful for the service they provide - it has made such a positive difference to our family. Highly recommended.

All in all I have had a very positive experience with Caremark. Staff are friendly and have got to know my family very well. They cared for my dad very well and were always friendly and polite. The best part of being with Caremark though was the office staff. Always willing to go above and beyond and
were a smily and happy voice at the end of the line. Always reassuring us. Always supportive.

Caremark have looked after my dad at home for the last 18 months. They were always on time (no waiting around). They were professional and responsible. What helped us as a family the most was the excellent support, help and advice from the staff in the Wokingham office, especially Dawn. It was such
a relief to talk to her and she was always so supportive, kind and caring and went above and beyond for us. It made such a difference at such a difficult time in our family.

The carers arrived within their assigned time almost always, were happy to help with their required tasks and took on other things as occasionally asked. They provided company, good care, conversation and notified family or the agency when something was amiss. They were patient with their care and worked
within their policies explaining to the client when they were unable to help. The agency patiently fielded calls and changes to rotas as they came up. The only issue was carers not always staying their full time. If care is needed again in the future we would happily consider using the agency again. Thank you so much for all your care.

I have nothing but praise for the care shown to my Partner, he was treated with kindness and respect. The Carers were understanding of his dementia and that it was not always straight forward caring for him. If the visit was delayed for any reason we would be notified by the office. We came to regard
the Carers as friends and always felt comfortable having them in our house.

My Mother has been receiving visits from carers for currently just over three months. Over this time her requirements have varied significantly from sometimes needing full overnight care to suddenly needing to halt the care due to being admitted to hospital. The office staff have always been incredibly
obliging to this constantly moving situation and have provided the exact care I have requested at all times - even if this is requesting overnight care at 7pm in the evening!
The carers themselves have always been timely, professional and kind - not only being a huge support to my Mother but also great comfort to me.

We have been consistently impressed with the standard of care provided to my grandmother by Caremark, they have been attending to her for over a year. The carers are kind, patient and professional, and it is clear they genuinely know her well and how her dementia presents and can be different day to
day. Communication with both myself and the rest of her family has always been excellent - the app updates are thorough and reassuring, and any emails or phone calls are answered quickly and helpfully.


Our family situation has been complex at times, but the team have always handled everything with sensitivity and professionalism, raising concerns promptly and keeping us fully informed of any changes in her health or behaviour. Knowing she is in such capable and compassionate hands gives us enormous peace of mind, especially as I don't live very local. We are truly grateful for the care and support she receives.

Caremark staff have been attending to my mum for almost 2 years.
My mother is a very difficult personality, although not obviously rude or abusive to the staff. Caremark workers have never let us down, and have always been friendly, cheerful and respectful. I thank them for the care they gave during
the period of my mum's needs.

Generally a very positive experience, although we only have carers twice a week for 45 minutes. Pleasant, efficient and reliable service. Courteous towards both myself and Brian. Time keeping is very reliable.

Caremark have provided my daughter exceptional care for the past 5years for which I am very grateful.
Any concerns raised are promptly dealt with by management.
Having had the same carer for this whole period I can only say she gives 100% of herself at all times and has developed a lasting and family
orinintated service.
When this carer takes leave Caremark have provide a rotation of very competent domiciliary carers to fill these gaps
The carer is trusted enough to travel abroad with their client meeting all her clients needs unassisted.

The care my mother receives from all the care workers is exceptional. My mother looks out for the cares and building a good relationship with her carers.
They go out of their way to understand and learn key words to help and be able to communicate with her. Due to her dementia she has reverted back
to her mother tongue. She enjoys their company and im so grateful for the help they provide. Thank you

We used Caremark for morning care for our 93 year old mother from Oct24-Sep25 who lives on her own. Throughout the year mum and ourselves experienced very professional service from all members of the Caremark team. All the carers who visited our mum provided her with care whilst she got herself ready
every morning, always showing mum kindness and the added bonus of daily companionship. We noticed how mum looked better and well as a result of the care given by Caremark. Many thanks

We have found the service and carers to be very good. My husbands needs are their first priority. The timekeeping has been very good, we are notified of any changes which have to be made. The carers who come are consistent, any new staff introduced by those we know.

Overall I have found the service to be very good. I like having consistent carers, I have the same carer 6 days a week and she knows me well and is very patient and caring. We have a good laugh together. She is very professional. One day a week I have different carers from the company and they are very
nice. We can phone the office and speak to a person if we have any questions.
