The care team were all so kind, caring and extremely helpful. All mum's needs were met daily through individualised personal care. Carers were so warm & friendly. Excellent care.
We have found the service and carers to be very good. My husbands needs are their first priority. The timekeeping has been very good, we are notified of any changes which have to be made. The carers who come are consistent, any new staff introduced by those we know.
Overall I have found the service to be very good. I like having consistent carers, I have the same carer 6 days a week and she knows me well and is very patient and caring. We have a good laugh together. She is very professional. One day a week I have different carers from the company and they are very nice. We can phone the office and speak to a person if we have any questions.
We as a family are extremely happy with the care provided for our Dad. The carers are patient, caring, hygienic and treat dad wtih dignity at all times. Will definitely recommend your agency to others.
My father was discharged from hospital in a very frail condition and provided with a council funded care pack. Two carers visited the family home four times a day for 5 weeks. They were professional and friendly. Highly commendable.
Have had a perfect experience with all carers who have visited and my husband is extremely satisfied with his care.
I've been thrilled with the service provided. So helpful and very friendly. Caremark has been a blessing with helping my mother's rehabilitation after recent operation.
Excellent/very good staff very willing and hard working/cheerful. Cleanliness is immediately apparent once they have finished. Continuum of personnel is good. Attentive regarding personal needs/tucked up in bed ok. Hair washing done thoroughly when required.
I am very happy with the service I receive. All the ladies are great to me and I enjoy every one.
Very happy with the carers. They are kind and helpful.
Very good personal care provided with dignity and compassion.
Seems willing to undertake any tasks asked of the carer such as light cleaning jobs.
It seems the carers are unable to do cooking other than in a microwave; some training in basic cooking skills would be beneficial.
The management staff have been effective and responsive.
Mum receives double-up care four times a day as needs changing and washing every visit. Mum finds this very upsetting and the carers need to be patient with her. They have a very hard job in the times allowed but Mum is kept clean and tidy. She loves to be chatted to and often needs help eating or drinking if she has an upsetting day and she receives this.
I have been very satisfied with all of the help that was provided for my late wife and now for me. The care manager and all of the team are always very helpful and polite.
I am happy overall with my care because all the staff are very helpful and one carer in particular I have a great relationship with and also other carers.
We are very pleased with the care provided to our mum. Almost all of the carers who have attended have been friendly and polite and have engaged with Mum. Thank you for the care you have provided.
My experience is a very happy one with the care that I receive.
Happy with the service, carers polite and friendly. My Dad is happy with the care.
Very good care all round. Very happy.
Caremark has been caring for my nephew for about five years and takes good care of him. We are happy with them.
Caremark has been caring for my brother for almost a year now. All the carers have been very good at caring for my brother's needs. Office staff are very supportive.
