Caremark has been looking after my wife for over two years. etc. the care is exceptional, they are always ready to help when it's needed. I would recommend Caremark to anyone who needs care.
Caremark has cared for my son for a good few years. Nothing is too much, they treat my son with good respect. I cannot say anything wrong about them.
Very happy with all aspects this company provides. The staff are professional whilst being very caring. They are wonderful with my Mum but also do their utmost to support me.
I am very pleased with the care I receive.
Mum's carers are incredible and allow her to stay in her own home, without them this would not be possible. They go above and beyond, are very kind and caring. With her day-to-day needs met, their time with her brightens her day. When we found them outstanding is when she needed to go into hospital in an emergency, the carers have assisted the ambulance crew by hoisting her and on her return home have made it possible for her to come home.
I am happy with the service I receive from Caremark and the staff.
I have had my carer for 4 years, we get on well. I am happy with Caremark for my live-in care.
My carer is brilliant, all going well.
Staff are friendly and office reactive and accommodating of changes requested.
Professional level of care, an excellent small team of carers.
Mum's care times were 08.00,13.00,18.00. Reality 09.00-09.15,13.45,14.30,18.45,19.30, to as late as 20.30. Ask to do some cleaning for her and nothing happens. No offer for a shower or wash her hair. Mum asks for the window to be opened for the cat, and answers no, when moving mum around her bed, bless her, she’s in pain, carer says “you're not in pain” and if I wasn’t living just 300 meters away from her home I would not have seen what was going on, especially them billing me for the times they were there and me knowing what times they have actually done! Total difference. Not happy at all.
Dear Bradley, thank you for your feedback, which we have noted. Your mother had a detailed care review which involved both Caremark and her social worker and at that meeting you informed the social worker that you were broadly happy with our service. We were also cleaning the house and feeding the cat. We would appreciate an opportunity to meet with you to discuss your concerns further.
I used Caremark for my mum for a number of years and generally found their care to be of a good level.
I have been with Caremark for over nine years and always received outstanding care. I am happy to recommend.
Marvelous. Very well, all of them make my day. Also cared for my wife until she passed.
Everyone is cheerful, helpful and eager to learn.
I am very happy, the carers are good to me, very helpful and kind. They make me laugh. I enjoy their company.
Carers do not stay more than a maximum of half the contracted visit times and managers are not interested and often do not respond to calls and concerns at all.
We have worked closely with both CQC and our Local Authority to find the best way to satisfy this service user's needs, but ultimately due to the very specific profile of carer required we felt it was not possible for us...
The carers are more like friends and family and Dad looks forward to their visits. Even when he is not feeling too well, which has been quite often recently, they talk with him, getting a response and getting him to interact with them. I live at home with Dad and know how much they do and how patient, friendly, interested, helpful and conscientious they are. My siblings also appreciate the care they give as they had been worrying about me and my health before these carers were put in place.
