Overall Experience

Caremark Slough and South Bucks have now been involved in the care of both my elderly parents for a year. Introducing a carer to any home situation is potentially daunting but Caremark made the process as smooth and simple as could be. The team have been friendly, professional and flexible, adjusting

the care provided according to my parent's needs, and responding in a timely and sensitive manner to crises as and when these have arisen. The staff really seem to care about their clients, taking time to get to know them and ensure that they receive the best support possible.
Mum and Dad have had a live-in carer for some time now and this has been very successful. The carer is kind, patient and affectionate and it has given me great peace of mind to know that my parents are well-cared for physically and mentally, and their safety is suitably supervised.
I am very happy to recommend Caremark Slough and South Bucks to anyone seeking care support in this area.

Overall Experience

A very reliable and friendly and competent service. It is such a relief that Caremark come and check that Mum is ok and looking after herself. Their dependability brings us great relief that Mum is looked after when we aren't around. Although resistant to the idea that she needs help, Caremark have

helped Mum settle comfortably into the idea of the security that extra support and care is there if and when she needs it.

Overall Experience

This is first time my elderly father of 95 has had to use carers and felt very daunting for him and us as a family but Caremark have taken all the stress away and been amazing with all the hurdles we have come across. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they arrive on time and they are all lovely

and caring and can't do enough to help. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

Caremark Slough and South Bucks have provided companionship care to us for about 8 months. The manager put a great deal of time and thought into matching our care needs with the carer she provided. As a result, we have an excellent carer. We look forward to her coming and I can take a much needed break

knowing my husband is in safe hands. In the past, the manager has given up several hours of her own time to give me sensible advice on care needs in general, and I always feel she is available for support should I need it.
After a rather bruising experience with a different organisation providing care, I can appreciate the quality of the service that Caremark provides.

Overall Experience

Caremark looked after my mother during her final 2 years. The live-in carer was amazing, she managed mum's complex mental health and mobility issues, despite a language barrier, kept her comfortable and safe in her home and constantly monitored her 24/7 and kept her mentally engaged. There were also

carers covering breaks, and this service was completely reliable. Her life improved hugely with this care package. Family was kept in touch with mum at all times. One staff member in particular and the rest of the team were very supportive, for example, going the extra mile for to get medication and buy emergency supplies. The carers and staff in the office were a great source of support to me during mum's final days and it has not been forgotten. I can thoroughly recommend Caremark. Many thanks.

Overall Experience

Caremark looked after my husband for several hours a week to enable me to go and meet commitments outside the home. They cared for him for around 9 months until he sadly passed away earlier this year.
The company responded very quickly when I started looking at care companies, coming to our home to

meet us both and carry out an assessment of what my husband's needs would be. They were able to provide a carer very quickly following that assessment assigning him a carer with whom they thought he would connect. They were right! For most of those weeks he had the same carer with whom he got on well and therefore I was never worried about him during the time I was out of the house. I found all the staff to be very kind, caring and understanding and if I was looking for a carer at any time in the future. I would have no hesitation in contacting Caremark again.

Overall Experience

Caremark took over my care end of May 2024 and will be ending due to my continuing recovery. They have been very professional and caring from the start. With the manager coming out to do a full assessment of my needs and my medical history, and planning how to meet those needs. Throughout the time they

looked after me she came in several times to check how things were. I had the same carers each week and got a rota of times - no strangers turned up which was very reassuring. On the first visit, the manager brought the carers to introduce them, this was reassuring to meet them. These ladies have been so kind and helpful taking time to listen to moans and groans helping to do whatever was asked of them. They have been polite, and professional and came when they said they would always turn up. Always had uniforms on and ID. Whenever I spoke to the office the ladies were polite and helpful. I know if I need help in the future I will call them. I would recommend them to anyone. A safe professional service.

Moving the care of my sister to Caremark was one of the best decisions we have made. The management and staff are fully involved, they are professional, compassionate and above all, caring. They have a wide knowledge and experience of the needs of their clients and are a great help in many of the ongoing

Overall Experience

Caremark has been providing care for my friend for several years and I can honestly say the care they provide is outstanding. They are honest, reliable, competent, considerate and compassionate. The Management Team works very closely with the Carers and will often visit to assist with medical and personal

needs. On the various occasions I have contacted them they have always been polite, professional and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Due to my friend’s health deteriorating over the last couple of years, her Care-plan has changed with Caremark having to assist her more - collecting her medication from the chemist and assisting with its administration, with more personal care, doing washing, and preparing her meals. With their continued care and support she can stay in her own home which is where she wants to be. I feel my friend is very lucky to have such a wonderful team looking after her and this is why I do not hesitate in recommending Caremark.

Overall Experience

Caremark provided in-home care for our mum (visiting 2-3 times daily) for around 6 months before she moved into a care home as a result of increasing mobility issues. Having not used private carers before we were not entirely sure what to expect, but the level of professionalism and care Mum received

was really outstanding.
The quality of care, the attention of the staff and the level of communication with the rest of the family was simply brilliant - they went above and beyond expectations and Mum’s wellbeing was always at the heart of what they did. We were genuinely so pleased that we chose Caremark to look after Mum and would recommend them without reservation to anyone who is thinking about needing carers.

Caremark have provided services for my mother, who has a number of complex medical conditions, since last year. We cannot praise them highly enough, from the attention to detail in dispensing her large variety of medication (including chemo) through the excellent communication with us and to the exceptional

level of care willingly and lovingly dispensed on her; she is treated with dignity and respect at all times.
The carers themselves are exceptional, showing kindness, patience and professionalism. We have some considerable points of reference in this field, as another member of our family has used care services for the past 14 years (which we manage for her) and I can say unequivocally that Caremark Slough & South Bucks are in a league of their own in comparison.
A simply exceptional organisation who put the care into caring.

Overall Experience

Caremark's service has been excellent. The care has been to a very high standard and is delivered with warmth and enthusiasm. They were adaptable when my father's care needs changed suddenly, after they were employed, which reduced the stress of his condition considerably. They have been proactive in

suggesting improvements in care and in other aspects of my father's comfort, which would not have occurred to me. These have helped him considerably and have reduced the stress on his family. Communications have been excellent which has been vital to me as I live some distance away. All recommendations have been well explained and when needed, the team have carried out additional work such as arranging prescriptions and physio which has allowed faster treatment than could have been facilitated by family. Would definitely recommend them.

Overall Experience

Caremark provided Dad with care during his last five months. He wanted to be at home and his immediate family lived 120 miles away. Caremark enabled him to remain independent and treated Dad with dignity and respect. Dad was his own person right up to the end, which meant that he could be difficult,

but this did not phase Caremark. Their service was reliable, friendly and professional and they always kept his family informed. The carers called to see Dad in addition to their allocated care slots if they had any concerns about him and were accessible to his family via text and phone at all times. We really appreciated their support and highly recommend.

I have always found the Caremark team to be highly professional and reliable. All the carers are positive and cheerful and engage well with my mother. She particularly enjoys the music and sing-a-longs! The carers show great kindness and patience and always treat my mother with respect and warmth. I

We are very thankful that we chose Caremark to care for Mum which they did for five years until she sadly passed away at the end of last year. At very short notice, overnight care was provided all through the Christmas period and we are so grateful for this extra support that was given during her final

days.
Throughout the years, the staff have always been very kind, friendly, helpful, considerate and totally reliable and we are grateful that she kept a consistency of carers which was very comforting.
Caremark have provided such a good, supportive care service that we would most certainly recommend them highly.
On behalf of all the family, we wish all the staff a very big thank you, you have been brilliant.

Overall Experience

Caremark were excellent in providing care to my father during his decline over five-plus years. What started initially as someone to keep an eye on my father in case he fell, eventually became morning and night routines with two staff attending. The team were very flexible and accommodating and took

a genuine interest in my father's care. The wider team checked in regularly and we knew all of the staff attending; all of which were highly professional but also very caring and engaging.

I have been using Caremark for more than a year for daily home visits. The carers are friendly, observant and most of all very gentle. They have also taught my husband several tricks of the trade to enable him to take better care of me.

Caremark Windsor are the most caring, professional team of ladies that we have used (and we have tried a few!).
Each carer is trained to a very high standard and is always accompanied for the first visit so that the manager can explain what needs doing, and they can get to know the client. All of the

ladies are very very friendly, super helpful and very respectful of property, privacy and dignity. As a family, it helps us to know that my mum is being cared for correctly and enjoys seeing the carers four times a day. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone, and the carers now anticipate the needs of Mum before she needs them! The morning calls are fun, usually playing a bit of Elvis or jolly music, and this starts the day off so well for my mum. I cannot recommend the managers and their super team enough for cheering my mum up and supporting her through a hard time.
