The care we received from this agency is marvellous. We are very well treated with kindness and humour. My husband is doing well as their visits and routine help with his Alzheimer's. The personal care aids as in maintaining all dignity and appearance. The office staff are understanding. Thank you all.

My parents, 90 & 87 have carers attend 3 times a day from Caremark, to provide both personal care for Dad and hot meals & cups of tea for them both. The gents who attend are courteous and attentive. They pay particular care and attention to Dad's dry skin condition. My parents are treated with dignity & respect.

I am the son of someone who receives care at home, and I can honestly say the staff have been fantastic. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and nothing ever feels too much trouble for them. They treat my parent with genuine kindness, patience, and respect, and it gives me huge peace of mind knowing they're in such capable hands.

Communication is always clear, they're reliable, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure my parent is comfortable and well looked after. It's reassuring to see a team who not only do their job well, but truly care about the people they support.

Caremark have looked after my dad at home for the last 18 months. They were always on time (no waiting around). They were professional and responsible. What helped us as a family the most was the excellent support, help and advice from the staff in the Wokingham office, especially Dawn. It was such a relief to talk to her and she was always so supportive, kind and caring and went above and beyond for us. It made such a difference at such a difficult time in our family.

The carers arrived within their assigned time almost always, were happy to help with their required tasks and took on other things as occasionally asked. They provided company, good care, conversation and notified family or the agency when something was amiss. They were patient with their care and worked within their policies explaining to the client when they were unable to help. The agency patiently fielded calls and changes to rotas as they came up. The only issue was carers not always staying their full time. If care is needed again in the future we would happily consider using the agency again. Thank you so much for all your care.

I have nothing but praise for the care shown to my Partner, he was treated with kindness and respect. The Carers were understanding of his dementia and that it was not always straight forward caring for him. If the visit was delayed for any reason we would be notified by the office. We came to regard the Carers as friends and always felt comfortable having them in our house.

My Mother has been receiving visits from carers for currently just over three months. Over this time her requirements have varied significantly from sometimes needing full overnight care to suddenly needing to halt the care due to being admitted to hospital. The office staff have always been incredibly obliging to this constantly moving situation and have provided the exact care I have requested at all times - even if this is requesting overnight care at 7pm in the evening!

The carers themselves have always been timely, professional and kind - not only being a huge support to my Mother but also great comfort to me.

We have been consistently impressed with the standard of care provided to my grandmother by Caremark, they have been attending to her for over a year. The carers are kind, patient and professional, and it is clear they genuinely know her well and how her dementia presents and can be different day to day. Communication with both myself and the rest of her family has always been excellent - the app updates are thorough and reassuring, and any emails or phone calls are answered quickly and helpfully.

Our family situation has been complex at times, but the team have always handled everything with sensitivity and professionalism, raising concerns promptly and keeping us fully informed of any changes in her health or behaviour. Knowing she is in such capable and compassionate hands gives us enormous peace of mind, especially as I don't live very local. We are truly grateful for the care and support she receives.

Q: Tea or Coffee? A frothy Coffee.

Q: Do you prefer the Window or Aisle Seat on a bus/plane? Definitely a window seat. I enjoy watching the world go by but also a perfect seat to prop your head against the window for a quick nap!

Q: Have you checked something off your Bucket List? What was it? Visiting the Terracotta Warriors in China. It was incredible to see thousands of sculptures depicting an army which to date is still being unearthed.

Q: My go-to Pizza is… Deep Pan Pepperoni.

Q: What do you do outside of work? Playing sports with friends and family, or constantly doing DIY at home.

Q: One memory in Home Care? I get a lot of self-satisfaction when the team can assist in organising a care package for a client. Home Care is never on somebody's mind until they really need it; therefore, anything small or big we can help with puts a smile on my face as I know with our help that the client is at home safe.

Q: Tea or Coffee? Black Tea.

Q: Do you prefer the Window or Aisle Seat on a bus/plane? A window seat on a plane as I feel take off and landing is easier to handle if you can see it about to happen.

Q: Have you checked something off your Bucket List? What was it? I have done two things so far! One was a Sky Dive, which was exhilarating and would have gone straight up again if I had the opportunity. The other was travelling around South America for six months, as it was such a brilliant experience to experience new cultures.

Q: My go-to Pizza is… Meat Feast with BBQ sauce.

Q: What do you do outside of work? I love to go for dog walks, spend time with family and enjoy going swimming or to the gym with my son.

Q: One memory in Home Care? I was able to organise and facilitate going into London with a Client. They wanted to revisit some of the places her and her husband would go to when they were first married. When we got there, she was amazed at how busy it had become but also how much it had changed. She was so grateful for the trip as she did not think it was possible.

Q: Have you checked something off your Bucket List? What was it? I went on a boat trip to see Dolphins in Gran Canaria.

Q: Tea or Coffee? Depends on the time of the day. I love my morning coffee and in the afternoon a tea.

Q: Do you prefer the Window or Aisle Seat on a bus/plane? Aisle for a short flight, but window for long haul, so I get to see spectacular views.

Q: Have you checked something off your Bucket List? What was it? I travelled by car with my partner and dog from Portugal to Lithuania. It was a long trip, but I got to stop off and see some amazing views and experience some unforgettable moments with them both.

Q: My go-to Pizza is… Hawaiian pizza with a few extra toppings

Q: What do you do outside of work? I am a very creative person and love anything to do with arts and crafts, and also love taking photos of people and wonderful scenery. Currently, I am into making things out of resin.

Q: One memory in Home Care? I began working at Caremark as a live-in Carer and looked after one client for quite a few years. During this time, I built a great rapport and friendship with them; therefore, it is very difficult to choose just one memory, but I know that the many tasks I did over those years made this individual’s life much easier and happier while living in their own home.
