Overall Experience

We were very grateful for the swift and efficient response from Caremark Thurrock when an urgent care situation arose. They arranged an assessment within just a few hours and ensured care was set up for the following day, which was a huge relief.
The Managing Director, was particularly helpful, taking

the time to explain everything clearly and provide valuable information when we needed it most. His support and professionalism stood out.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caremark Thurrock to anyone needing reliable, responsive, and well-organised care.

I contacted Caremark as my grandfather needed some companionship and my mother needed a break from daily visits. John arranged an initial assessment of Grandad's needs. John was great, arrived on time, made Grandad feel at ease and was extremely friendly. John provided good advice on the care Grandad

needed; he also made some suggestions on home improvements. John also helped introduce Grandad to Natalie the carer, I know I can call Caremark anytime to arrange additional visits and for further advice.

Overall Experience

Since our first contact with Caremark Brentwood / Basildon, they have proved themselves to be a thoroughly professional and flexible care provider. They listened to our needs (both my own and those of my Mum) and have provided us with a personalised care package which is allowing Mum to live in familiar

and comfortable surroundings at home. Regular reviews ensure that the level of care is appropriate and needed. Although still in the early stages of settling in to the 'new normal', Mum feels much more positive and, although she still remains fiercely independent, Caremark and their team are there in the background to support her needs. Further care will increase as time passes, however I am confident that Caremark will continue to put her needs first and ensure that whatever difficulties she is facing, these are addressed with the same sensitivity, professionalism and flexibility that they have shown so far. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for care in our local area.

Overall Experience

The carer was polite and pleasant. However, we found that my husband did not need so much help, only help to pull up trousers and get socks on and maybe do up buttons. There was not enough to do to fill up one hour.

"Care That Truly Made a Difference for My Mum"
I want to say a huge thank you to the Rochford Caremark team for the incredible support they gave my mother-in-law. From the very beginning, the carers were kind, respectful, and genuinely connected with her-helping with everything from washing and dressing

to meals, medication, and settling her in for the night.
Each visit was more than just care-it was companionship. Staff quickly understood her needs and interests, and their friendly, professional approach made her feel safe and valued. I was kept in the loop through the Caremark app, which gave me real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands.
As her health declined, the team's compassion and dedication became even more evident. They went above and beyond every single day, and I'll always be grateful for the way they treated her with dignity and kindness.
To every carer who supported my mother-in-law - you made a real difference, I can't thank you enough. I wholeheartedly recommend Rochford Caremark

Overall Experience

Caremark Thurrock were very quick in responding when I called them needing care the next day. They arrived at an assessment and started within hours.
The care given has been very good and my aunt is very happy with the carers, who show great care and love helping her.
She is so comfortable with them.

Overall Experience

We as a family can not thank Caremark enough for their care and comfort to my aunt. She really enjoys their visits and looks forward to them and their company. We do as much as we can for her, but their personal care and companionship is second to none. My aunt has two of her most favourites who visit

daily; however, any of the carers are amazing and I feel they treat their clients as if they are their own family.
