Caremark Thurrock have allowed me to be a daughter again and not a carer. The carers have gone above and beyond my expectations. Dad is happy with the care he is receiving, and obviously he is my main priority.

Knowing he was in such caring and capable hands gave us real peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care. Olu was particularly helpful!

Caremark have been providing care for my Dad for nearly two years and in all honesty I have no idea what he, and I, would do without them. My Dad is able to live at home at nearly 95 and have the physical help that he needs with washing, dressing, meals and medication whilst still having time between visits to live independently. Most importantly though is the time that the carers spend with him outside the practical needs. He enjoys talking to them all and it has prevented boredom, kept his brain active and helped with the loneliness he inevitably feels. I cannot recommend the entire team enough. Head Office are understanding and adaptable with our many requests and change of plans and the carers themselves are just wonderful

Caremark were recommended to me after my dad suffered an infection and developed mild dementia. They cared for him for just over two years until dads dementia worsened and he needed 24 hour care in a carehome. During the two years Caremark were outstanding, from the care given by every single carer who went to dad, to all the office staff and management. Nothing was too much trouble, from cancelling a day here and there to adding extra visits when I needed them. If I could have kept dad at home using Caremark I definitely would have done, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs carers for their loved ones.

They have been very understanding and helpful with mum and she is getting used to accepting the help that they can give her..they are approachable and provide regular updates and also advise on any changes to routine. Very happy
