Tanya, Olu and the team have been providing exceptional care for mum for the last few months following a period in hospital. Mum had been struggling to care for herself after losing Dad, but was determined to stay at home after an unsuccessful trial at a care home. Engaging the caremark team has meant mum's been able to maintain her independance and as a family we have the reassurance that someone is going in four times a day to help her with day to day tasks, medication and providing some outside interaction. Mum has a small team that she's introduced to before they start coming in, and she likes each and every one. The management team are very communicative with us as a family as we manage a number of issues with mum, offering practical solutions and advise, being very respectful of mum's dignity and opinions at all time. Can't recommend the team highly enough.

Knowing he was in such caring and capable hands gave us real peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care. Olu was particularly helpful!

Since our first contact with Caremark Brentwood / Basildon, they have proved themselves to be a thoroughly professional and flexible care provider. They listened to our needs (both my own and those of my Mum) and have provided us with a personalised care package which is allowing Mum to live in familiar and comfortable surroundings at home. Regular reviews ensure that the level of care is appropriate and needed. Although still in the early stages of settling in to the 'new normal', Mum feels much more positive and, although she still remains fiercely independent, Caremark and their team are there in the background to support her needs. Further care will increase as time passes, however I am confident that Caremark will continue to put her needs first and ensure that whatever difficulties she is facing, these are addressed with the same sensitivity, professionalism and flexibility that they have shown so far. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for care in our local area.
