All Caremark carers are professional, kind, punctual, polite and work to a very high standard.

All my carers have been helpful and they soon know my routine, they are always polite and friendly. Now and again a carer hasn't washed up my evening meal plate or picked up litter. Generally this is a rare occasion.

Always pleasant, helpful, and nice to have a little chat.

Overall, Mum's care is working well and having not been informed of any issues during the visits. I am confident that all is working positively.

The carers treat my nan as a person and create an uplifting environment when with her. I am thankful to the efforts and continued provision of care that has been provided throughout Covid-19.

Caremark is super.

We started using Caremark (Harlow & Epping Forest) in November 2020, after my father-in-law returned home from a period in hospital. From the very first contact I had with Caremark, I was at ease and felt the care required would be delivered with the utmost care and professionalism and this turned out to be the case. Every member of staff we have met or been in contact with have been brilliant and my father-in-law's care has been second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending Caremark to anyone requiring a care provider.

Caremark came on the scene at a critical time in my wife's final treatment. That is to say, the last few months of her life when she and, in fact, the family, were becoming more and more dependent on professional help to keep her comfortable and allow some semblance of normal life to be achieved by all. Her carers quickly established a rapport with her and us and laughter and smiles became the order of the day in what after all, can rightly be described as much of the time, very trying circumstances. For a month or two our carers became a valued and necessary part of our home and this continued right up to my wife's passing, which was handled with the utmost support and sympathy.

Overall the care provided for our mother is very good. The carers always speak to her very nicely - like she is one of their own family. They seem to like her (perhaps she does not give them much trouble) and Mum likes them; it gives her company.

The care and support my mum receives are excellent. The staff and management are very caring, going above and beyond with personal and professional support. Lockdown 1 and 2 have been testing times for everyone and all the staff have been excellent and continue to ensure my mum is well looked after. I can highly recommend Caremark and all the staff to anyone who is looking for a care company to meet their care needs.

I cannot fault this company. I find the staff very caring and they treat me with dignity and respect. They are also happy to chat with me and make me feel special. They are also very accommodating when needed, for example, rearranging times etc.

Mum has been a client of Caremark for over two years now and I can honestly say that the care and support that she receives is excellent. The carers are all kind, considerate and very caring which is so reassuring for me as I do not live locally and have been unable to visit her for a while because of the current lockdown. I would not hesitate to recommend Caremark to any of my friends or family.

Having had this service in place for just a month. The care staff I had interaction with appeared polite at the early stages of getting to know the service user. However, they each in their own way assisted to support the service user in a sympathetic nature.

Caremark Harlow and Epping Forest came to my mum some time ago - we were very dubious about having a care company in as we’d never needed it. The management and team made us feel very relaxed and made us feel important, not just a number. The care and support they give is absolutely fantastic, not only to my mum but to me too as a carer. There is always someone at the end of the phone and each and every one of them bend over backwards to make life as easy and pleasant as they possibly can.

Management has been generally helpful throughout.

Mum likes all of the carers, often commenting on their kindness. She has one main carer, with whom she has developed a very good relationship. Having the same person visit most days has really helped Mum. I have found the office staff and those who conduct reviews friendly and knowledgeable. It is reassuring that the manager is both efficient and responsive, as well as knowledgeable about Mum's condition.

The carer I have is very good, always on time, always turns up. Very nice lady.

The carers sit with me and chat with me. They look after me well.
