Caremark have been amazing assisting my dad Stanley with homecare needs sine the passing of my mum. My dad is very fond of Erica who is so attentive and friendly and he looks forward to her weekly visits. I would thoroughly recommend Caremark :-)

Caremark have been looking after my son for many years and always found the carers kind, caring and respectful. They speak good English which is important for my son who is blind. Office staff are always helpful when I need to change times/days for my son. I have been very unwell over the last few
month and this can change very quickly this means I know there will be someone there when needed. They have also been emotional supportive to my son over this times as it has been very stressful for him.

The office staff have always been very helpful and efficient in their roles and this is irrespective of any problems or requests we may pass to them.

Caremark Sutton are fantastic, I could not fault them. They have made such an impact on our family, that it feels like they have become our family. One particular lady, Fiona, is amazing and always cared for my mum with a smile on her face. They became very close and Fiona took time to know mum and
learn what works for mum and makes her happy. Together they would sing and call each other sunshine. It made my mum so happy. The care managers are fantastic at doing spot checks and dealing with any concerns. Mum sadly passed last month and even now Caremark are still supporting me.

We used Caremark for my Mothers care, then eventually support for my Father over a 5 year period. Having experienced other care providers Caremark Sutton stood out from the start. From clear communication from their office to excellent rapport, support and overseeing from the supervisor in all aspects
of my parents welfare and day to day needs.
The wonderful carers, were professional, kind and well trained in Dementia care for the more challenging days. They were always on time, left the kitchen spotless and kept us informed of changes they noticed in their clients. As I don't live near by I was reassured that their needs were being met and had regular updates by email and calls.
The carers over time visiting 4 x a day became like extended family and brought must laughter and compassion to the family home. I couldn't have done it without them, especially with both parents becoming bedbound.
With both of them now in a nursing home, I am left very grateful with our time with Caremark.

My cousin, David, has great difficulty getting down a flight of stairs to a lift for starters
His carers seem to totally understand his particular needs and their kindness and patience cannot be more highly praised by me. I would particularly like to mention Patrick Mouelle who has all those qualities
in abundance and a great sense of humour
I find it difficult to visit, let alone help so I appreciate being kept informed and sent photos. Bravo Patrick and his team from truly grateful. Noelle

I was initially quite nervous about starting a care package for my 94 year father but Caremark Greenwich put me at ease instantly. They spent a lot time explaining everything to me and I did not feel rushed at all into making a decision.
Once the care package started I instantly felt a huge sense
of relief that my dad was in safe, professional, caring hands. The two carers who visited my dad were remarkable: punctual, warm and friendly, highly professional, very attentive and companionable. They were both able to communicate very well - with my dad but also with myself; they were very quick to report any issue that I needed to know about.
If, at the beginning of my search for carers, I had been asked to imagine what the ideal carers for my dad would be like they would have been just like the two carers that Caremark selected for my dad. I couldn't have been happier.
