I have known and been served by my Caremark carer for about five years, during which time we have established a personal and warm professional friendship. She attends to me with two hours visitis, 3 to 4 times per week. She is most reliable and meets my domestic needs, bed making, laundry, shopping, walks, etc. superbly well. Her care is comprehensive, efficient and highly responsible. I have absolute confidence and trust in her and enjoy her company. 2 or 3 times a month this service is supplemented by another Caremark carer for whom I convey the same high assessment. Both carers are a credit to your company.
My father was always treated with care, diginity and kindness. He felt like he was listened to and his wishes and needs were always met. So much so that he looked forward to his carers visit. His carer was always reliable and puntual.

The Care Staff are very efficient – on time – work as a team its also good to know a set time for the calls. Feel treated with respect and dignity they are friendly ask about our family and my football team Charlton.
