I have been using the services of Caremark for a few years now and I am very happy with the support they provide. My carer assists me every week by driving my car and accompanying me to various places I need to go. With the flexibility of making my own schedules I am also able to enjoy trips to museums,
car races, concerts, and many other activities that are important to me.
I find the management & stuff to be always professional, reliable, and friendly. Their support has made a significant positive difference in my life, allowing me to stay active and engaged in the things I enjoy doing.
I can only recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and caring support. Thank you!

As a Caremark Wandsworth user for several years I found their standard of care consistently impressive. I am particularly pleased with the way they give feedback and suggestions on how we can improve the care of my elderly mother. They have built a variety of caring relationship with my mother that
she responds to well. The administrative support provided by the company is reliable with clearly detailed carer rota's and billing routinely provided. We have been using Caremark Wandsworth since early December, when we first arranged for support for our mother at home. The carers attend three times per day, and from the very beginning the service has been very good.


This is the first time our family has needed to use a home care service, so naturally

we felt anxious about how things would work. However, those concerns quickly disappeared. The carers who visit have been relatively consistent throughout this period, which has made a real difference to our mother's comfort and routine. Familiar faces have helped her feel at ease, and we truly value that continuity of care.


The carers have never failed to attend and are always punctual and professional. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that our mother is supported at the times she needs it most.


We have also had reviews to ensure the care package remains appropriate. Any adjustments we have requested have been made promptly and without issue. In addition, we receive daily feed

I have found Caremark to be excellent, we receive a rota each week telling us what time and who will be coming. They are always on time and very friendly. My husband suffers from dementia and he he has got used too each carer and he chats away to them .They are a great help to me also , changing his
bed when necessary and making the bed daily and hovering around the house. I can't fault them.

We couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care our 91-year-old uncle receives every single day. From the very beginning, the Caremark Team has shown genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. The daily companionship has made such a positive difference in his life - not only ensuring
his needs are met, but also bringing warmth, conversation, and comfort to his days.
Nothing has ever been too much trouble. The caregivers consistently go above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable, happy, and well looked after. Their kindness and dedication truly shine through in everything they do.
Knowing that he is supported by such attentive and caring people gives our entire family complete peace of mind. We are incredibly happy and deeply grateful to have found such outstanding caregivers, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, reliable care for a loved one.

Excellent care, flexibility and understanding shown to our family while supporting us with our mum's care. During an incredibly challenging time, the team showed kindness and reassurance.
