My dad has various carers to feed him in the 'PEG' feeding tube. They come 3 times a day to feed my dad. They are always polite, prompt and courteous. They talk to my dad to let him know what they are doing. They also tidy away everything they have used.
However, to ensure continuity of care, there needs to be regular staff/carers able to commit to designated clients. This also helps the person being cared for & eases any anxiety, especially in regards to personal care.
