The services on offer are flexible and can be arranged according to exact needs. As an example, Caremark can provide companionship, sitting services, full-time care (24 live-in care or overnight support), shopping, light domestic help and meal preparation, taking children to school and outings to encourage social engagement.

Caremark works with every customer and their loved ones to develop an individual and personalised home care plan that suits their needs. This can be as much as 24-hour intensive support or as little as 30 minutes of personal care and support.

Caremark services are extremely flexible and available 24 hours and 365 days a year.

We have had a great experience with Caremark for our child. The carers understand their needs and have made great efforts to get to know them and to do activities with them that they enjoy. It is great to have the respite time for us knowing that our child is happy and having a good time with someone

My autistic son was going through a very difficult phase with lots of aggressive meltdowns, outbursts. I am very grateful to Caremark to be present and to advocate for my son's requirements/needs to his social worker. Caremark always help me even at the last minute to cover an appointment. The support
workers are very cooperative and help my son in a manner which is professional as well as kind. I can trust them fully. I have full faith in them that they will do things well. My son is in safe hands. No issues with the last changes with the rota, Caremark staff are excellent and reliable.

I am extremely happy with the care my Son receives from Caremark. His Carers are kind, helpful and considerate of my Son's complex and sometimes challenging needs. My carers are booked for 30 minutes morning and evening, daily. They are always on time, both friendly, helpful and always willing to do any task during their allotted time. It is much appreciated that I have the same carers so one can bond with them.

Didn't clean well, cobwebs and piles of dust near entrance. Thick dust in toilet and bathroom. Didn't communicate at all what needed cleaning, they just cleaned clean spots and hoovered around what needed doing. Not happy with service, always early or late never on time. Didn't arrive first two meetings,
I had to call and find out why. Most expensive, I can get twice as much work for same price and more done from other companies. 1 star is generous. The last invoice was also incorrect, I was charged too much. Waiting for a resolution.

Rosemarie started off her career as a domiciliary care worker only a few years after moving to the United Kingdom, with no previous experience in an industry that was still unrecognized at the time. Over a 20-year span, Rosemarie has transcended from domiciliary care worker to manager of the company she started with, to Registered Manager at Caremark Bromley which delivers over 5000 weekly hours.
