We have been very satisfied with the care provided by all those who Caremark has sent to care for my sister. They have been invariably, caring and considerate, always polite, and their time keeping has been very good. Their kindness, patience, and sense of duty have been remarkable and I know that my sister has valued the care she receives as invaluable. She is extremely happy with everyone and can rely on the quality of her care which makes her feel secure.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback. We will continue to do our best to support your sister and ensure that she receives the best service possible.
As the son of a service user, I want to express my deep gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care Caremark has provided to my mother. They took the time to understand her specific needs and preferences, providing personalised care that made a real difference in her daily life. What stood out the most was the genuine kindness and respect with which the carers treated my mother. It's clear that they see her as more than just a client; they've built a relationship with her that has brought her comfort and happiness during a challenging time. I would highly recommend Caremark to anyone in need of reliable, compassionate, and professional care for a loved one. The peace of mind they have given me as a family member is invaluable, and the positive impact they've had on my mother's quality of life is something I will always be grateful for.
Thank you for your positive feedback. We will continue to strive to deliver the best service possible.
This has been my first encounter with Caremark, and the care I received has been brilliant. The carers came without fail every day and each carer was kind and respectful and was happy to carry out washing and dressing and any little extra things (e.g. carrying a washing basket downstairs). I felt I had a good relationship with my main carer and was sad to see her go on her last day.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us a review! We appreciate the kind words and will continue to do our best for your partner.
Absolutely amazing, can't fault the girls in any way.
The staff behave professionally and treat Mum with compassion.
Communication with the office is also good.
Caremark have been a great support to our family. We can’t speak highly enough of the office staff. In recent months one person has been a vault of information, helping us navigate care planning, costings, relationships with local authorities and funding bodies. As we continue to transition through stages of care needs for Mum, we feel in safe hands. The field team and carers are knowledgeable and friendly giving us a sense of agency while troubleshooting in partnership to resolve observations.
Since permanently moving to Caremark, it has been a great relief to me to have reliable caring, and friendly carers to assist me. It seems like my carers are now part of my family and I can't speak highly enough of them. I know that if I have any concerns or problems I will get a prompt response from the management team.
Very, very good, no problems at all.
Very giving and kind, taking great care of looking after me. Always here when needed, a lovely person. Thank you for everything.
Good service offering respite from a behaviorally challenging child. Communication from the managerial team regarding any changes in staff/times is excellent.

They do as I ask.
The carers work hard and in a way that seems to be very relaxed and respectful to the way they find Mum - good or bad night's sleep.
It's always a pleasure seeing them.
My daughter is very happy with the care and support she receives. The carers are reliable, friendly, and efficient and they treat her with respect. They support her with laundry, housework, and recreational activities. The management is accessible and resolves any difficulties with speed and effectiveness. They recognize the value of continuity of care. A small team of regular support staff care for my daughter, which provides stability, trust and peace of mind.
