Overall Experience

This has been my first encounter with Caremark, and the care I received has been brilliant. The carers came without fail every day and each carer was kind and respectful and was happy to carry out washing and dressing and any little extra things (e.g. carrying a washing basket downstairs). I felt I had a good relationship with my main carer and was sad to see her go on her last day.

Overall Experience
Whilst recovering from a hip replacement operation, I was delighted to receive excellent care from a devoted team of carers. They were always cheerful, very respectful of property and performed their duties most efficiently. These consisted of washing and showering me, keeping my wounds clean and helping me to dress, all of which I found impossible with my much-reduced mobility.

Altogether, an excellent service has helped considerably towards my eventual recovery. I cannot thank you enough.

Caremark have been a great support to our family. We can’t speak highly enough of the office staff. In recent months one person has been a vault of information, helping us navigate care planning, costings, relationships with local authorities and funding bodies. As we continue to transition through stages of care needs for Mum, we feel in safe hands. The field team and carers are knowledgeable and friendly giving us a sense of agency while troubleshooting in partnership to resolve observations.

Since permanently moving to Caremark, it has been a great relief to me to have reliable caring, and friendly carers to assist me. We have used Caremark for nearly 2 years now and we look forward to seeing the carers first thing in the morning as it means we start the day with a cheery, smiling, what we call, a friend.
The carers work hard and in a way that seems to be very relaxed and respectful to the way they find Mum - good or bad night's sleep.

It's always a pleasure seeing them.

My daughter has learning disabilities and is in a supported living setting, sharing with a friend. Caremark has provided their care for the last four years.

My daughter is very happy with the care and support she receives. The carers are reliable, friendly, and efficient and they treat her with respect. They support her with laundry, housework, and recreational activities. The management is accessible and resolves any difficulties with speed and effectiveness. They recognize the value of continuity of care. A small team of regular support staff care for my daughter, which provides stability, trust and peace of mind.

I am very happy with the family support worker that we have worked with this year. Caremark Homecare are very professional and always respectful to me and my daughter at all times. 100% attendance, 100% punctuality and 100% reliability. Always willing to help with shopping/ideas on routines/healthy food/encouraging of health and safety at all times. Always arrives with a friendly smile on her face and a cheerful personality. Has worked till 7.00 pm at night in all weathers and travels long distances to help me and my daughter. Very very grateful and appreciated. I have a support worker to help me with my young child 6 hours at week at my home and in the community and I am very happy with the service we have received. Not only is the lady we worked with very friendly, caring, polite and very helpful, she also treats my young child very well. Very happy with the service and very lucky to have worked with Caremark Homecare and definitely would work with them again in the future

Overall Experience

I like all of my carers and I've had some fun times with them. Generally, I feel they look after me well. I like it when they are able to take me out and I am enjoying seeing my friends. I also find it helpful when my carers are able to help me clean and tidy my flat. This helps me feel more happy and relaxed.

Rosemarie Duncan

As we know, working in social care is more than a job, it’s a profession! It takes a certain type of person, someone with fortitude, courage, a bright disposition, and an irresistible passion to succeed. These are all the qualities that Rosemarie possesses as a great manager and leader upholding quality and business development as per CQC standards.

Rosemarie started off her career as a domiciliary care worker only a few years after moving to the United Kingdom, with no previous experience in an industry that was still unrecognized at the time.
