We have had a great experience with Caremark for our child. The carers understand their needs and have made great efforts to get to know them and to do activities with them that they enjoy. It is great to have the respite time for us knowing that our child is happy and having a good time with
someone we trust. The management team are good at keeping in touch and following up issues.

Good service for the past few years, everyone have been good but special mention goes out to Chioma.
She handles all queries/issues in a very efficient manner.

We are extremely happy with the support Caremark provides for our son, The staff are professional, reliable, and attentive to his needs, providing 2:1 support that keeps him safe and engaged. They communicate well with us and adapt to his routines and preferences, Their care has made a real
difference to his well-being and our family's peace of mind. We would highly recommend their services to other families

My autistic son was going through a very difficult phase with lots of aggressive meltdowns, outbursts. I am very grateful to Caremark to be present and to advocate for my son's requirements/needs to his social worker. Caremark always help me even at the last minute to cover an appointment. The
support workers are very cooperative and help my son in a manner which is professional as well as kind. I can trust them fully. I have full faith in them that they will do things well. My son is in safe hands. No issues with the last changes with the rota, Caremark staff are excellent and reliable.

I am extremely happy with the care my Son receives from Caremark. His Carers are kind, helpful and considerate of my Son's complex and sometimes challenging needs. They work together as a very good team. He is very comfortable around them and feels supported by them. There is genuine mutual
affection.
I find the management team very helpful. They listen to any concerns and implement changes if required.
Well done Caremark I have given you five stars because you are doing an excellent job

Caremark ladies have been lovely towards my daughter. They take her into the community and where ever she wants to go. They follow instructions I set for the outing. Their service gives me respite and I feel comfortable knowing Tillie is safe hands.

Although it has only been few months, we are very pleased the support. The care support staff takes great care of my mum, very punctual, learned very quickly what her needs are and work with smile always. She communicates effectively with us whenever necessary, demonstrates both professionalism and
a genuine commitment to provide quality care. We truly appreciaite and thankful.

Communication between myself and Caremark is good. I feel heard and listened to and they do try their best to meet my needs.
I like that they are expanding their offering.

My carers are booked for 30 minutes morning and evening, daily. They are always on time, both friendly, helpful and always willing to do any task during their allotted time. It is much appreciated that I have the same carers so one can bond with them.

I am very pleased with the service. The lady who does supervising is always on time. Foster children have no issues, happy with the lady, they say she is very polite and nice.

The carers have been giving adequate care to my son. The company has provided me with professional staff who genuinely take care of my son. Caremark was recommended to me by my friend and I am so happy I chose them. Great improvement for my sons skills and confidence to speak out. I also get enough

Didn't clean well, cobwebs and piles of dust near entrance. Thick dust in toilet and bathroom. Didn't communicate at all what needed cleaning, they just cleaned clean spots and hoovered around what needed doing. Not happy with service, always early or late never on time. Didn't arrive first two
meetings, I had to call and find out why. Most expensive, I can get twice as much work for same price and more done from other companies. 1 star is generous. The last invoice was also incorrect, I was charged too much. Waiting for a resolution.
