The services on offer are flexible and can be arranged according to exact needs. As an example, Caremark can provide companionship, sitting services, full-time care (24 live-in care or overnight support), shopping, light domestic help and meal preparation, taking children to school and outings to encourage social engagement.

Caremark works with every customer and their loved ones to develop an individual and personalised home care plan that suits their needs. This can be as much as 24-hour intensive support or as little as 30 minutes of personal care and support.

Caremark services are extremely flexible and available 24 hours and 365 days a year.

Caremark has been so supportive over the last few months, I was introduced by friends who were using their service. Carers are always on time and friendly. Any problems and extra support that I needed the manager always ensured this was done. We are always communicated to about any changes to the service.

Overall, the service provided is satisfactory. My main criticism would be that the timings of the home visits are very irregular. For instance, the morning visit to get breakfast and help dressing etc. sometimes does no take place until 11 am. The is very inconvenient, to say the least.

Caremark looks after my best friend that has learning difficulties. Her support worker treats her like a friend and lets her express herself. Our past experience with another provider left my friend feeling very insecure and not able to make any decisions herself. Whenever I’m visiting, I notice the
support worker asks my friend what she would like instead of just imposing things on her. My friend is a much happier person now since we joined Caremark. Thank you very much for everything.

Carers were very helpful and conscientious. Although time was short, I always felt well cared for. The carers listened to my concerns and advised appropriately - very helpful.
I do not have the confidence to shower alone due to my mobility problems. The carers look after me very well then I am ready

My brother received care from Caremark until he sadly passed away earlier this month. I must say, Caremark are by far the best provider we have had. I wish we had moved him to Caremark sooner than the eight months in which we have been with Caremark. The care manager came out to see my brother when
they first took on the package to welcome him. She and her team in the office regularly took on last-minute tasks we required (short-notice hospital appointments and day trips) with the utmost professionalism and we were never turned down. His carers always came in with a smile and even when he was having a bad day, they remained professional. I can’t thank you enough Caremark. You really did make my brother feel worthy. Thank you again and I will recommend Caremark 1000%.

Living away from my mother, 60 miles round trip, it was difficult for me to care for Mum on a daily basis. I was put in touch with Caremark (Bromley) who have been magnificent in keeping me in the loop all the time. I have no concerns about Mum knowing she is being well looked after. Any concerns I
have at any time are easily dealt with efficiently.

I wanted to tell everyone about Caremark (Bromley) since we have been using their services following my mum suffering a stroke.
My mum now lives with me and I do look after her most of the time but have to work so on those days we receive care from Caremark (Bromley).
What a super and reliable service!
Second to none! Kind and thoughtful carers who go above and beyond to make sure my mum is happy and comfortable.

The carer is good with my husband and can coax him into doing what is needed. She enters the house with a smile on her face and kind words. She always acts professionally but friendly at the same time. She also works well with other staff members.
