Caremark support my 13-year-old daughter in our home for just under a year, it was a very difficult time but the support provided by the management and support work was incredible. I do not know how we would have got through the past year without them. I will be eternally grateful for all their compassion and care shown towards my daughter which had a huge impact on her recovery. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone who needs care and support. Thank you Caremark, we will never forget you!
Good service and friendly staff. I'm able to communicate with the agency if I have any issues and my problems are dealt with quickly.
My wife has two carers each day. Could not have wished for better carers. All arrive on time, some by bus, in all weathers.
I like the carers that come and help my mum. Her dementia has recently got a lot worse, and the carers have been so good with us and my mum. I would recommend Caremark as a great agency.
Very pleased with all aspects of care worker; pleasant, willing and cheerful. A joy to have.
My 'uncle'. as we called him, was with Caremark for about one year prior to him passing away yesterday. He always enjoyed the company of his carers. He was properly looked after and his accommodation always cleaned up. They did his shopping and cooked his meals. They were absolutely amazing to my dear 'uncle'.
Every carer provided is attentive, on time and carries out caring responsibilities to a very high standard, both inside and outside of the home. Carers utilise the time effectively and tailor it around our needs in a safe and practical manner. Very happy with service.
Caremark staff are very helpful and friendly. They help with my daily life and get my shopping weekly. I would be lost without them.
When my stepfather was taken into hospital, we organised for a Caremark carer to come and be the live-in carer for my mum. She has been so lovely. She communicated well with me to keep me updated and we have seen a real change in Mum. She is more chatty and very happy. She cooks fresh food, which Mum really enjoys. I cannot fault her care!
Only been using them for three weeks but so far no complaints. Very nice, polite and caring staff.
I am pleased with the experience I have had with Caremark. From the assessment with the lovely children field care supervisor, to the weekly care package, I was treated with respect and dignity, as was my child, who enjoyed spending time away from me, giving me the relaxed respite I needed. Thank you Caremark. I would definitely recommend them for others needing care for their children.
Caremark are outstanding, they are so good with my young daughter. My daughter doesn't normally get on with new people and Caremark went above and beyond to make her comfortable and trust them, they are so kind and do an amazing job, also very professional, they keep me informed of everything as well. Thank you so much from me and my daughter.
Caremark has proved to be an excellent care provider. My husband has had overnight care for the past year, enabling me to look after him at home. He has always had the same carers who have worked with me and learned to manage his dementia as things have changed. He has been treated with dignity and respect and their friendly and capable support for us both has been excellent. The management has been pleasant and easy to contact and I have never had cause for complaint.
The team at Caremark Bromley were outstanding in their care of my mother. They treated her with utmost respect and kindness. They made the end of my mum's life bearable. I can see there is a good culture there because everyone there, from the person on the phone to the managers, were great. They supported me at a very difficult time, as I navigated social care and the loss of my mother.
In June Caremark started the care package for our mum and we have had nothing but a positive and safe experience. From the moment they started, we have had lots of contact with the coordinator, who is excellent. The carers are all extremely dedicated to making sure Mum is happy and cared for in the way she likes and needs. It has been a stress-free and enjoyable experience at a very stressful time. Thank you!
The only thing, it was too early in the morning at 8 o'clock.
All the carers that came were good.
Caremark has been so supportive over the last few months, I was introduced by friends who were using their service. Carers are always on time and friendly. Any problems and extra support that I needed the manager always ensured this was done. We are always communicated to about any changes to the service.
Overall, the service provided is satisfactory. My main criticism would be that the timings of the home visits are very irregular. For instance, the morning visit to get breakfast and help dressing etc. sometimes does no take place until 11 am. The is very inconvenient, to say the least.
Caremark looks after my best friend that has learning difficulties. Her support worker treats her like a friend and lets her express herself. Our past experience with another provider left my friend feeling very insecure and not able to make any decisions herself. Whenever I’m visiting, I notice the support worker asks my friend what she would like instead of just imposing things on her. My friend is a much happier person now since we joined Caremark. Thank you very much for everything.
I do not have the confidence to shower alone due to my mobility problems. The carers look after me very well then I am ready for the day.
