Although it has only been few months, we are very pleased the support. The care support staff takes great care of my mum, very punctual, learned very quickly what her needs are and work with smile always. She communicates effectively with us whenever necessary, demonstrates both professionalism and a genuine commitment to provide quality care. We truly appreciaite and thankful.

My carers are booked for 30 minutes morning and evening, daily. They are always on time, both friendly, helpful and always willing to do any task during their allotted time. It is much appreciated that I have the same carers so one can bond with them.

I am very pleased with the service. The lady who does supervising is always on time. Foster children have no issues, happy with the lady, they say she is very polite and nice.

The carers have been giving adequate care to my son. The company has provided me with professional staff who genuinely take care of my son. Overall Experience

Didn't clean well, cobwebs and piles of dust near entrance. Thick dust in toilet and bathroom. Didn't communicate at all what needed cleaning, they just cleaned clean spots and hoovered around what needed doing. Not happy with service, always early or late never on time. Didn't arrive first two meetings, I had to call and find out why. Most expensive, I can get twice as much work for same price and more done from other companies. 1 star is generous. The last invoice was also incorrect, I was charged too much. Waiting for a resolution.

I'm really happy with the service.
My son is very happy with the support worker and enjoys going out and spending time with them. One staff member in particular has been really helpful and supportive of my son.

Overall Experience

This was our first experience of using care. Caremark took the time to explain our options and how the care plan would work. We commenced on an agreed plan and have been totally satisfied with the service we have received. Our carer is very friendly, efficient and amenable. She personalises her approach and carers for me as an individual.

Overall Experience
Have nothing but 100% praise for the care attention and most importantly the time getting to know my son.
To be honest such a friendly team and management that made me comfortable as a mum to speak out about our needs caring wise and medically without any concerns/hesitation.
The carers are certainly are care personified and were willing to assist me with my son and adapt themselves where timing of care was required with the allocated timeslot.

I would highly recommend Caremark Bromley.

Overall Experience

Carer has always been supportive and caring towards my child and understand how I want my child to be handled and carer for. Carer has a very calm, respectful and understanding attitude and I have always felt reassured leaving my child with him for long hours throughout the day. He find a way of dealing with my child's needs/behaviour in a reasonable way. Carer always attends on time and never rushed my child to leave early.

We have been very satisfied with the care provided by all those who Caremark has sent to care for my sister. They have been invariably, caring and considerate, always polite, and their time keeping has been very good. Their kindness, patience, and sense of duty have been remarkable and I know that my sister has valued the care she receives as invaluable. Rosemarie Duncan

As we know, working in social care is more than a job, it’s a profession! It takes a certain type of person, someone with fortitude, courage, a bright disposition, and an irresistible passion to succeed. Rosemarie started off her career as a domiciliary care worker only a few years after moving to the United Kingdom, with no previous experience in an industry that was still unrecognized at the time. Before joining Caremark, Kafilat worked for 16 years in HR and as a retail induction trainer for M&S, This helped her as she became the training manager, holding fun and engaging training sessions on a weekly basis.

Ajay has worked with the company since 2020. He has previously worked in Customer Service but after the Covid lockdown realised his passion was to be helping others.
