My daughter has been in the care of Caremark (Hammersmith & Fulham) just recently. The transition has been smooth and my young daughter has settled well with the careers that they have provided. All are confident and experienced and have built up a relationship in a short space of time. I have no hesitation with using the service and the respite care they provide.
The care provided by the two carers allocated to me was excellent. They were fully PPE prepared, arrived on time and were extremely kind and caring. I broke my left wrist and was very incapacitated for six weeks. Their daily visits were exactly what I needed in terms of help with showering and personal care. They made, changed and made up my bed and numerous household tasks which I wasn’t able to do from opening a tin or bottle to putting out my rubbish. Both were so pleasant, attentive and a delight to have in my home and assist my speedy recovery. My sincere thanks to them both.
We have recently begun using Caremark to relieve my mother who has early signs of dementia's 24hr carers for 2 hrs every day. My present 24hr carers cannot believe the difference it has made! Caremark arrive on time, are very presentable, 'normal' (my carer's words), lovely people. There was a warning phone call when they were going to be 3-4 mins late! We were getting used to 1-2 hours late previously. Thank you so much, it has made life bearable again and my mother seems very pleased - which is a relief to all!
We then had the pleasure of working with the carer who was kind, sensitive, happy and thoughtful towards my mother's complex needs.
Our experience with Caremark has been excellent and would highly recommend them.

Since Caremark has come on board, it has been a very good service and I have no worries with this care company's excellent service. The staff are very friendly with Mum and very helpful and Mum likes the carers that hopefully, will carry on for a long time.
The best care provider in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. My dad went through a lot of care companies until he finally found Caremark. The manager is the best and an asset to your company. She is extremely helpful, patient and kind. She catered to all our dad's needs without hesitation. The ladies are the best carers, they are so kind, professional and personable. They always went out of their way to help our dad and our family out. Thank you so much. I hope all 3 of you get rewarded for the hard work you do!
