We've been extremely happy with the care provided by Tiggo for my aunt, who has complex needs both physically & behaviourally. From the outset, I was very open with the agency so they could properly prepare their care team, and this transparency was met with professionalism and care from both the office team and the carers on the ground. My aunts needs have fluctuated many times during the period we have used Tiggo, and the team have consistently been quick to react and put the right support in place. Communication has been excellent throughout, giving us real confidence and reassurance. The online app has been particularly helpful, allowing me to stay updated daily on her care and well-being. We have needed to use the emergency line on a couple of occasions, and this was handled very effectively. One carer also stayed with my aunt while waiting for an ambulance, without any hesitation, which meant a great deal to our family at a stressful time. We are very grateful for Tiggos support.

I am very impressed with the service we are receiving from Tiggo Care. Firstly, they understood exactly what the relative who needed care required, and offered a flexible service. Secondly, the carers provided are very professional but at the same time very personable and also sensitive to the sometimes difficult personality of the person for whom they are caring. This has meant that someone who was adamant he did not need care, has accepted the care, and even enjoys seeing the carers. The management team too are very responsive and always find a solution to any request or problem.

A few months ago my mother needed cheering up because her mobility became reduced, affecting her ability to go out and meet up with friends. Tiggo stepped at short notice, organising carer/companions to visit twice or three times a week as required. Tiggo's needs assessment included asking my mother about her background and interests so that they could send people who were a good match for her. She very much enjoyed meeting and talking to everyone who came, and also playing games of scrabble and going out for short walks to get some fresh air. All of the Tiggo people who visited were kind and caring and provided an excellent service - highly recommended!

Following a knee replacement I engaged a live in carer from Tiggo for one month. The carer was very competent and caring. One of the most important aspects of this operation is the excercise program. My carer was diligent in helping me to do the excercise program. Personal care was carried out in a very sensitive and respectful way.I have already recommended Tiggo to several people. If I need care in the future I will definitely use this agency again.
