I have had two carers from Tiggo Care, both have been good. My present carer is so nice and does all that I ask of her, she turns her hand to any task and is very good with my husband who has Alzheimer's. I totally trust her to look after him in my absence.

Tiggo Care has helped my mother immensely. She is a full-time carer for my father who is elderly, frail and has Alzheimer's. We needed emergency care and they were swift in their response and took charge from the beginning, which is exactly what we needed. They have given us support and strategies to manage the day-to-day care and the regular carer is wonderful. She is very proactive, patient and kind. We are very grateful and will happily continue with their services.

The initial assessment was great as it really put my dad at ease and the carer that was chosen was excellent. She was kind, helpful, thoughtful and caring. My dad was happy with the level of care and this was important to us.

We are so glad to have found Tiggo Care. They took the time in their initial visit to find a carer that would match my mother's needs and temperament and they succeeded brilliantly. Her helper was so intelligent, kind and helpful that she really could not have been bettered. It was wonderful to have the same person coming at reliable times, rather than the random strangers arriving on the doorstep that many of my mother's friends have had to endure for their care. Thank you Tiggo, and thank you so much R, for everything.

We were delighted to have found Tiggo Care after experiences with suboptimal carers for my elderly parents. As I understand it the founder set up the organisation based on his own experiences of caring for his parents - that personal connection and experience really shows. The organisation is very well run. The people who run it are all very intelligent and professional. And the carers are very good, reliable and well trained. It’s light years away from other agencies.

I have no hesitation in recommending TiggoCare, personally, I am relieved to have found it.

I found the Tiggo Care Team to be hugely supportive and professional throughout the time they cared for my mother. They were very responsive to all of her needs during the time of her failing health. They treated her beautifully and we’re always respectful and caring of her changing requirements. She had a long-term period of care with one staff member and this increased to additional support from other carers as and when we needed it. This was provided seamlessly, promptly and with an understanding of the changing needs of my mother. When I needed to take more control overseeing her care I found all the members of the team I dealt with to be efficient, effective and most importantly kind. The management of the team gave me direct support when I required it and made the process of increasing my mother’s care as straightforward as possible in an otherwise stressful time for my family. I could not have asked for more.

I would like to recommend Tiggo Care very strongly. We were so relieved to find Tiggo Care after an anxious search for suitable care for our brother. My first phone call reassured me immediately that I was in touch with a trustworthy and understanding organisation and so it proved: my brother’s carer was kind, helpful and resourceful. As well as being a meticulous cleaner and doing my brother’s shopping, she also helped with extra tasks like picking up medications and assembling items of furniture that he had ordered. She was very respectful of my brother and his wishes. We were very grateful to Tiggo Care for making my brother’s last days in his flat so comfortable and free from anxiety. Thank you.

My carer is wonderful! I am not used to being waited upon, having cared for children and husband all my life. It has taken time to get used to sitting down and reading the newspaper while someone else tidies the kitchen, and makes my bed and my tea. My carer is very cheerful and takes note of my ways of doing and having things. It is a change of life!

I was searching for carers in Wandsworth and the name of this organisation popped out at me. It had everything that I wanted in a carer; personal and domestic. My personal needs are met whenever my carer attends to me and she helps me to take care of my home, especially as I am physically drained after various appointments and treatments. I have varying illnesses. What I like about this company is the warmth that you feel from the staff who work there: the minute you make contact. Any ongoing questions you may have are dealt with professionally, courteously and with warmth. Due to Covid, the way one speaks to you goes a long way to assure you, especially where 1:1 contact is limited. Another thing that I like about this organisation is that they supply transport to their staff. I think that this is a brilliant initiative and for those who can’t cycle, they should be encouraged to learn. So far so good and I am happy to continue with Tiggo Care. Keep up the good work.

Having heard various scare stories about care service providers, I have been exceptionally pleased to find Tiggo. The care provided has been exceptionally good, and the carer has been very empathetic towards the needs and feelings of my aunt. While the service provided may not be what the user thought she wanted, it has been what has been needed and has been provided in a thoughtful and caring way. I have no sense that the carer is 'watching the clock'. Tiggo have also been very responsive with respect to rapidly ramping up the number of visits, and flexible with respect to timing them in alignment with specific needs. Exposure to someone at this stage of life is a new experience for me - Tiggo has been very helpful in pointing out the help and support that is available to us and indicating when we should be contacting the GP concerning medical issues.

I live in Johannesburg and my sister in Port of Spain. The health of our 89 year old (S.London resident) mother - who has been fiercely independent all of her life - is deteriorating. She has been persistently resistant to the idea of any sort of care notwithstanding the evident need for it for quite a while. Recent health issues compelled her to accept the idea of a carer once a week. Our heroic London-based cousin and his wife found Tiggo and made contact and within a few days, we had engaged them to provide care. The service has been extraordinary on all levels starting with the sensitivity in introducing the idea of care to our mother who immediately took to the idea after the initial meeting to the point where we now have an angelic and superbly attentive carer providing twice-daily care. After one week my mother appreciated her so much she requested that the carer moved in! It has been such a reassurance to everyone and we are grateful to Tiggo. Highly recommended.

It has taken me some time to get used to having a carer in my home, even for just a few hours a week. It can be difficult to lose some privacy, and it’s hard to rely on someone else for even small tasks. Fortunately, my Tiggo carer is calm, caring and very understanding. (She also has a good sense of humour). I really appreciate the care Tiggo’s manager takes to organise the appropriate help, and for her ongoing supervision. I feel confident that I will be using their services more and more in the future.

Tiggo Care is fairly priced and endeavours at all times to match the carer to the client, keeping the number of carers to a minimum. The company is friendly and knowledgeable and you feel as though you are getting a personalised service. Their client manager is highly experienced and the carers they have provided to my mother are well suited to her - she is housebound. Finally, they are flexible with regard to changes and adjustments to the schedule to suit the client. They empower the client.

An excellent relationship with the carer. Flexibility and energy, plus motivation, means we get done all we need to currently get done. If some days I have hospital appointments conflicting, we try and make up lost time during the rest of the month. The basic quality of the carer's success is her empathy, same also regarding the supervisor, though generally no need for contact.
