Just to ackmoledge the whole the Tiggo staff you have satisfied so some are excellent.

I am very impressed with the service we are receiving from Tiggo Care. Firstly, they understood exactly what the relative who needed care required, and offered a flexible service. Secondly, the carers provided are very professional but at the same time very personable and also sensitive to the
sometimes difficult personality of the person for whom they are caring. This has meant that someone who was adamant he did not need care, has accepted the care, and even enjoys seeing the carers. The management team too are very responsive and always find a solution to any request or problem.

A few months ago my mother needed cheering up because her mobility became reduced, affecting her ability to go out and meet up with friends. Tiggo stepped at short notice, organising carer/companions to visit twice or three times a week as required. Tiggo's needs assessment included asking my mother
about her background and interests so that they could send people who were a good match for her. She very much enjoyed meeting and talking to everyone who came, and also playing games of scrabble and going out for short walks to get some fresh air. All of the Tiggo people who visited were kind and caring and provided an excellent service - highly recommended!

The care team from Tiggo are all efficient, kind and reliable. It is wonderful to see an elderly relative so well looked after in her own home and the continuity of carers has been excellent. The communication with the family is very good and Tiggo have always been quick to respond to any additional
requirements, the team in the office know their clients and all their carers which really makes it stand out from some big care companies. We are delighted with the level of care and compassion.

My parents and I have used Tiggo Care for a number of years and we have always found the carers to be caring, friendly, and professional. I am extremely pleased with their standard of care and have every expectation of retaining their services in the years to come. The management team is exemplary

The service provided was extremely professional at the same time friendly and caring. The carer always had a light-hearted approach to things which made things easier for everyone. I would highly recommend this company.

Tiggo Care has an excellent and reliable service. The carers are extremely professional and personable. Organised services at very short notice and provided care at exact times.

Following a knee replacement I engaged a live in carer from Tiggo for one month. The carer was very competent and caring. One of the most important aspects of this operation is the excercise program. My carer was diligent in helping me to do the excercise program. Personal care was carried out in a
very sensitive and respectful way.I have already recommended Tiggo to several people. If I need care in the future I will definitely use this agency again.

I have had two carers from Tiggo Care, both have been good. My present carer is so nice and does all that I ask of her, she turns her hand to any task and is very good with my husband who has Alzheimer's. I totally trust her to look after him in my absence.

Tiggo Care has helped my mother immensely. She is a full-time carer for my father who is elderly, frail and has Alzheimer's. We needed emergency care and they were swift in their response and took charge from the beginning, which is exactly what we needed. They have given us support and strategies
to manage the day-to-day care and the regular carer is wonderful. She is very proactive, patient and kind. We are very grateful and will happily continue with their services.

The initial assessment was great as it really put my dad at ease and the carer that was chosen was excellent. She was kind, helpful, thoughtful and caring. My dad was happy with the level of care and this was important to us.

Tiggo Care has provided a carer for my elderly parents. She helps maintain their independence and offers the help they need with discretion and kindness. They would not be without her.

Such a help, caring and friendly, help in your own home has helped with dementia care allowing life to continue as near normal as possible at home.
Regular rotas and care slots and updates to next of kin have been invaluable.

We are so glad to have found Tiggo Care. They took the time in their initial visit to find a carer that would match my mother's needs and temperament and they succeeded brilliantly. Her helper was so intelligent, kind and helpful that she really could not have been bettered. It was wonderful to
have the same person coming at reliable times, rather than the random strangers arriving on the doorstep that many of my mother's friends have had to endure for their care. Thank you Tiggo, and thank you so much R, for everything.

We were delighted to have found Tiggo Care after experiences with suboptimal carers for my elderly parents. As I understand it the founder set up the organisation based on his own experiences of caring for his parents - that personal connection and experience really shows. The organisation is very
well run. The people who run it are all very intelligent and professional. And the carers are very good, reliable and well trained. It’s light years away from other agencies.
I have no hesitation in recommending TiggoCare, personally, I am relieved to have found it.

I found the Tiggo Care Team to be hugely supportive and professional throughout the time they cared for my mother. They were very responsive to all of her needs during the time of her failing health. They treated her beautifully and we’re always respectful and caring of her changing requirements.
She had a long-term period of care with one staff member and this increased to additional support from other carers as and when we needed it. This was provided seamlessly, promptly and with an understanding of the changing needs of my mother. When I needed to take more control overseeing her care I found all the members of the team I dealt with to be efficient, effective and most importantly kind. The management of the team gave me direct support when I required it and made the process of increasing my mother’s care as straightforward as possible in an otherwise stressful time for my family. I could not have asked for more.

My friend's carer provided by Tiggo Care was kind, gentle, empathetic and efficient. I was so impressed and relieved that she was so competent and patient. She arrives on time makes sure everything is shipshape, all the time treating my friend with such empathy. Many thanks.
