Overall Experience

Tiggo Care has provided outstanding live-in care for our mother so she can continue to live safely in the comfort of her own home. Our mother has been very happy with the carers provided and we, the family, find the management team are responsive and professional. Tiggo looks after both its clients and its staff and we are confident that they are there when we need them. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Tiggo care have helped me with my parents and their care. They were thorough in their assessment of the home and care needs of my parents. They can truly be replied upon and are very prompt in their response and feedback. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a service. Their carers are caring, thorough and very reliable and trustworthy. We are truly blessed that they were able to help us within the short timescale needed too.

Overall Experience

We used Tiggo Care for the first time, for an important day out for my 93 year old mum. We were organising a memorial for my dad, her husband of 60 years, who had passed away in March 2020. Several agencies contacted were unable to help with just a one-day booking. However, Tiggo Care was confident they could help, identified two suitable carers for us and kept in regular contact through the booking and confirmation stages. Our carer on the day arrived promptly, was really attentive and kind to my mum throughout the day and stayed positive and cheerful throughout. My mum took a real shine to her and I'm sure we will contact Tiggo in the future for other events. All in all, it was a really positive experience, with decent rates, good people and strong systems in place - I would definitely recommend this business. Since I also run recruitment businesses (not in the care sector) I know how important it is to deliver excellent customer service - and Tiggo Care did just that.
