Such a great service provided for me the carers are very helpful at all times, they do various tasks for me always with a smile and they are always willing to learn new things on the job. The management are always professional anytime you contact them in the office.
We always received a very good help/service from the company at all the times. For sure we can recommend the carer and company for others. Their help was very preciosos especially during the school holidays.
I cannot praise this Care Agency highly enough. Continuity of caring staff who know my brother's needs is vital and this agency has delivered on this premise. I receive meaningful updates after each visit which is reassuring when I live at a distance. I also value follow-up from Head Office if a problem has occurred. The staff are always punctual and quick to inform if transport problems have caused delay. I have not experienced any difficulty when contacting Head Office. Each time, I have been put through to the relevant person who has dealt effectively with my queries.
We have been very pleased with the service provided, all carers have demonstrated caring and supportive values. All carers get on well with all family members and report back everything they feel is meant.

Generally fine communication is essential with the right team. Improvement on cleaning which I have mentioned and social services are putting pressure that this should be carried out within the time.

All of the carers carried out their responsibilities in full and provided feedback whenever there was any concern e.g. Dad's mood, if food was passed its sell-by date, etc.
The times agreed for 3 visits each day were always on time.
I would certainly recommend Care24Seven to others.
However, as an amputee, I need help with the hoist and board. Some carers need more training.
Care24Seven - Care at Home carers are very good. Only problem can be understanding their "English"! Can make any conversation difficult.
I have used Care24Seven for around ten years now to provide companionship and support to my husband and have found them to be excellent. For many years, I had carers on a 4/5 day a week basis for around 12 hours a day and so continuity of carers was easily achievable with such a regular booking. I have since moved to having ad hoc requirements and was concerned that I would have to accept different carers all the time which would have been unsatisfactory, providing no comfort that any rapport could be established between the carer and my husband. However, that has proved not to be the case and I feel reassured going out for several hours knowing that my husband is in safe, caring and supportive hands.
