Care24Seven is a home care agency that specialises in care-at-home services through a team of specialists that are ready to provide the high level of care and support that clients or loved one deserves.

It provides expertise on, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, palliative care, respite and holiday care, emergency home care, post-operative and convalescent care, after-stroke care and mental health and learning disabilities.

Care24seven care-at-home services are available at all times of the year, and their network currently extends to London and the greater London area, with some services like live-in care extending across the UK.

They have several different packages and plans available when it comes to home care for the elderly in their own home.

These plans vary from regular visits to the home for a set number of hours to a dedicated arrangement where the care worker lives in the house and provides support all-week round.

It provides a range of services from simple companionship to complex end of life care, as it is a credited training centre.

This allows the client to step up and down the level of care as required. The client will be able to make cost-savings and have a bespoke care plan tailored to their needs. Contracts are simple and short term (48 Hours), so clients only pay for what they use.

Having assigned care workers provides a consistent level of service
My mother has been using the service for over a year and has built a good rapport with the care workers. Because
they can communicate in her first language she has fully agency to communicate her needs on any day

I cannot praise this Care Agency highly enough. Continuity of caring staff who know my brother's needs is vital and this agency has delivered on this premise. I receive meaningful updates after each visit which is reassuring when I live at a distance. I also value follow-up from Head Office if a problem
has occurred. The staff are always punctual and quick to inform if transport problems have caused delay. I have not experienced any difficulty when contacting Head Office. Each time, I have been put through to the relevant person who has dealt effectively with my queries.

Generally fine communication is essential with the right team. Improvement on cleaning which I have mentioned and social services are putting pressure that this should be carried out within the time.

I used Care24Seven at very short notice, only for a few weeks before moving my father into our home. Care24Seven accommodated my needs immediately.
All of the carers carried out their responsibilities in full and provided feedback whenever there was any concern e.g. Dad's mood, if food was passed its
sell-by date, etc.
The times agreed for 3 visits each day were always on time.
I would certainly recommend Care24Seven to others.

I have used Care24Seven for around ten years now to provide companionship and support to my husband and have found them to be excellent. For many years, I had carers on a 4/5 day a week basis for around 12 hours a day and so continuity of carers was easily achievable with such a regular booking. I have
since moved to having ad hoc requirements and was concerned that I would have to accept different carers all the time which would have been unsatisfactory, providing no comfort that any rapport could be established between the carer and my husband. However, that has proved not to be the case and I feel reassured going out for several hours knowing that my husband is in safe, caring and supportive hands.

The company is blessed with a hardcore of capable, competent carers who often take a step beyond their laid down duties. Their big weakness would appear to be a too rapid turnover of staff. Whilst newcomers are invariably enthusiastic, and eager to help, a minimum time is required to build up a comfortable
relationship 'twixt carer and client, a period too often not seen.

I am very satisfied with the support we received and my late wife was also happy with the service. It is reliable, caring and efficient. My carer is very pleasant and always happy to take into account any comment I make. Also, I have been content with the fallback service I have been provided with when

The manager and her team have provided care at home for our relative for over a year now and provided a reliable and efficient service, even with the challenges of 2020 in the health care setting.
