Care24Seven is a home care agency that specialises in care-at-home services through a team of specialists that are ready to provide the high level of care and support that clients or loved one deserves.

It provides expertise on, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, palliative care, respite and holiday care, emergency home care, post-operative and convalescent care, after-stroke care and mental health and learning disabilities.

Care24seven care-at-home services are available at all times of the year, and their network currently extends to London and the greater London area, with some services like live-in care extending across the UK.

They have several different packages and plans available when it comes to home care for the elderly in their own home.

These plans vary from regular visits to the home for a set number of hours to a dedicated arrangement where the care worker lives in the house and provides support all-week round.

It provides a range of services from simple companionship to complex end of life care, as it is a credited training centre.

This allows the client to step up and down the level of care as required. The client will be able to make cost-savings and have a bespoke care plan tailored to their needs. Contracts are simple and short term (48 Hours), so clients only pay for what they use.

The manager and her team at Care24Seven have been outstanding over the past few years in looking after my mother's care needs at home. Special mention goes to one member of staff in particular who is a credit to her profession and the wider team. The attention and presence whilst she is with my Mother
is wonderful to see and it genuinely makes my Mum's day to see her. Carers are always on time, COVID compliant in these challenging times and represent excellent value for money. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Care24Seven.

Care24Seven have provided excellent support to my Aunt, which is currently enabling her to stay living in her own home. The agency has taken time to establish my Aunt's support requirements and held a review meeting with us to ensure that any changes in requirements are fully understood. Time has been
taken to ensure that the carers provided are people with whom my aunt will enjoy spending time. The support workers provided are extremely professional and we appreciate the continuity of carers that have been maintained, especially during the on-going COVID19 pandemic. We would definitely recommend Care24Seven as they have provided a service that enables my Aunt to continue to enjoy life at home. Thank you!

Everything about Care24Seven has been excellent, from the first phone call to them. They have been efficient, understanding and able to provide exactly what our family needs for our Mother, in her late nineties, who has severe dementia. The carers provided by the agency have been wonderful, looking
after our Mother's physical and emotional needs in ways that exceeded our expectations. We cannot thank them enough. I would recommend this agency without hesitation to anyone seeking help with an old or ill or frail loved one.
