Excellent, professional company who has provided the best carer in the world. There seems to be a shortage of even decent carers currently, so I was lucky to have bagged a very special lady, without whom my mental health would have suffered.

Very well trained. Polite, caring carers, almost always on time. Office staff also give very good customer service. Very well organised teamwork.

The company is blessed with a hardcore of capable, competent carers who often take a step beyond their laid down duties. Their big weakness would appear to be a too rapid turnover of staff. Whilst newcomers are invariably enthusiastic, and eager to help, a minimum time is required to build up a comfortable relationship 'twixt carer and client, a period too often not seen.

I am very satisfied with the support we received and my late wife was also happy with the service. It is reliable, caring and efficient. My carer is very pleasant and always happy to take into account any comment I make. Also, I have been content with the fallback service I have been provided with when my main carer went on holiday on occasions in the past. I am also completely happy with the meals she provided and the hygiene.

Having lived with Care24Seven for a long time it's all very good. My favourite carer is good and intelligent.

Care24Seven have provided excellent support to my Aunt, which is currently enabling her to stay living in her own home. The agency has taken time to establish my Aunt's support requirements and held a review meeting with us to ensure that any changes in requirements are fully understood. Time has been taken to ensure that the carers provided are people with whom my aunt will enjoy spending time. The support workers provided are extremely professional and we appreciate the continuity of carers that have been maintained, especially during the on-going COVID19 pandemic. The manager and her team at Care24Seven have been outstanding over the past few years in looking after my mother's care needs at home. Special mention goes to one member of staff in particular who is a credit to her profession and the wider team. The attention and presence whilst she is with my Mother is wonderful to see and it genuinely makes my Mum's day to see her. Carers are always on time, COVID compliant in these challenging times and represent excellent value for money. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Care24Seven.

The manager and her team have provided care at home for our relative for over a year now and provided a reliable and efficient service, even with the challenges of 2020 in the health care setting. We have been really pleased with the level of care and support for our relative to be able to stay in her home, despite worsening Parkinsons disease and becoming more frail.

The care really is 24/7 and the service provided is excellent. The Agency is utterly reliable, efficient and understanding in sometimes very difficult and distressing situations. I cannot recommend the Agency more highly.

Everything about Care24Seven has been excellent, from the first phone call to them. They have been efficient, understanding and able to provide exactly what our family needs for our Mother, in her late nineties, who has severe dementia. The carers provided by the agency have been wonderful, looking after our Mother's physical and emotional needs in ways that exceeded our expectations. We cannot thank them enough.
