Overall Experience

I have been a client of Park Gate since 2019 and have been very happy with the service I have received from them. I don’t have to worry about whether carers will turn up. They have been 100% reliable, never missing a visit. They are very flexible, getting me up early when I have appointments. The carers

are always very pleasant. They have been well-trained and understand what needs to be done. They keep my flat tidy and look after me very well. I fully recommend their service.

Overall Experience

Parkgate have been caring for my brother for more than 5 years. My brother uses an electric wheelchair and has very little mobility and needs to be got out of bed in the morning and put to bed at night. This operation is conducted using a permanent hoist in his home.
Parkgate have been able to provide

efficient and friendly carers. The manager has also provided useful care advice to me for when I need to look after my brother on holiday or on occasions while he is away from home.
Recently the lift at my brother’s flat broke down while he was out, preventing his return home. Parkgate were able to redirect his carers to look after him at my home after quickly organising the provision of a hospital bed at our home.
Overall Parkgate has been able to provide two carers, morning and evening, and exercise some flexibility for early mornings (eg: for hospital appointments) and late evenings for one or two important social occasions. They have always been helpful and friendly.

Overall Experience

Parkgate have been supporting my wife with complex needs for nearly 12 months. They were one of the few agencies who could support her care plan of four visits by 2 carers. Parkgate is well run - the owners are highly competent and very helpful. Management supervises and train the carers very well.

The carers are very kind and considerate.

Overall Experience

The Parkgate Nursing Agency team have been caring for my mother for a year. The care offered and support given have made a world of difference to my mum and immeasurably improved her quality of life. They helped us successfully navigate a continuing healthcare assessment and has forged positive relationships

with my mum's healthcare professionals to ensure her needs a fully met. The carers (who come four times a day) are kind, respectful, thoughtful and friendly. Huge thanks to the whole team.

Overall Experience

We changed to Parkgate following some issues with other agencies. Parkgate were always very helpful and supportive. The carers were lovely and management too were very responsive and caring. Where possible we always had the same team of carers and they formed a close bond with my mum. If there were

any problems or we needed additional support for a while, eg if we needed to go away for a few nights, Parkgate could always help. Best of all they were reliable and would always come no matter if there were train strikes or traffic problems or last minutes sickness you know they wouldnt let you down. A huge thank you to all.

Overall Experience

Parkgate have provided an excellent service for my mum. Mum was always treated with great respect and care and had a wonderful relationship with her carers. They were punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
