My cousin, David, has great difficulty getting down a flight of stairs to a lift for starters
His carers seem to totally understand his particular needs and their kindness and patience cannot be more highly praised by me. I would particularly like to mention Patrick Mouelle who has all those qualities in abundance and a great sense of humour

I find it difficult to visit, let alone help so I appreciate being kept informed and sent photos. Bravo Patrick and his team from truly grateful. Noelle

Overall Experience

Caremark have been looking after my 97-year-old aunt for a couple of years. They have been very caring with her and looked after her really nicely. The carers are friendly and personable and I can relax knowing that she is in good hands. I would recommend Caremark to anybody who has a loved one that needs to be looked after.

Caremark have been looking after my 89 year old cousin who I see on a regular basis.
The thing that impresses most is the genuine sense of ownership of those looking after him. They really care and and it shows and that means so much to him.
They help him with his hygiene prepare his meals and order his food for him online from the supermarket.
He always has clean laundry and the flat is spotless.
Visitors are always welcomed and offered cups of tea when the helpers are there.
Importantly they are aware of his physical care needs and help him in and out of bed as needed and make sure that he is comfortably seated when he is watching television which he does a lot.

The visiting NHS physio prescribes mobility exercises and Caremark staff encourage him and help him to carry them out.

I have using the services of Caremark for the past 18 months, I have never been let down or had any cancellations, I have found all carers to be punctual, pleasant and professional with an excellent back up for any unsuspecting issues. I have on three occasions had to ask them to cover at very short notice and found them to be really helpful in providing assistance. I would not hesitate to recommend Caremark to others clients or users.

As a Caremark Wandsworth user for several years I found their standard of care consistently impressive. I am particularly pleased with the way they give feedback and suggestions on how we can improve the care of my elderly mother. They have built a variety of caring relationship with my mother that she responds to well. The administrative support provided by the company is reliable with clearly detailed carer rota's and billing routinely provided. I remain confident in the standard of professional care that they continue to provide for my mother and would recommend their services to others based on my experience to date.

We have been using Caremark Wandsworth since early December, when we first arranged for support for our mother at home. The carers attend three times per day, and from the very beginning the service has been very good.

This is the first time our family has needed to use a home care service, so naturally we felt anxious about how things would work. However, those concerns quickly disappeared. The carers who visit have been relatively consistent throughout this period, which has made a real difference to our mother's comfort and routine. Familiar faces have helped her feel at ease, and we truly value that continuity of care.

The carers have never failed to attend and are always punctual and professional. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that our mother is supported at the times she needs it most.

We have also had reviews to ensure the care package remains appropriate. Any adjustments we have requested have been made promptly and without issue. In addition, we receive daily feed

Caremark Wandsworth recently started caring for my husband who has advanced Parkinson's and I truly cannot fault them !
From the moment I called their office and they said 'we are here to help' we realised we were in good hands.
His care team are professional, knowledgeable and above all helpful and kind and caring - not something we have experienced with other care providers. They even manage to arrive punctually and do not rush their visits. I only wish we had discovered them years ago - both his life (and mine) would have been very different.

The team at Caremark go far beyond anything we expected and I cannot recommend them highly enough - in fact I have already given their details to a friend who sadly also needs care for her husband.

Caremark Wandsworth have been caring for my 96 year old father for six months now and it has been a very positive experience. It took a while at the start to convince my father and step-mother that it was the right thing to do and the experience, flexibility, and professionalism of the management and the staff were key to getting things running smoothly, as soon as possible. The carers are friendly and efficient, and the office communication is fast and clear. It has been such a relief to find such a nice, reliable, and trustworthy local care company and I couldn't recommend them more.

Having been in a Residential Care Home for rehab following a hospital stay, my elderly relative needed home care . Caremark was selected based on what I learned from their website. It has turned out to be one the best decisions I have made. My relative has had both live-in and now visiting carers and they have all been professional, caring, flexible, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. This is an organisation prepared, without hesitation, to go the extra mile. The Care Manager is a man of exceptional integrity and kindness. They deserve more praise than I can offer. I have no hesitation in recommending Caremark for anyone who needs home care.

Overall Experience
My husband had a cycling accident whilst in France and cracked 4 ribs. He also has Alzheimer's which was exacerbated by the accident. We returned from France on Bank Holiday weekend and feared he would have to go into respite care for a few weeks. Luckily we found Caremark Wandsworth and thanks to their extremely efficient and understanding management had a care plan in place within one day.

Their carers are very kind, understanding, helpful, and professional. Also, a very attractive feature is their flexibility regarding hours needed. Caremark has enabled my husband to be at home for the foreseeable future for which my family and I are exceedingly grateful.

Caremark provided support and care for my elderly mother over the period of around 8 years. As time went on and my mother's care needs changed and increased, Caremark was flexible and adaptable to support her in her home. The communication with us was clear and open. Every effort was made to adjust to my mother's sometimes challenging needs and behaviour. We went through various permutations of trying to find the best patterns and times to support my mother, who struggled to see the need for carers. Caremark was endlessly patient with her and eventually, we found a format that appeared to work for her. The carers were mostly kind, supportive, and trustworthy. They engaged appropriately with my mother and genuinely cared for her well-being. On the very rare occasion that a carer did not turn out to be a good match for my mother, Caremark was responsive and tried their best to replace them. Overall we, as a family, have also felt supported by the Caremark managers and carers.

Overall Experience

I am 92 years old. I live alone. My mobility is declining and my movements are slowing down. Consequently, I cannot carry items from room to room and need help with normal household tasks. My carer from Caremark Wandsworth is an answer to a prayer. She knows instinctively what needs to be done to make my day run smoothly. I have had carers from other providers in the past but none who could compare with those from Caremark. I cannot rate them more highly.

Caremark are a very caring agency. Office staff and carers are friendly and approachable, it feels like a family. I like to go to bed late, I have greatly appreciated their efforts to find carers willing to work late. I am very grateful for their support over the past ten years.

I and my family are delighted with the service received from Caremark Wandsworth. From the initial contact to the current support, the quality of service is beyond reproach. The carers provided have been well trained. They know what they are doing and how to provide to my specific needs. I'm a rather independent person who likes to do things my way and the carers have been able to adjust their support to meet my wishes while ensuring my safety. They arrive on time and manage to complete their tasks without me feeling rushed. When changes to the schedule are necessary, the carers and the management accommodate to these changes without complaining. I feel safe and well looked after. The management are easily contacted and keep up to date with my gradually deteriorating health situation. I strongly recommend Caremark Wandsworth.

I had only used this service for just 2 visits for my elderly father. He unfortunately and unexpectedly passed away on the 2nd visit. I am the only next of kin and live overseas and the manager was very reachable via messaging apps and kept me in the loop as to what was being done and the director had gone over and above the call of duty in assisting me with hospital bereavement and funeral planning whilst I was overseas in what would have otherwise been a very stressful time for me.
I was not able to use them for their full in home care services for my late father, but I am astounded by their care and professionalism to handle matters for me whilst I was overseas and keeping me in the loop via emails and texts whilst I was overseas.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for care and compassion whilst being professional at all times. Companies like this are hard to find. Kudos to the manager and director for a well run organisation!

It was a great relief to find a company like Caremark Wandsworth. They looked after my 98 year old mother for a nine month period after she came out of hospital. She was often disoriented and had lost all her mobility, needing to be hoisted in and out of bed. Her needs grew as she became more frail, and she would not have been able to stay in her own home without the excellent service provided by Caremark. Without exception, their staff were adaptable, kind, patient and friendly. Their reliable, cheerful and capable help made her last months easier, for which she, and we, were truly grateful.

We were pleased and impressed with the care taken by the staff from Caremark in looking after my brother whose Alzheimer's took a stronger hold over the three years of their involvement. The family were, at all times, engaged and approved new arrangements and/or carer as the next phase of his illness led to changes. Seeing the calm interaction between my brother and his carers and the pleasure he got from their attendance gave us a great feeling of relief and, despite the odd blip, we often felt that they went above and beyond when a problem arose. On my moving away, we arranged for him to go into a care home near me and Caremark helpfully supported the move. We brought his carer to stay for a few days to settle him in which was of great benefit not only to him but also the staff in the home. We would like to thank Caremark and their excellent team of carers and admin who looked after him with such warmth and dedication.
