Thank you so much for your kind words. We were really glad we could support your mum and that you had a positive experience with our team. It means a lot to us!
Thank you, V: we are pleased that we were able to help by responding quickly "in your hour of need", and that since starting we have adapted to your husband's needs and to your schedule; we are very happy that you are pleased with both the carers and the management team.
Thank you very much, for your positive feedback on our service for your mother; our care and support for her became our longest customer relationship. We did indeed work very hard to meet your mother's needs and behaviour over the years and thank you for acknowledging this so warmly.
Thank you, Ruth, for your lovely feedback; we're particularly happy that we've been able to help you overcome your concerns about your independence and having strangers in your home.
Thank you so much, G, for your wonderful feedback on our service, in particular how our carer intuitively and discreetly helps you to overcome your declining mobility.
Thank you for your kind words and for acknowledging the lengths we go to to ensure you receive your care visits when you want them ie late at night, when most other care providers are not prepared to provide a service.
Thank you - we are delighted to hear that you are so happy with the service that you're receiving from Caremark Wandsworth, in particular that you acknowledge and appreciate how responsive we are being to your changing needs.
We want to thank you for your very complimentary comments on our service. It was such a shame that we were not able to care for your father for longer, before he was suddenly admitted to hospital and sadly passed away a few days later. Given that you were over 5,000 miles away when your father died, when you then asked for help with dealing with reporting to the Registrar of Deaths, and with funeral planning, we felt a clear duty and were more than happy to take care of things for you.
Thank you very much for your wonderful comments on our service for your mother, who was very sweet, courteous and had a great sense of humour! We were fortunate to have such well-organised family members to work with, who communicated clearly with us - you made it easy for the carers and the rest of our team.
Thank you for your positive feedback on our care service for your mother; the carers enjoy the companionship they provide and the benefits that their encouragement has on her well-being. We are pleased that we are always able to respond to changing weekly care visit requirements.
We want to thank you for your kind words about our care and support for your brother. We were pleased with our service for your brother which involved a combination of live-in care and short-duration care visits - when two carers were required for your brother's safety - and in particular how we responded to your brother's deteriorating condition/increase in his care needs. When you moved out of London and the family decided to transfer your brother to a care home near to your new home, we were delighted to be able to help your brother settle in, with support from your brother's live-in carer.
Thank you for your comments, G B. Our carers enjoyed supporting Mum, especially when they were able to take her for short walks outside her flat.
Many thanks indeed, Sarah, for your lovely feedback. We are so pleased that we are helping Dad to be independent and safe at home. And we’re delighted that we have helped you find the ‘right agency’, and that agency is us!
Thank you for your wonderful comments. I’m pleased that we were able to respond quickly to your parents’ rapidly changing needs, providing a consistent service throughout.
Thank you so much, J L, for your fantastic feedback. We are committed to helping you feel as independent as possible, and we’re happy that you feel so appreciative of our care and support!
Many thanks, Bev, for your kind words; we are pleased that you felt that your mother’s care was in safe hands.
Thank you, S H, for your appreciative feedback.
Many thanks indeed, M M, for your generous comments. I’m delighted that our carers are able to provide you with the mental stimulation/companionship that you crave.
Thank you, J R, for your comments: it’s great that you feel that the care from the whole team for your husband has been consistent, kind and committed.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt feedback, Kathryn. It was a privilege to care for your husband, and to help improve his quality of life over his last three and a half years.
