Harkirat has been with Aayush for almost 3 years. She has been excellent throughout, understanding his needs and efficiently managing him even during the most difficult and challenging times. I feel extremely comfortable and secure when Aayush is with Harkirat. She is always been very respectful and far exceeded my expectations. Aayush is alway ahppy and looks forward to her either at home or going out on a trip with her. Last but not least Aayush thouroughly enjoys the meals Harkirat cooks for Aayush.

Shalini is always kind and patient with my son and takes great care of him. My son (Aras) is very happy with her as she understands his needs and commitment with him so well. We are truly grateful for her kindness, dedication and the effort she puts into supporting Aras.

Kushal has been very good in terms of his service and learning how to gt along with the client. He has adapted his technique accordingly to what needs to be done in order to satisfy the client. Very happy with the service he has been providing.

Our regular carers have been kind, supportive and helpful. They have built a good rapport with both our children supported by the agency. We trust them with the personal assistance they provide and an invaluable part of our family support. Caremark have always been responsive to our requests for any changes and appreciate the selected carers for being a good match for the needs of our children.

All good, carer does their job properly. They listen. They know how to do their job.

We are very satisfied by the care service provided by the carer. He is very attentive, responds to the needs of our son and responds appropriately. He is always punctual and well-dressed. His communication with our son is excellent and he's therefore developed a very good relationship with him built on trust. No issues identified with the carer.

Overall have good experience no issue at all. The staff are kind, caring and punctual. The office respond to calls whenever I get in touch and trying provide carer even in short notice. My son enjoys going out with his carer.

Had a very satisfying service for my brother from Caremark (Hounslow) branch. Had permanent carers who were empathetic and kind.
