My experience ranges from teaching to insurance and I have been recently working for NHS 111 emergency and urgent care services.
The lack of professional healthcare has become a growing concern in the UK and has put our elderly adults at risk. Having ageing parents and their growing need for care has inspired and motivated me to do my bit for the society we live in.
Hence I and my closest friend Ms Swati Bagwe decided to set aside our jobs and tie-up with a very reliable and professional Caremark franchise. By opening Caremark (Richmond), we wanted to enable those people to spend time as a family member and not just as a carer. By looking after our customers like members of our own family, we allow their family members to enjoy time with their loved one whilst we take the pressure and demands of caring away from them if they so choose. By placing their trust in us, customers and their loved ones can have the confidence to enjoy a more independent lifestyle in the comfort of their own home.

Having worked in Recruitment, training, and care, I am delighted to be part of the team making a difference in the lives of individuals to make them feel secure living independently.
I always loved to spend time with different aspects of people and that is what made me stand here. In my role as recruitment/trainer, I will develop my skills further and help train new staff with my own better understanding which I received from my well-qualified, experienced staff and colleagues.
