I know who to approach if needed. All the staff are very helpful and cope with my demanding changes. As for my carers, I am too lucky to have them. I look forward to their visits, having chat with them, feels like a fresh air when my carers or supervisor comes.

Carer is very reliable person for my son Lucas, very caring, compassionate and honest. Carer loves to take care of my son Lucas, he is very dedicated to focus on his job working with children with special needs, very positive working with Lucas. My son Lucas is very happy to be with his carer every time. He keeps asking me every minute about his carer. I'm so grateful I found a reliable compassionate carer for my son Lucas.

Harkirat has been with Aayush for almost 3 years. She has been excellent throughout, understanding his needs and efficiently managing him even during the most difficult and challenging times. Kushal has been very good in terms of his service and learning how to gt along with the client. He has adapted his technique accordingly to what needs to be done in order to satisfy the client. Very happy with the service he has been providing.

Our regular carers have been kind, supportive and helpful. They have built a good rapport with both our children supported by the agency. We trust them with the personal assistance they provide and an invaluable part of our family support. Caremark have always been responsive to our requests for any changes and appreciate the selected carers for being a good match for the needs of our children.

We are very satisfied by the care service provided by the carer. He is very attentive, responds to the needs of our son and responds appropriately. He is always punctual and well-dressed. His communication with our son is excellent and he's therefore developed a very good relationship with him built on trust. No issues identified with the carer.

Overall have good experience no issue at all. The staff are kind, caring and punctual. The office respond to calls whenever I get in touch and trying provide carer even in short notice. My son enjoys going out with his carer.

Had a very satisfying service for my brother from Caremark (Hounslow) branch. Had permanent carers who were empathetic and kind.
