Introductory visit - Before care and support with a client begins, care staff are introduced to the client to build trust, rapport, and mutual understanding.
Patch Care Home Care - A flexible new care service that is designed to combat loneliness where care staff are allocated to an area to care for a certain number of clients within the area to become their named key worker to encourage good relationship and confidence.
Permanent allocation of care staff - They allocate carers according to their skills, experience and culture to clients to encourage continuous care.
Escort - They are able to escort clients to their appointments, social activities and visit families and friends.
Live in care - They assign carers to live in with clients in their own house to manage their day to day living activities as well as being their friend and fit in to be part of their family.
Complex care - For clients who have complex health needs in the home, for example, PEG feeding.
Domestic help - For clients that are unable to maintain a healthy environment.
Cultural and belief sensitivity - They provide staff that speak community languages to promote individualised, better care and good relationship. Carers are trained to respect individual cultural beliefs and support clients' individual care needs.
Befriending service - To enhance social and emotional well-being, both on the phone and in the house.
General personal care and support - Which includes prompting and supporting with medication and meal preparation to meet daily individualised needs.
Relieving family - That look after their loved ones in their home to offer respite.

Without Caremark and their excellent staff the quality of life for my parents would be signifcantly less and less consistent.

From the very start I have been extremely happy with the care and professionalism shown by all of the team at Caremark's Barking & Dagenham branch.The initial telephone consultation was detailed, through and fully explored all our care requirements and continued to the same exemplary standard during your home assessment visit meaning we felt not only heard but understood. It is a testament to your service that we have actually used the questions you asked during the consultation process when dealing with other care providers including the NHS itself. As a family we would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Navi, my mother's companion, who has shown an exceptional level of care when dealing with my mother who due to her Alzheimer's condition can exhibit extremely challenging behaviour at times.
Navi is not only very kind and gentle, she also does this with considerable patience and we consider ourselves fortunate to have her as part of our mothers care work.

My experience with Caremark has been a blessing. Since our allocated carer has come to care for my son, it's been like God's gift to us. He understands my son and fulfills his needs in ways that no previous care company has been able to do. The carer is always punctual, never in a rush, always in a positive mood and with a positive attitude, he is always proactive. He supports my son with his appointments which is a great relief for me as I was previously having to do it alone.
Caremark has been soo supportive with the management of my care since I joined their service, the office team has also been extremely responsive to all my enquiries regardless of what time of day I reach out to them. I also appreciate the fact that they provide a permanent allocation of carers, so I don't have different people coming in and out of my home, instead one main carer who is able to form real bonds with my son which has greatly helped his mental health.
