Dana joined Caremark in 2018 as a Deputy Care Manager. After demonstrating strong leadership and management potential, she was promoted in 1 year to Care Manager at our Watford office.
With a background in the health and social care sector dating back to 2011, Dana brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience. Her previous roles include Field Care Supervisor and Care and Support Worker, which have given her a solid foundation in both frontline and managerial responsibilities.
As Care Manager, Dana is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. Her duties include overseeing care assistants and office staff, managing care delivery, and maintaining close communication with service users to ensure their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
Dana has successfully completed NVQ Levels 2, 3, and 5, and is currently working towards her NVQ Level 7 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.

I joined Caremark Watford & Hertsmere in 2025. With over 15 years of experience in the caring profession, I began my journey as a Care Assistant in 2021 with Caremark, after working in a different branch. This extensive experience has given me a deep understanding of the needs of individuals and the challenges faced by both customers and carers in everyday care delivery.
I later transitioned to Caremark Barnet & Enfield as a Care Coordinator, where I apply my experience to ensure efficient care delivery, communication, and high-quality service. Moving into an office-based role has allowed me to enhance my organisational skills and more easily support our care team, while building strong relationships with carers.
I hold Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care, as well as a degree in Business and Administration. This combination of practical experience and formal education has equipped me with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively support both clients and carers, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Bogdan joined Caremark in 2022 as a dedicated Care Assistant. Since then, he has consistently shown exceptional commitment, compassion, and professionalism in his role.
