Caremark provided outstanding day and night care for my neighbour during her recovery from the surgery and my neighbour as well referred me to chosen care provider. The team was compassionate, punctual, and very respectful. Having consistent carers made a big difference, and the office staff kept everything well-organised. Their dedication gave us peace of mind-we couldn't have asked for more

We have used Caremark since 2019 to help us to look after Mum at home. Mum's needs have changed with time and Caremark have provided the required support for her. Recently Mum's needs changed again. With the help of the manager we were able to work out the best care package that Mum needed and it has been put into place with a team of excellent and compassionate carers. Mum is well looked after and able to stay in her own home. I highly recommend Caremark Enfield.

Caremark have looked after my mother for a number of years, now full time. All my family have found the carers to be kind, caring and efficient. It is my Mums wish to remain in her own home for the remainder of her life and you are helping to fulfill that, thank you.

Thank you for the excellent care you provide. My mother benefits enormously from all the carers do for her and can enjoy living in her home. Supervision of meals is excellent, as is the attention to personal care.

We have had the same male carer looking after my 87 year old father for 2 years and it is of great help to us. He makes sure my father eats and drinks well, exercises, takes his medication and has company 6 hours a day from 9am to 3pm on week days when we are working. He also assists with collecting medication and other supplies and accompanies our father to doctor and hospital appointments when we are not able to go. After a few initial hiccups, I now feel more confident with the care my father receives.

Caremark have listened to the needs of their client and have consistently provided an excellent, efficient service with great communication. The service that Caremark have provided to date has been invaluable.

I like their help in cooking my evening meal, cleaning my bathroom and tidying everywhere, sweeping, keeping me company, helping me understand my letters and what to do, attending doctors appointment with me so that I can understand it and tell them my problems in the correct way.

Thanks to Caremark Barnet & Enfield and to their staff for their professionalism and hard work with regard my fathers care over the past two years. The Barnet team have been very good at responding to emergencies and to issues as they have arisen and have a very professional approach.

The care manager and the team are lovely, they have been really helpful and kind to my Mum and we have always felt they have Mum's best interests at the heart of all they do for her. We thoroughly recommend them.

This gentleman is first class. He has proved to be an excellent helper to me daily. Nothing is too much trouble, he aids me when showering and always is ahead of the curve when caring for me when drying and shaving. He has a charming manner and is always well-dressed and very polite. He always leaves the bathroom in good order. He gives me help in dressing. He helps me get back on to the bed prior to my exercise period. He always tidies up the bathroom for me, and he makes me a cup of tea before he leaves my house.

Carers who visit Mum are understanding of her needs, helping her getting ready for her day with personal care, medication and her nutritional needs, providing Mum with lunch and evening visits. Mum enjoys their visits and appreciates the help she receives from them.

Very happy with the help that we are receiving. The office has been very accommodating in terms of schedules, including periods when care has not been required for several days, and communication has improved recently. The carers themselves are always kind and it is reassuring to be using Caremark during the periods when I am away.

The care my Dad receives from his Caremark carer is brilliant. They have a wonderful relationship and he is incredibly well looked after and very happy. We feel very fortunate as a family knowing our Dad is in such safe hands. Thank you.

Friendly, professional and caring staff we can trust. We needed day and night care for my ailing aunt for post-surgery care and I am glad we chose Caremark. Regular carers with very supportive office staff. Highly recommend.
