I have had a great experience with Caremark. The staff are supportive, professional, and always prioritise safety. They communicate clearly with us and involve all parties, including family and healthcare professionals, to ensure everything is well-coordinated. Their service has made a big difference
and given us real peace of mind.
They help with keeping the client safe , with shopping and light housekeeping, making life much easier and more comfortable. Communication with the agency is clear and responsive, and they've been flexible with scheduling.
The manager went above and beyond to support my client and keeping her safe.Overall, it's been a reliable and reassuring service for both the client and myself.

We have had the same male carer looking after my 87 year old father for 2 years and it is of great help to us. He makes sure my father eats and drinks well, exercises, takes his medication and has company 6 hours a day from 9am to 3pm on week days when we are working. He also assists with collecting
medication and other supplies and accompanies our father to doctor and hospital appointments when we are not able to go. After a few initial hiccups, I now feel more confident with the care my father receives.

My family has been using Caremark Enfield and Barnet for some years. The care my mother receives is generally excellent. Her carers are kind to, understanding of and respectful towards Mum. In dealing with any organisation, issues can arise. My concerns have always been acknowledged and addressed appropriately

I like their help in cooking my evening meal, cleaning my bathroom and tidying everywhere, sweeping, keeping me company, helping me understand my letters and what to do, attending doctors appointment with me so that I can understand it and tell them my problems in the correct way.

This gentleman is first class. He has proved to be an excellent helper to me daily. Nothing is too much trouble, he aids me when showering and always is ahead of the curve when caring for me when drying and shaving. He has a charming manner and is always well-dressed and very polite. He always leaves
the bathroom in good order. He gives me help in dressing. He helps me get back on to the bed prior to my exercise period. He always tidies up the bathroom for me, and he makes me a cup of tea before he leaves my house.

Very happy with the help that we are receiving. The office has been very accommodating in terms of schedules, including periods when care has not been required for several days, and communication has improved recently. The carers themselves are always kind and it is reassuring to be using Caremark during
the periods when I am away.

Friendly, professional and caring staff we can trust. We needed day and night care for my ailing aunt for post-surgery care and I am glad we chose Caremark. Regular carers with very supportive office staff. Highly recommend.

With over 15 years of experience in the caring profession, I began my journey as a Care Assistant in 2021 with Caremark, after working in a different branch. This extensive experience has given me a deep understanding of the needs of individuals and the challenges faced by both customers and carers in everyday care delivery.


I later transitioned to Caremark Barnet & Enfield as a Care Coordinator, where I apply my experience to ensure efficient care delivery, communication, and high-quality service. Moving into an office-based role has allowed me to enhance my organisational skills and more easily support our care team, while building strong relationships with carers.
