Caremark Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster

We have now been relying on Caremark Kensington for daily visits to my very elderly mother for just under a year and it has been an excellent experience - really high standards or care and hygiene every single day - a really great feeling to be able to rely on the Caremark team to get the day off to such a good start, zero stress, zero worry or concern.

After a difficult experience in another part of London with another company this has been such a relief - a very kind attitude and kindness from the carer too - the team in the office will always try to solve a problem or provide extra cover, and have been great across the whole year.

Since I started having a carer from Caremark my daily life has become much easier. I get help 3 times a week for an average of 2 hours each time and I am very grateful. Very good helpers kind and always come in time.

The current carers assigned to my daughter are very kind, caring, helpful, supportive and cheerful. I’m very grateful for all they do. Thank you to the team at Caremark!

I was very satisfied with the service and carers that Caremark provided for my elderly mother during a time when she needed extra support. I had an excellent experience with my carers at Caremark. One carer was so reliable, always on time and sometimes early. She was kind hard-working, friendly and a delight to be around. She was such a bright young lady. The other carer was very excellent and helped with everything.

I am very happy with this agency overall. Flexible hours to suit my mother's needs. I was impressed with their duty of care for the elderly over the winter and a personal call to see how my mum was doing after she broke her wrist. The manager always does his best to help.

Caremark Kensington have been so, so, helpful and also very flexible. Without a doubt their carers have allowed us to keep Mum in her own home.

Payment is easy and good value, allowing for days when my mother visits relatives and the care is not needed.

It hasn't been a great journey for my father, my family, and myself, with the help of Caremark, I would like to say we are at ease and ever so grateful. I have been extremely satisfied with most of the carers I have had. The main carers (my A-team!) are brilliant. They care for my husband with total commitment and help me, as his wife, during my respite hours. They go out of their way to make sure we suffer no discomfort ie. accompanying us to hospital appointments which have been quite regular for the past few weeks due to a wound on his heel which he acquired after surgery. They have given me and my husband emotional as well as physical support and we would be lost without them. Caremark have taken care of our needs very well.

I know how difficult it is to find the perfect Care provider for an elderly parent. Look no further, Kensington Caremark is a gem of a find. From the admin to care assistants their main concern is the wellbeing of our father. All his carers are wonderful, loving, they take care of our Dad as a member of their family, A big thank you to the care manager, you always call my sister and I to enquire about our dad and keep us informed of any changes well in advance. We have seen the change in our Dad since your company took over providing his care. He is happy, joking with all his care providers, he looks forward to their visits. What we have found so amazing is any concerns are dealt with as a team, we are a team, the manager, care providers, and our family. We appreciate you all.

Caremark was an excellent care provider for my aunt as she became increasingly needy. The individual carers became friends to her, talking to her as well as getting her up, washing, making breakfast and supper, and doing bits of cleaning and shopping. The Caremark Manager went beyond the call of duty to look after my aunt and to keep me well informed throughout.
