Having to care for a disabled person takes a lot of stress on the partner so having help makes a tremendous difference.
Since I started having a carer from Caremark my daily life has become much easier. I get help 3 times a week for an average of 2 hours each time and I am very grateful. Very good
helpers kind and always come in time.

I’ve had negative experiences with a previous care agency which has put me off from receiving the respite I very much needed for a long time.
Caremark Kensington have restored my faith with care agencies. I’m very pleased with the overall service provided.

I was very satisfied with the service and carers that Caremark provided for my elderly mother during a time when she needed extra support. I was very impressed by the caring person-centred approach, which is what care should be, as opposed to a business contractual approach that I have experienced with
some other care agencies. I will certainly be using them again in the future and would happily recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with my carers at Caremark. One carer was so reliable, always on time and sometimes early. She was kind hard-working, friendly and a delight to be around. She was such a bright young lady. The other carer was very excellent and helped with everything.

For the last four months, Caremark (Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster) had been providing care for my sister. From the start of the process, I find everyone so easy to work with, helpful and understandable! The whole team is very professional and knows what they are doing! I would like to thank the

I found the managers and carers both supportive and attentive. They listened to my mum's needs and acted upon my wishes. Communication was excellent, I always had my calls and emails answered and responded to promptly. They gave me good advice when I asked for it. The carers treated my mum like a member
of their own family. It was the little touches that mattered. They didn't just go into my mum's home and do the necessary things, they stayed and chatted and really listened to her.
I would not hesitate to recommend Caremark (Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster).

I am very happy with this agency overall. Flexible hours to suit my mother's needs. I was impressed with their duty of care for the elderly over the winter and a personal call to see how my mum was doing after she broke her wrist. The manager always does his best to help.

We contacted Caremark Kensington about six months ago to see if they could help us looking after my/our mother. Mum has Alzheimer's and having carers come in the middle of the day ensures that Mum 'remembers' to eat a good meal for lunch and that she has taken her medication.
From the very first contact,
Caremark Kensington have been just brilliant. They are experienced, efficient, caring and practical. Their communication has been excellent and they sorted us out with our first carer very quickly. We were worried that Mum would not like the idea of a stranger coming to her house but our Caremark carer has been a huge success. She is so gentle and kind with Mum and dreams up activities to do that Mum would never have thought of, like painting and drawing. Mum loves having the carers and is always telling me how much they laugh together.
Caremark Kensington have been so, so, helpful and also very flexible. Without a doubt their carers have allowed us to keep Mum in her own home.

Caremark (Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster) has been looking after my mother for more than 18 months and the care has always been conscientious and attentive. The carers are punctual and the care is flexible, adapting to changing needs. My mother values the help and company provided by the carers,
that has included building a rapport with the same carer over the last six months or so.
There have been several occasions when my mother has been saved from a medical or personal calamity by a Caremark carer.
Payment is easy and good value, allowing for days when my mother visits relatives and the care is not needed.

I have been extremely satisfied with most of the carers I have had. The main carers (my A-team!) are brilliant. They care for my husband with total commitment and help me, as his wife, during my respite hours. They go out of their way to make sure we suffer no discomfort ie. accompanying us to hospital
appointments which have been quite regular for the past few weeks due to a wound on his heel which he acquired after surgery. They have given me and my husband emotional as well as physical support and we would be lost without them. Caremark have taken care of our needs very well.

I would like to give feedback on the excellent service Caremark - Kensington is providing for my son who is 46 years old and suffered a severe stroke.
I am very impressed with the care provided, the carers are kind and have a caring and sensitive approach to accommodate my son's ever-changing needs.
The carers have a great rapport with myself, my daughter, my son's partner and most importantly my son. Caremark sends regular carers to give continuity of care.
The manager is always available, helpful and approachable to address any concerns.
Well done Caremark on providing an efficient and effective service.

I know how difficult it is to find the perfect Care provider for an elderly parent. Look no further, Kensington Caremark is a gem of a find. From the admin to care assistants their main concern is the wellbeing of our father. All his carers are wonderful, loving, they take care of our Dad as a member
of their family, A big thank you to the care manager, you always call my sister and I to enquire about our dad and keep us informed of any changes well in advance. We have seen the change in our Dad since your company took over providing his care. He is happy, joking with all his care providers, he looks forward to their visits. What we have found so amazing is any concerns are dealt with as a team, we are a team, the manager, care providers, and our family. We appreciate you all.

Caremark was an excellent care provider for my aunt as she became increasingly needy. The individual carers became friends to her, talking to her as well as getting her up, washing, making breakfast and supper, and doing bits of cleaning and shopping. The Caremark Manager went beyond the call of duty
to look after my aunt and to keep me well informed throughout.
