Care staff work hard to help people to live independently at home. Staff are vetted and trained carefully. They are only selected once they have been fully referenced and DBS checked. They are then fully trained before being placed with clients on a permanent basis.

I like both my carers. The man does the vacuuming and the washing up and the lady makes a nice meal. Puts the washing machine on and hangs up the washing. They both support me very well.

Most (all) carers come on time and they fulfill their duties in a kindly manner. They look after my mother very well, and answers our questions when we ask them. Caremark delivers the service and listens to their clients. Keep up the good work. They are reachable on the phone when we have queries.

Both live in carers are friendly, efficient and helpful. There is never any problem with change over from one to the other. The visiting carers are also very good and friendly.

He has over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession, running his own accountancy practice before starting up Caremark in Harrow with Varsha. Girish oversees Corporate Governance, Business Strategy, Compliance and Finance.

Ann joined Caremark from another care provider in 2013 as a Field Care Supervisor, a position she has fulfilled excellently in two different care companies before joining Caremark. Ann has a wealth of education and knowledge in operational duties in social care, care plan formulation, ergonomics and biomechanics and compliance with a person-centred approach. She possesses a great empathetic understanding of others and is also a qualified therapeutic counsellor, working on a placement for a local charity to support others. After working with Caremark Harrow for many years as a Field Care Supervisor and then a Business Development Officer, Ann took on the role of Care Manager in 2022.
