Very happy the the carers that visit mum. She is happy and improved because of the routine. I feel the carers go above and beyond in looking after my mother.

I have been with Caremark for about 5 years, and I've been happy with them. they really care, and if the usual carer can't make it for one day, they replace her with another one.

Both live in carers are friendly, efficient and helpful. There is never any problem with change over from one to the other. The visiting carers are also very good and friendly.

We are very happy with the care received by Caremark Harrow. We have been with this agency for 8 years. The office, the carers are extremely helpful with my mother in law. My mother in law would not do without them.

Didn't need a carer, I thought. My daughter was worried that I was on my own. Contacted Caremark and was provided with this very sweet helpful girl. Now I looked forward to seeing her every morning.

Mum has been looked after well, by the carers. They come in on time to feed her and change her. They talk to her in Gujarati as well, she likes talking to them. On the whole, she is very happy with the carers.
