Caremark Harrow is a high-quality, multiple award-winning home care agency based on Kenton Road close to Kingsbury Circle.

Care staff work hard to help people to live independently at home. Staff are vetted and trained carefully. They are only selected once they have been fully referenced and DBS checked. They are then fully trained before being placed with clients on a permanent basis.

Dignity and respect are central to the philosophy of the company, which delivers person-centred home care services at all times for those that need it. Staff communicate effectively with relatives updating them on any major care issues.

Mum's carer is great with her and has encouraged her to do lots of things she thought she wouldn't do again like shopping and baking. She's very patient, kind and encouraging and adapts to suit Mum. She really does care, it's not just her job.

The carers my grandmother has are truly wonderful and we are so grateful for all of their help. We cannot fault Caremark - they go above and beyond for us and are miles better than other care providers we have had before. Thank you for everything!

He has over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession, running his own accountancy practice before starting up Caremark in Harrow with Varsha. Girish oversees Corporate Governance, Business Strategy, Compliance and Finance.

Varsha's background before starting up Caremark Harrow is in sales and recruitment. Prior to setting up Caremark Harrow with Girish, she worked for over 10 years in sales in the Pharmaceutical industry. Varsha oversees Operations, Marketing and Training and is the Registered Care Manager.

Anne Byrne-Devine

Job Title: Care Manager

Joined: 2013

Ann joined Caremark from another care provider in 2013 as a Field Care Supervisor, a position she has fulfilled excellently in two different care companies before joining Caremark. Ann has a wealth of education and knowledge in operational duties in social care, care plan formulation, ergonomics and biomechanics and compliance with a person-centred approach. She possesses a great empathetic understanding of others and is also a qualified therapeutic counsellor, working on a placement for a local charity to support others. After working with Caremark Harrow for many years as a Field Care Supervisor and then a Business Development Officer, Ann took on the role of Care Manager in 2022.

Bhavna has many years of experience in the care industry. She started her career as a care assistant for the NHS before joining another local care provider as a Field Care Supervisor.
