I have a degree in clinical engineering and have been working as an underwriter for medical insurance. I have had a first-hand experience caring for my ageing father. His constant struggle to remember things and communicating with people has been a worry to both me and my family. Hence I and my long-term friend Ms Shipra Mehta decided to do something for others suffering from a similar condition. Sally soon worked her way up to a Senior Carer and due to Sally's excellent understanding and commitment to quality care for our clients, we quickly recognised her potential, promoting Sally to the role of Field Care Supervisor.
Kelly joined us as a Care 7 Support Worker in 2022. In just two years, she has progressed to the role of Field Care Supervisor—a testament to her dedication, professionalism, and passion for care.
