Caremark provided my aunt with exceptional care. The staff were excellent they provided high-quality care and enabled my aunt to pass away peacefully at home. She would not have been able to do so without their care. They were reliable, trustworthy and professional. I would highly recommend their service.
My Sister-in-Law wanted to be cared for in her own home and be treated with love and dignity in the last few weeks of her life and this was given to her 110% by her lovely carers.
This is the best care company I have ever used. The care staff are excellent as is the management. They all go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend Caremark for the dignity they show and their kindness.
Most helpful, look after Mum very well.
Unlike our previous carers, they are constantly cheerful and willing to carry out any work we ask them to do.
The two main carers (one female/one male) I have from Caremark are excellent. Caremark as an agency are extremely efficient. They communicate very well, do spot checks and have never let me down. I would recommend them with confidence.
I cannot fault any aspect of my experience with Caremark (Richmond) from my first telephone contact with them they have been efficient, professional and very caring. The carers treated my father with dignity, respect and he came to think of them as his friends, especially the night carer who would arrive early and have a good chat with my father.
I have, over the past 3 weeks been very impressed with Caremark. The efficiency and kindness of both their manager and the 2 carers we had was exceptional. I would highly recommend this care service.
Since our Care Support Worker has started supporting my son, she has helped our whole family in some way.
He really looks forward to spending time and doing new activities with her.
The care are punctual, pleasant and hard working but at the same time, find the time to be pleasant and cordial. I recommend them to anyone.
We have been using Caremark for about 6 weeks and are very happy with the service from the carers and office staff.
Have specific visit times which have always been kept to. Very happy with the service.
Amazing service provision with such attention to my son's needs. Professional courteous, friendly and engaging. Fantastic "safeguarding " paperwork in a convenient binder.

Meet the Team (9)
I have a degree in clinical engineering and have been working as an underwriter for medical insurance. I have had a first-hand experience caring for my ageing father. His constant struggle to remember things and communicating with people has been a worry to both me and my family. Hence I and my long-term friend Ms Shipra Mehta decided to do something for others suffering from a similar condition. We have taken franchise of a very reputable company like Caremark to deliver a professional, friendly and caring service to suit everyone’s needs. Since our shared visions and goals are the same we put in our honest efforts in bringing about a change in people’s lives. We look forward to being at your service whenever you need us.
Myself and my team are passionate about ensuring people have choice and control over their lives and delivering high quality care and support. We are committed to supporting Clients to continue to live fulfilled lives with dignity and independence and to be participating members of their own communities.
Shipra's experience ranges from teaching, insurance and has recently been working for NHS 111 emergency and urgent care services.
The lack of professional healthcare has become a growing concern in the U.K and has put our elderly adults at risk. Having ageing parents with growing need for care, has inspired and motivated her to do her bit for the society we live in.
Hence, Shipra and her closest friend Swati Bagwe decided to set aside their jobs and tie up with a very reliable and professional Caremark franchise. Through their professional and personal experience of the care system, they believe that the quality offered by Caremark Hounslow and Chiswick would set them apart from all other providers. They want to give those people the opportunity to spend time as a family member and not just as a carer.
"By looking after our customers like members of our own family, we allow their family members to enjoy time with their loved one whilst we take the pressure and demands of caring away from them if they so choose. By placing their trust in us, customers and their loved ones can have the confidence to enjoy a more independent lifestyle in the comfort of their own home."
Shipra is passionate about quality and ensuring that the individuals that she supports receive the best possible service. She believes that we have a long-term commitment to providing personalised support which is meaningful to individuals, enabling them the opportunities to achieve the quality of life that they deserve”.
