Service my mum received is of a professional standard, and I hope to carry on.

Overall my experience was excellent. There were a few 'teething problems' such as not being acquainted to British food which led to me having some very interesting meals. In these cases I explained what was needed (a little lesson on making a sandwich) Etc. All the cares were very professional, kind and caring without exception. I got into a very good routine with all my regular carers and found they were all quick learners. Thank you very much!

Carers help me with domestic tasks, washing up, making the bed, putting out the washing, sometimes they help me to dress & have been very happy with all the carers that have visited me.

I have a very positive experience with the carers coming in the morning and evening. They look after me with great understanding of my situation, and we like to be together for a while, I always see different carers but that is not a problem, I am getting on well with all of them.

We have been very impressed with the care given to my father over the past six months. They have all been wonderful and I don't know how we would have managed without them. All the carers have been so kind and supportive to my father and out whole family. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
